Room service was not very good....quick but food was bad it was brought up in a bag prepackaged and microwaved. No ability to rent a movie. The Room was small.

We thought we would be very close to Logan for a 5:00 am flight. The staff did say they would book a taxi for 3:30 am but it didn't arrive until 3:45 am which was nerve wracking especially when it took more than 20 minutes to get to the airport. Also, the room warmth was nice with the ability to control the thermostat but it was very dry and we could do nothing with our hair in the morning. It definitely needs humidity control for the winter months.

Excellent trip - enjoyed Boston a lot!! People were friendly and sites were fun to visit!

Location is excellent and the price is competitive.

The staff are professional, pleasant, and helpful. The food Sapore is delicious!

The Hotel was in the Center of all our tourist visits. The location to the water was a walk away. Near many good restaurants and a small place J. Pace, which is a great deli, breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack. Easy to get to airport, within 10 minutes. The bed was soo comfy, great nite sleep. Large tv I did not need my glasses and the products in the bathroom, Aveda, couldn't have asked for a better hotel for my mini getaway.

This is a very conveniently located hotel in the Boston Seaport district. It's easily accessible from the airport via the Silver Line too.

Great area of Boston, newly developed with lots of dining and nightlife. Very clean and safe neighborhood. Had a minor issue with our TV, Joey from the front desk took excellent care of our issue. Would return here and recommend to others.

Convenient hotel, 5 min from the airport . Staff couldn't be more accommodating. Views on upper floors of water and roof garden/pool were nice.

Was very pleased with the experience, the concierge had a map available with a terrific run. Walking distance to the even I had traveled for and surrounded by great restaurants. The room was very nice, quiet, and a little hard to manage the humidity on. All in all I was happy to be there on my own, would definitely use it for a business stop, and would happily take my family there.

My 5th stay at this Rennisance. Just a wonderful hotel and the staff is typically just fantastic in every capacity of the hotel. I did run into a check in clerk that is obviously in the wrong job, a light haired bearded 20 something boy with a terribly arrogant and haughty way about him that I did appreciate, and a bartender working the day shift who got beyond flustered putting together 2 expresso's with side shots...c'mon, its an italian restaurant, if you cant work the expresso machine time to get a new job...not busy either, there were only a half dozen patrons in the whole restaurant....and seriously, it shouldnt take 25 minutes to brew 2 expresso's and pour 2 shots straight up when we got up and ordered it right from the bar...the expresso machine is was right behind him and i could have done it for him if it was that big a deal. other than that, the day shift girl who checked us out on sunday was a little doll and the navigator who helped with our luggage and valet parking was just the nicest man ever. see you next time we have a show at harborlights!

The room and hotel were great. The only thing that was not good was the view. Had the view of the back of another room. It says waterfront hotel. Did not have that view:(

I was not a big fan of the staff at all at this hotel. They were pretty rude when I approached them about asking where certain things in the city were. Also there were kids running wild in the halls at all hours of the night. The bathrooms in the lobby were pretty dirty too.

I live just outside of Boston and some girlfriends and I grabbed a last minute deal and enjoy a little staycation. I travel a lot for work and prefer to stay with the Marriott brands and this hotel is a great example of why. Staff was knowledgeable, helpful, professional and extremely accommodating. The hotel itself is new and has a lovely lap pool, sauna, and a decent gym, if you've got time to take advantage. It's all in an awesome seaport location - not the heart of old Boston but super convenient if you're in town for an event at the convention center, and it's an easy cab ride anywhere in the city. The hotel is walking distance to some great bars and restaurants, though. The ones within a couple of blocks are pretty much all soulless chains, but venture just a little further and you've got some great options.

Overall a good hotel - a bit overpriced. Location was close to the convention center. Overall a good experience.

The hotel meant and exceeded my expectations. Very comfy, private, and clean.

Great location but not much to do around that location unless you love to walk to the nearest attractions, but overall the hotel was comfortable, and had a beautiful scenery by the water. Will probably be coming back again.

Enjoyed our stay! It was easy access to the the bus service.

Facilities were clean and the location was good. Amenities were decent as well.

The hotel staff excellent and the atmosphere great , location not that good
