We enjoyed the large corner room for our family of four. Spacious, modern and comfortable. Queen beds were comfortable. Staff super nice. We were on the 14th floor with great views. Great space to relax and enjoy the view. Friday, Saturday and Sunday there was loud music , making it difficult to sleep. Saturday it played til after 2am. Some of our party slept through it. Room had a noise machine. Gym is nice. Walking distance to many places. Did not like that lobby becomes a nightclub at night. Music was very loud, with the bass from the music audible throughout the hotel. Seems like an odd decision to have loud music a priority over guests paying for a place to sleep. Responses to reviews seem like they are more AI generated, than written by a person.

We didnt like the rowdy crowd allowed in for ‘DJ’ night. Some of the guys that were in the hotel for the DJ night were tough pretty looking people. Im a fairly rugged guy and i was leery of some of the people allowed in. I was surprised the W had no security at the elevators. It would take nothing for someone in that crowd to get on the elevator with a paying guest and force their way into their room. No security at all for the guests. Should have afditional security at the elevators. I wont stay there again. My wife was super glad she was there w me, if she was with her gfs, shhed have bn super frightened. U really need to remedy this.

The attached hotel resturant was ridiculously over priced and quality of the breakfast was poor and cold. Grossly understaffed. It took us 25 minutes to be offered coffee and juice.

Maybe too much "spray" in the rooms. Too perfumey. Otherwise, the front desk and service everywhere were amazing! The location was perfect for convention and lots of great restaurant and touring possibilities to walk to! Loved it!
