The entrance wasn't shoveled at all. There was no doorman or bell boy in sight. The gentleman at the front desk had ZERO English skills. Did not understand a word he said. Not a great look for the Fairmont Copley Plaza

The staff was very professional at all levels and very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet which was included on the 4th floor had wonderful selection of choices. Definitely will come back. Thank you very much.
