The room was really nice, we were able to upgrade so we had enough beds for everyone. The front desk was amazing, super helpful and kind! Kevwin was who we primarily worked with and was fantastic! We needed to be at MIT early and was a great a location. The only downside was the people next to us were loud, and the walls seemed thin. Other than great place!

We only booked this hotel due to the proximity of the museum of science and that it has an indoor pool for our family with young kids. The pool is being renovated and we could have stayed in about 5 other hotels in the area with similar accommodations. So this was very disappointing. We also asked for some bedding for the pull out couch that our kids will be sleeping on 3 times and no one has come to do it in 6 hours.

This was our first stay as a family with our new pup and it was fabulous! Close to the garden for transportation or events. We loved the location. Everything is withing walking distance. The street side made it easy to go anywhere we needed or wanted to. The river side was beautiful at night to just sit on the benches and watch the city lights dance on the water. Will definitely be coming back to this Royal Sonesta.

They messed up my booking and overcharged me. I had booked on Expedia and they charged me again, added a few more charges, removed some..did not send me the recpt they were supposed to,.. It was a mess and it took me an hour on the phone after I returned to get things cleared up.
