Great location

The hotel and staff are absolutely wonderful! From an interior design standing, the details throughout are well organized and beautifully displayed. During our visit, we ended up staying an extra night at the facility because we were so pleased with the overall experience.

Great service and amazing clean and spacious room!

They told me the deposit fee was 100 per stay but they took 600 from my debit card. I know it’s only an authorization but was very inconvenient

The location is awesome and the property is beautiful and the staff is the most welcoming I have had in Boston.

All in all, we loved this hotel. Unfortunately, there was some type of a strike going on in front of the hotel. Other than that, everything else was great. You could never go wrong with a W hotel

The room on the 15th floor is better than the ones downstairs

Alexis at the front desk was exceptional. The strike made the experience less than pleasant.
