The staff, room and amenities were amazing. I am from Boston and booked this night for my daughter and I to celebrate Christmas in a special place. My grandmother and her sister worked at the Lenox Hotel in the 50’s and my mom has fond memories of the Christmas parties they would host when she was a little girl. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space for my little girl who is now an adult! Memories are priceless. See you again next year we hope!

We had an amazing experience at The Lenox Hotel. The New Year’s Eve celebration at the restaurant was wonderful — great atmosphere, food, and service. The location is amazing and very convenient, and the hotel has a warm, classic charm. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Granola dish was good. I asked for soft boiled eggs. They were overdone so they redid them. But were cold. I didn’t feel like complaining again and no one checked with me to see if okay. And no egg cups to use? And spoon too large? Oh well. Was just one time visit anyway.
