The woman who checked us in was amazing. We felt welcomed from the get go, and she was also very helpful with things to see and do around the city. She was incredibly friendly without being too much and knowledgeable when we needed tips or help with our Bonvoy account.

Staff was off the charts awesome in accommodating our needs. Only 2 things that were not so good. I ordered a cookie plate for the room which was supposed to include 1 white & 1 chocolate milk. We received 2 white milks which tasted like curdled cheese. 2nd issue was that we did not want to be disturbed. The cleaning lady was outside of our room making a ton of noise. Made it difficult for us to truly relax.

The location cannot be beat! This property is walking distance to restaurants, shops, water cruise, aquarium. For location alone, I’d stay here again. But the property is outdated. The rooms looked very dated. Several outlets did not work (including the one where the coffee machine, fridge, and front lights were). Carpet looked old. Mattress was stained. To be spending so much money at a Marriott property and not have updated amenities was disappointing.
