Worst Hotel experience EVER. The entire Hotel was under construction and shouldn’t have even been open. Nothing online told you this, and once you booked, management told you the restaurants and room service were not available. That’s it!!! But it wasn’t really safe to be there with so much construction. Plus, It was a week of having to empty your own trash, hunt down clean towels for your bathroom, there was no service at all in the hotel and you still had to pay the same prices as the area hotels charged. The staff didn’t seem to care and when I would ask for a bottle of water, they would tell me that I wasn’t a premier member and it was like pulling teeth to get a water bottle. The entire experience was horrific and ruined my vacation. I would never stay at a Hyatt again.

We really enjoyed the balcony room. We were fully aware of the ongoing construction.. and though the lobby area of the hotel was mostly a shell of a room.. the views and absolutely sparkling clean room made up for it. We are looking forward to coming back and seeing the finished product!

Absolutely nothing. This was the most horrible stay me and my girlfriend have ever had. We travel regularly. The whole place was under construction and was an absolute mess. Ther was no pool there but pictures on the web there is a pool. House keeping came barging in the room at 930 am when check out is 12:00 pm. I would never stay here again in my life and i will make surey fam and friends do not either!

Its unfortunate that we were there when they were doing construction. It wasnt the construction so much as the lack of restaurant or bar. Its not somewhere that you can just walk to get food or drinks. Otherwise thw room was clean and staff tried to help as much as possible

The property was under massive renovation which was not being done discretely. It was loud and felt unsafe. The parking garage tunnel from the garage to the hotel was closed and the elevator was about 100*. There was not enough staff to bring a few extra towels when we called housekeeping. We waited so long we got tired and just cancelled and went to sleep. It was really disappointing and I feel the website photos were misleading.

The hotel is undergoing construction. While the room itself was nice and clean, it is annoying to be woken up by construction while you are on vacation. In addition, I had an issue with the hotel. They said that orbitz did not pay them for the 2nd night of my reservation, so they charged me. Now I have paid double (to Orbitz and to the hotel directly) for the 2nd night of my reservation. I am still waiting to hear resolution from Orbitz on this issue.

I loved balcony. We enjoyed the view of the water and city line

Location was great for us and the views were great

We like that the hotel is close to Boston University and that it is pet friendly.

We had a great time, great view, clean, great customer service.

Absolutely nothing. This was the most horrible stay me and my girlfriend have ever had. We travel regularly. The whole place was under construction and was an absolute mess. Ther was no pool there but pictures on the web there is a pool. House keeping came barging in the room at 930 am when check out is 12:00 pm.
