All in all, we loved this hotel. Unfortunately, there was some type of a strike going on in front of the hotel. Other than that, everything else was great. You could never go wrong with a W hotel

The room on the 15th floor is better than the ones downstairs

Alexis at the front desk was exceptional. The strike made the experience less than pleasant.

Great location. Very nice lobby and lounge. Great spa. Rooms could be more comfortable. TV stand quite ridiculous and awkward. TV too large for the cabinet so it sticks out on one side plus tooooo low. So u can’t use the remote if u are laying in bed. But In general room ok. Not more.

Nice hotel located near several of the theaters, Boston Common and Public Gardens. Room and bathroom was spacious, quiet. Would definitely select this hotel again.

All good but I booked a king bed, when I got here, they gave me a doble bed.

Only had 1 issue and it was fixed almost immediately!

Love the W Hotels. Had a great experience at the W Boston and will continue to stay at W Hotels whenever I'm traveling. I enjoy the nightlife vibe and bars they usually have going on during the week and weekends.

She was the person we spoke to as soon as we walked in . She worked front desk and she was just a delight. Truly made us feel welcome and without her touch of kindness and personality I don't believe I'd even write a review. Well done Taylor .

Overall, for a premium priced room, it was acceptable but not exceptional. The exceptional experience came from the maid service and the bartender at the Gallery restaurant who made eating at the bar delightful along with great food. Frankly, I think this hotel is understafffed for the price. Room lighting is poor!

Good customer service and rooms were clean. Although it would be nice if the water temperature was able to get more hot especially in the winter time.

I booked this hotel due to the proximity to the finish of the marathon. Knowing it's a busy weekend they needed more staff on duty. Check in wasn't til 4 but rooms are always ready early. Not this time, several groups were waiting til 4 and with a big race the next day this was absurd. Why no special pasta dinner for the runners? The rooms were small and the window into the bathroom so odd. I would not stay here again. Especially for the crazy inflated price they charged for the weekend !!

When checking in, we were asked what brought us to Boston. I explained we were going to Blue Man Group that evening and my birthday was the following day. Upon returning from the show, there was a card under our door wishing me a Happy Birthday with a note saying "hope we enjoyed the show". Nice touch!

I was very disappointed with the W hotel and their staff. I got there at 6:30pm when check in was at 4pm and the room was not ready. I waited till 8pm for them to tell me that they had to book another hotel in Copley for me. I was very upset because I was late for a holiday party. They blamed it on a computer glitch however they should've figured it out sooner. I understand things happen but their response to the problem took too long.

We enjoyed our stay in Boston. Staff were friendly and attentive. The best part was the beautiful view of the city.

The W Hotel is an awesome upscale hotel in the heart of the theatre district. As soon as you walk in the door you get a sense of "posh". There is a great lobby bar that is hopping and brings a great atmosphere to the hotel. Very enjoyable night!
