Old property

Is a beautiful hotel you feel staying in a palace, I had a bad experience with the room but the manager resolve my problem (charging me extra money which is unacceptable)

The property has been beautifully restored and cared for. The area around the property has lots to do. It is nice that housekeeping comes daily and leaves two bottles of complimentary water. However once those run out you have to go off property for water, soda and coffee and snacks. It would be nice if they had a vending machine or small sundries store. There is one restaurant on property to service the hotel and room service so the menus are the same. Staff was friendly and service was good. I would say the housekeeping staff is the best they were quick and always left fresh towels.

This hotel is so elegant and gorgeous that I will never forget. Also, the hotel staff is so kind to come close to me and asking if need some help whenever I am looking for something. I will definitely come back to stay at Fairmont Copley Plaza hotel in near future.

Wow! I have never written a review before, and am usually pretty tolerant, but the noise from the adjoining rooms was awful. We could hear our neighbors conversing in a normal voice next door. It was as if they were in the room with us- really horrible. I called down to management who apologetically said that they field a ton of noise complaints, often multiple complaints a night. she ascribed it to the fact that the hotel is old. And yes, the walls seem paper thin. However, the problem also seems to be the AC vents- which are interconnected between rooms. (We could see neighbor’s light coming through our vents when our lights were off. Since the AC is retrofitted and not a function of an old hotel, seems like they could at least mitigate that issue… We usually love fairmont hotels but this one was really, really unpleasant. The building itself is beautiful and the staff were lovely, but I would avoid this place at all costs if you hope to get- not a good night’s sleep- but any sleep.

The lobby was gorgeous, the room was totally fine, the staff were uniformly helpful and friendly. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the rugs and walls in the hallways looked tired, scuffed, and needed a refresh.

We had a lovely stay at the Fairmont. The staff was helpful and attentive, the room was comfortable, and the hotel did a good job with updated cleaning and precuassions during COVID-19. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel, staff was great. Only issue was I found several dirty bottles by nightstand with a dirty article of clothing and a pair of eye glasses. Made me question cleanliness of room. Disappointed in not being able to have rooftop access/health center, but I realize the the times we are living, with coronavirus restrictions. I was also pleased with the quietness of the hotel. Peaceful sleeping.
