Horrible customer service

Perfect location! The pool is great especially traveling with children. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is beautiful. Can't wait to come back again.

Wonderful hotel! The location was perfect for visiting the aquarium, north end, Quincy Market, etc. so easy to get to and leave from. We did a ton of walking along the wharf, it was gorgeous! The hotel staff was very friendly, valet service was amazing, very fast and friendly. My only complaint was the pool was not on limited capacity with NO availability while we were there. We also stopped in early to check our luggage, they should have mentioned this then and maybe we would have had an opportunity to swim (one of the reasons we chose this hotel). They said they’d call when our room was ready, which they did not. We stopped back in to get our room. Overall we had a great time!

What I like about the property is it’s extremely clean the views were beautiful and everyone was friendly.

Most of the hotel staff was friendly and willing to help, but we encountered some that were just not willing to help. I asked for the room to be cleaned twice and we never received the room cleaning. I was furious and called the front desk. Their response was “we are under staffed and will not be able to clean your room”. Meanwhile I see every room on my floor getting cleaned. I asked for a manager to contact me so I knew how they were choosing who’s rooms should be cleaned first. The doors make a lot of noise when they close and other guests were frustrated, especially when their were kids running up and down the hallway at 7am opening and closing doors. I would strongly recommend another hotel if your ever in this area.

Excellent stay almost perfect but was disappointed that all the swimming pool times were booked. We were looking forward to getting in a swim but did not. Would definitely recommend staying here to family and friend.

The Hotel was great, I definitely recommend it for anyone visiting because it is in the best location! Everything is walking distance. Immediately when you walk in, the hotel smells amazing. There is a Starbucks in the lobby which is a plus. The hotel staff was very kind and extremely accommodating to our needs. The room was a decent size and the bathroom was clean, bright and new looking. For the price this was perfect location and the customer service was on point!

Everything was great except the room service is sub par....it comes in a bag. The location is perfect.

The bed/mattress on both queen beds were very saggy in room 251. Then power went off in the room that could not be fixed. They missed the cleaning on day # 4 when I had asked for skipping cleaning for up to day # 3 I was transferred to room 242. bed was good in this room. I would expect included breakfast, internet and 2 bottled water per day included for the price they charge. These amenities are provided even in motels.

Check in time is 4pm, not 3pm as posted on Orbitz. Our room was not available until close to 5 pm. Also, housekeeping staff are cleaning rooms into the early evening hours. Bathroom sink had green and brown residue in it. Not tiny or hard to see - very noticeable (about the size of nickels). Scrubbed at it myself with cloth and it did not come off really eadily. Seems like it may not have veen cleaned in a while. Prior stays at this location were good.

I loved the room amenities and beautiful view of the harbor. The convenience to local shops and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious vut iver priced.
