Not in crowded tourist area but very easy walking distance to it. The hotel was mostly first rate, with a friendly and helpful staff.

Entire hotel was very clean. Bathtub was a little slippery so you might want to request a room with a walk in shower. Good location.

Great front desk team. Manager on duty was awesome

There for a wedding. Rooms a little small. Beds comfy. Staff was nice. Bartender at night kind of crabby.

Horrrible carpets, old fashioned and murky looking. Bathroom with no division between shower and the rest of the bathroom. The whole place would get completely flooded after a short normal shower. Had a short horrible shower curtain that served no purpose. The maid ended putting a towel roll along the shower to act as barrier, ugh.

Spent a long enjoyable weekend at this hotel. Very comfortable room. The valet parking staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about how to get to points of interest. We didn't eat in the hotel or go to the hotel bar because we were so close to many other places. Right next to DunkinDonuts which was great, but Starbucks was nearby too.

Good location to everything, but very small room.

We used the concierge 4 times and they hit a home run each time .... the hotel was very clean and close to everything a tourist or biz traveler would want ...

We had an Excellent experience for my business trip.

The hotel is in a great location, with Faneuil Hall being right around the corner and 2 T stops close by. They had a room ready for us to check in at about 9:30AM, and even upgraded us! The only thing was that the TV was broken, the shower curtain rod was broken, and the shower head was coming out of the wall.

Very nice hotel. very clean and staff were very accommodating.

This location definitely lived up to the brand expectations. The whole staff from the valet, front desk and concierge were friendly and helpful. The bar staff at the restaurant were extra special they certainly made it a memorable experience.

Check in was quick. Upon making reservation, requested upper floor, but not honored. Room was dusty on furniture and bathroom surfaces. Tub did not drain well, so standing in 3 inches of water. Ran out of TP so had to call housekeeping for more. Room was cool at night; room thermostat fixed, temperature unable to be adjusted. Had to keep windows closed, because room facing another wall of windows, therefore room was dark. Restaurant more of a bar atmosphere. No quiet place to eat within the hotel. Staff all seemed friendly. Bed seemed clean and comfortable.

I have stayed at a few Hiltons and I have got to say I was a little bit disappointed with this one. The staff was not very friendly or accomedating. We wanted to stay on a higher floor and expressed this when we checked in. The front desk lady told us that the room on the lower floor was what we were going to get and basically that we had no option to switch it. She didn't even humor us by at least checking for us. Her attitude was this is what you get and be happy with it. There were no ammenities at this hotel either and it was on the older side. I don't mind staying at hotel that is older with less amenities. I just don't want to pay the ridiculous Hilton price for it. For a Hilton hotel I was expecting a lot more.

No microwave in room, bathroom door stuck. Otherwise room was large and comfortable.

This was a nice hotel very close to Faneuil Hall and other downtown Boston attractions. A little expensive for service/room provided, but still nice.

Hotel is located very good in downtown on the walking distance from hop on hop off bus station, a lot of dining options around. I was unable to connect to internet from my computer.

This was a great location for my business trip. The key amenity that I needed was WiFi, because, as I said, I am traveling for business. They had WiFi and it generally worked but was a 3 out of 5 for signal strength. Acceptable, but falling somewhat short of the standard that I really need to be efficient. They also charge an additional daily fee for WiFi, which I guess is OK considering that this was much cheaper than nearby hotels and was of a good standard. I really liked the express check-in -- it drives me crazy when it takes 15 minutes and they ask me 45 questions when they really don't need to at all. Strangely, the TV was about 20 feet from the bed, so it wasn't really that watchable. I guess I didn't care that much but this was for sure a curious arrangement. All in all, the location was good, the price was great considering nearby alternatives and it was easy to get to and from Logan. I would stay here again if passing through Boston.

Spent two night during Christmas this past year the room was very nice and the hotel staff was very accommodating as we had a few friends meet up with us and got another 2 rooms. The staff got us all three rooms on the same floor. The location was great to Faneuil hall. The Christmas tree and lights where awesome. Good restaurant around especially in North Boston a short walk away.

We had a real good time there was a lot to do in Boston and a lot to see
