Clean but small rooms. Poor ventilation - fan was on all night but room was still stuffy and warm. A lot of hallway noise and street noise early in morning. Thin walls: could hear my neighbor sneeze. Location is good, easily accessible to shops and transport.

The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the Harvard campus. It was clean on the surface, but I made the mistake of pulling back the bottom sheet and it looked like the mattress cover had never been washed. I slept on top of the sheets the remainder of my stay. The first couple of nights were uncomfortable because the heat had been turn on despite it still being relatively warm most of the day and into the night. The average temperature in the room was 73, which isn’t terrible but is substantially warmer than I like to sleep. The staff supplied a small fan and recommended I sleep with the window open. The TV was a nice new 55” Samsung, but there were no HD channels so everything was grainy and oddly colored. The WiFi worked but was very slow, topped out at 3Mbps via fast.com. Overall it wasn’t the worst and it wasn’t the best. If you just want to be in the middle of everything it’s convenient and the price was ok.

Small, very central, but expensive and very limited amenities

Its proximity to Harvard Square makes it a great location. The bed was super comfortable and the room comfortable and elegant. However: Adjusting the room temperature proved all but impossible, and The bedside lamps were placed so low that they provided no illumination for reading in bed. In fact, there were no reading lamps in the room at all.

Great location. Well conceived rooms. Helpful staff

The staff could not have been more attentive or kinder. They really went out of their way to meet every request you had and couldn't be more friendly in doing so. Perfect location!
