The lady at check-in was very kind when speaking to me and made me feel welcome. The location is great if starting the walk for the Freedom Trail and it is around eating spots. Quite perfectly centrally located to things for it being our first time in Boston. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were vintage-chic-hip. I’d wish for brighter lighting in the room, but the lighting did give it a vibe to go with the hotel.

Nice boutique hotel located in the heart of downtown! Close to tourist sites and walkable sites. Good service and clean environment. My only complaint is that although a 3rd party booking site notified us of a POSSIBLE resort fee, the staff did not notify us that this fee was charged to my account. I only learned of it when I checked my account due to an unfamiliar charge.

The location was perfect and the staff was super friendly. The rooms are dark and needed more light.

The location made walking to shopping and restaurants convenient. Being pet friendly was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel. Room clean and glad we chose the larger size room. The refrigerator in the room was small. No microwave or coffee machine. One of the supports on the cabinet holding the refrigerator was broken, occasionally causing the cabinet to tilt and the refrigerator to slide out the back. No beverages or vending machines on the property.

Incredible location minutes from the airport and in the center of the city. Walking distance to historical sites. Clean with friendly staff

Not enough common area space. Needs a bit of rehab as it is slight worn. Bad old school shower/tub combos with curtains, need to upgrade to glass door showers.

Property was nicely located near Boston common. If you are traveling with a dog, it’s a nice location. Otherwise, hotel is area where dropping off and picking up and be impossible because if the busy road and tiny valet area. Tried to valet but unable to and thankful because although they say you can go in and out, it is so small and busy that you will be waiting quite a while and it’s $55/day. Hotel ran out of complimentary coffee which was

I love how close it is to everything. Very convenient location.

Skyline room is great, hotel doesn’t have a microwave soo, self explanatory. At least the had a mini fridge. Staff is cool. Hotel decor is very nice, bathrooms and overall hotel is very clean. All I would ask for is a microwave! I didn’t know I would have to look for microwave in hotel amenities! Now I know!

Only complaint was our unit's shower door was leaking a little. That wasn't enough to detract from the rest of the stay much. Room was great, free wine hour was fun and the breakfast is excellent. They even waived a parking charge because of the issue with the shower and sent the engineer to go fix it. Solid place

I Check in at 5pm an outside my room were used plates with food from the previous guest. The shower door was not entirely clean. And I found shopping tickets from the previous guest.

This is a horrible hotel. Our room was like a dungeon. It was black and dreary. The walls were a dark grey, hardly any lighting. It did not look like the picture we saw when we booked it. Not even close. Yes this hotel is in a perfect place for touring but for what we paid for the room was unbelievable. Don’t stay here. Even when I was near the front desk people were complaining about their room. One man hit his hand on the front desk he was so frustrated. I could hardly wait to leave. I wish there was a way to get my money back. If I could of cancelled my room while I was there I would have. So disappointed.
