Great experience

Our Air Conditioning was not working Friday night, so we got little sleep. They fixed it Saturday night and it worked fine.

Love the location! Staff was wonderful! Upon arrival our room smelled like cigarettes. Staff moved us to another room. First night, AC wouldn’t go to our desired temp so we were very hot and didn’t sleep well. Next night we called front desk to complain, they sent maintenance to adjust AC and we had better night sleep

Our room was bigger than expected. We liked the location as it was very convenient for walking to Faneuil Hall and to get around. We're glad we used the valet parking as it made it much easier for us to deal with parking our car as there is not a garage right nearby. The valets quote 20-30 minutes' notice to retrieve your car, and they had our car there within that time frame every time but one, when I had left a message late at night for the valet service when they had not answered directly. But they took care of us pretty quickly when we showed up ready for our time in the morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel and our room were very clean, which gave us confidence as we are still in the stages of COVID. Thank you to the Hilton Boston Downtown/Faneuil Hall staff.
