Hilton Boston Downtown/Faneuil Hall

I drove three hours from New York to stay at Hilton downtown to celebrate my boyfriend’s 30th birthday. The lobby and hotel restaurant/bar were organized and clean with a great waiting staff. However, the bathroom of our Standard King room was a sheer disaster. The shower had no barrier except a silly piece of foam to weakly prevent water from pouring out onto bathroom floor. The entire floor was doused and maintenance did nothing but tell us to place more towels on the floor. For almost $400 for a two night stay, I was highly disappointed in how unprofessional this was. A huge liability and a giant MESS!

Nicely decorated and staff was very helpful Room was nice for 2 people

Great location very close to the aquarium and easy to get around town from here.

Greta hotel. Great location. Loved the coffee shop and restaurant

Very nice, friendly staff! Great location too: walking distance to the Fanuel marketplace and even the Freedom Trail sites! Local Irish taven Mr. Odooley's is two doors down with the traditional old "feel" and they serve breakfast!

Great location in financial district nice walking distance

The best part of the stay was the staff at the desk and front door. Always welcoming and ready to assist or advise on our stay. They are the best!

This hotel might destroy every theory about "boutique hotels"; the staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The concierge got us a car nearby at a great price, cheaper than online, which then upgraded us to an SUV for almost no money. The room was large, really comfortable and well appointed. Everything worked in the room: lights, remotes, the entire thing. We would absolutely recommend it to everyone.

Great location. Beautiful hotel! Staff is great!

Close to a wide selection of restaurants, bars, and historical sites.

Great hotel great location staff was super friendly and helpful

Room was dirty and apparently they were rationing toilet paper

The staff was beyond helpful. We jad a family reunion of sorts, and timelines and needs wete vastly different. The hotel was convient to all our desired activities and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. They were even able to get us (11 people) in on the busy mothers day weekend for brunch when other plans fell through.

Clean, comfortable, safe, great location! Overall we were very pleased with our stay!

Beautiful and comfortable hotel. With a great location

Location perfect, quality more like 3 star hotel. Charges 50 $ for parking

Awesome stay. Even better location and the staff was second to none. We did have an issue one evening with kids running up and down the hallway and their parents sitting on the floor drinking and just letting this happen. One all to the front desk was all it took to remedy this problem. Thank you!!! Will definitely stay here again!

We arrived early in the morning and were greeted by a rude valet and hovering bell man. Our room was nice and clean, and the hotel is in a great location. But we went to use the wifi and found out you have to PAY for it... Who in the heck makes you PAY for wifi in 2017!? Even Super 8 has free wifi... So ridiculous. It takes a ridiculously long amount of time to get your car from Valet. One time took us 45 minutes of waiting in the lobby!

The Hotel in good location , front door staffs are good , only when we check in on Dec 30 around 7pm the front desk agent is an african american guy name Alain , he is not friendly, not professional and kind of rude when he ask me do you want to join the hotel reward card and i said no thank you and then he slam my credit card on the counter top and didn't even say enjoy your stay with us or have a good evening , i really felt how can he be at the front desk , i HOPE someone will need to talk to him and he def need to train again to be at the front represent the hotel
