This property was beautiful, very clean, super friendly and accommodating staff.

I have stayed at the Kimpton a few times. Each time has beeen wonderful. Perfect spot to get to TD Garden. Wonderful staff. Great amenities. Tasty restaurant. This is my go to hotel in Boston.

Just great in feeling of small boutique. The happy hour is so nice.

Nice hotel. The gym could bee upkept a little more. There room bathrooms have no exhaust fans. Restaurant is overpriced. Surprise charge after the stay.

The staff was fine as were the facilities. The daily charge to use wifi was surprising however.

Excellent experience through and through, staff was warm and welcoming

Love it here. Will recommend. Great place to stay !!

Lovely hotel. Appreciated the daily flavored water, coffee and happy hour. Curtain hem in my room was torn and frayed. Also heating/cooling system was a bit loud every time it turned off.

Nice hotel, great access to both Cambridge and Boston! Very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel itself is very nice. The only downside is access to parking and access to public transit. In short, there is no free parking, and hotel parking is at least $15 a day, depending on how you choose to park. Access to public transit is within walking distance, but it's a solid 10 minute walk, which is okay if the day is nice, but miserable in the rain. I'd recommend this hotel for those who are able-bodied and able to walk, for those willing to pay for parking, or for those who are willing to use solutions like Uber or Lyft to get from the hotel to their destination. To reiterate, the hotel itself is nice, clean, and comfortable, and the staff is excellent.

I really enjoyed my stay at hotel Marlowe. The location, price, and customer service all were amazing. Not to mention the complimentary wine happy hour everyday from 5-6. Such a great perk! The rooms were nice (pillows a little soft) but other than that nice comfortable rooms. The check in process was quick and painless. The amenities were great as well. They had free bike rentals, free kayak rentals, free paddle board rentals. The hotel was right across the river so it was a great little perk! I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent accomodations! Friendly staff & great amenities!

Hotel staff very helpfull and attnetive. Location is good. rooms are confortable but: rooms are very hold, the smell when you eneter the room is like Antik Storage. It could be because one of the floor are premmited dogs, so the smell spred to all the other neraest floors. great stuff, goood location , good rooms but the total feelings that it need badley urgently refreshment !!!!

Very nice hotel with helpful staff and excellent service. Convenient location, with nearby shopping and restaurants.

Staff was superb. Very nice, anything you needed was available immediately . My only issue is that the room was a bit small and needs to be updated.

Spent 4 days there last week. Good food, reasonable prices, nice location. Our third stay there in the last few years.

It's a very comfortable stay. The location is also excellent. We take walks along the lovely Charles River. There is a mall right there as well. Everything about it is lovely.

We absolutely lived our stay at the Kimpton Marlowe. The staff went out of their way to assist you, it has a great workout room and is only a 5 Minute walk to the metro.

Excellent staff is best part - very accommodating
