Reception desk personnel very good, fixed a room problem efficiently

Very courteous and professional staff. As others have stated hotel is in need of some tlc, room looked like it had not been updated in a very long time. Drainage issues the first day but the issue was resolved within fifteen minutes. Even though the cost of stay was pricey and the room was outdated I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Wicked awesome location!! Pros definitely outweigh the cons.

Rooms were large...furniture was stiff uncomfortable and ridiculous, who puts a chair with no side table?!? To make it work with a glass close by I had rearrange move “lounge chair” to desk steal 3 pillows and add a lot of wine to be somewhat comfy to read. Bed was overly soft..I love soft beds but this gave me a back ache. Don’t even get me started on the valet.. who is not employed by Hilton that’s not mentioned here...they are in fact a 3rd party vendor who do not know wtf they are doing. If you drive a manual I do not recommend using the valet..who will boldface lie to protect themselves until shown video evidence...recommend dash cam...lawsuit pending...just saying

Staff was great! Housekeepers were wonderful! We did get a bit nervous waiting for our taxi that didn’t come on time and probably not fault of hotel staff.

They did not clean my room until I called housekeeping at 4:30 in the afternoon. Housekeeping spilled bleach on the bathroom counter and when I laid my toiletry bag on the counter the bleach droplets created bleach marks all over my Tumi toiletry bag. There was no where to sit in the lobby and the whole hotel needs a remodel.

It was a beautiful building. I loved that you needed a card to go up to your floor to help with safety.

The location is perfect allowing visitors to walk to all the freedom trail, water front and an abundance of restaurants.

The facilities are adequate for the level of the hotel.

Happy with room, but furniture needs to be repaired.

Get rid of the double beds and put a fan in the bathroom
