Snotty staff. If you dont book direct, they cant look up your reservation or so they claim. Not even by your last name. Maide service didnt put clean crib sheet on even thoigh i removed the pee soaked one and put it on the rail. When i asked for a new one, the woman told me i had to go to the front desk because she doesnt change crib sheets!!! Ummm... the crib and original sheet is supplied by the hotel. The room service button on the hotel room phone doesnt work. Just dials to no where.... oh and the fridge in the room doesnt get cold. I wont be back.

Great Hotel, near good eating places

decent hotel in Seaport district. just reopened. Starbucks on facility. paid through orbitz full amount yet after check-out (couldn't get to desk due to flight changes last minute) was charged an additional $18 for who knows what by hotel.

I liked the convenience to the train station, just about two blocks from the hotel, not to mention they also had a bus route to the airport in back of the hotel also walking distance. My husband ate the best lobster roll at the Yankee Lobster restaurant that I highly recommend, that was also close by, I too enjoyed the shrimp platter .

Hotel was amazing! But we got false info on parking. A staff member told me that we could go in and out of the parking ramp next to the hotel as much as we want. We did so I was charge $40 each time we left. We would’ve just paid the $40 for a overnight stay and stayed local. When we brought it to the hotels attention they did nothing to comp us at all! Beautiful hotel but I will never stay again due to the lack of communication.

I sent a message regarding my stay. It was less than desirable for many reasons. I never heard back from anyone.

New and high quality property right by the waterfront. Water views were only partial, but nice.

The view and staff was incredible, a shuttle would have made it better

My family enjoy there that is very clean and quite. Their sttaff are kind to guide us to easy to do something in there. Hot water spot is very good for me.

My partner and I were very impressed with the professionalism and superior customer service of the staff. The hotel was attractive, featuring nice decor in both the public areas and the room (which was spacious and had a great view). We enjoyed the dining and fitness facilities and the location put a lot of the seaport attractions in walking distance. The only issue we encountered was that the walls seemed fairly thin, and this allowed the noise of other guests' revelry to bleed into our room and make it harder to sleep.

Beautiful rooms. Excellent service from front desk, valet and bell. Very inviting.

Clean! Staff great and took the time to tell us layout of property such as where gym was etc.. great proximity to waterfront! Only disappointment was restaurant was not ready as advertised., high marks otherwise
