First impression was how clean the hotel was and how friendly every staff member we encountered was. Room was great with good beds and pillows. Location was great. Walked as far as Faneuil Hall and loved the easy walk to Boston Commons. Super convenient for duck tours and lots of great sidewalk restaurants closeby. Would definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic stay. The staff could not have been better. The in room fireplace was great. The amenities were wonderful. Breakfast in the hotel was good and quite reasonable.

It was a great stay. Will recommend to friends and family that travel with kids.

We came to Boston for the weekend to celebrate my birthday. The hotel is beautiful and fancy, we stayed at a Superior King room which was spacious and very clean. We specially enjoyed all the complimentary stuff and the room service was on point, delivering everything we asked for quickly. We had a nice view being at the 9th floor. We had some drinks at the City Bar before dinner on Saturday, then excellent brunch at City Table restaurant Sunday morning before heading to the Aquarium. Great friendly staff, real luxury. Thank you Lenox.

great hotel, my wife loved it. friendly staff. Super clean. Amazing location.

When me and my long time friends arrived at the Hotel the staff could tell we hadn't seen each other in awhile and asked us about where we were from. When we told them we were visiting from out of town, and were having a reunion of sorts they sent up a bucket of imported beers to our room! Needless to say it was well received and just a perfect way to start off the evening! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

We were pleasantly surprised at the nostalgic feel of the hotel. We spent most of our time in the comfort of the room our 1st morning relaxing. Kids are in college nearby and was easy and convenient to visit.Absolutely loved it,not always affordable!

the staff was amazing to my 2 year old. they provided a stuffed animal gift at check-in and also brought a gift basket of toys, books and snacks to the room. the room was large enough to easily fit a crib and you can't beat the location.

recommebd to live good locationgood service overall

Always enjoy staying at the Lenox, the staff really do go out of their way to be friendly and helpful, every time you see them. Such a positive attitude from everyone. We were super lucky to get upgraded to a junior suite, gorgeous and perfect for girls weekend. I recommend the Lenox to anyone who enjoys great service in a refined setting, and doesn't mind paying for it. You are right in the best spot in the Back Bay, so nice to hear the piano bar going again!

The Lenox Hotel was great, the location was convenient and within walking distance to a lot of Boston attractions. The Irish Pub had good food and atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable. The Bar / Lounge was great as well. Would definitely stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was great, the restaurant and bars were great, and this is a perfect location for exploring Boston. Good value.

The hotel is located in a wonderful location for those who seek shopping and dining. Convenient to Boston Common, the theater district, and Prudential, it is a great choice to serve as a base for a trip to Boston. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating, the interior exudes old world charm with a modern flair. I have already made reservations to return.

The hotel location is perfect. The room was very small and desperately in need of a renovation.

I've spent 4 fantastic nights at The Lennox in Boston: great location. If u like historic hotels, this is one if them. I've stayed in the basic room and it had everything you need and more: comfy beds, walk in closet, water and chocolates left in your room every day. Huge tv screen. Aveda products. Cozy lobby w a real fireplace and excellent music. The bar and restaurant are very good and you can be on your own and it's ok. There are no coffee machines in the room but every morning they have Pete's coffee , tea and hot chocolate in the lobby. The tub is on the small size and the shower head is standard, nothing fancy. They give you a map w your room key, wifi included and very easy and fast to print your boarding pass from a huge, interactive screen the have near the lobby. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

This is a perfect location. The staff go above and beyond. Rooms are small, but there is enough space for one to two people. A gracious boutique hotel. The food at the restaurant is fair but there are so many other restaurants within a block. The fireplace lounge is wonderful.

My husband and I spent a couple's weekend in Boston to shop, dine and attend a theatre. The Lenox Hotel was the most ideal location and comfortable walking distance to most places including Chinatown. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and I never had to wait more than 1 minute in any line. The room was small but cozy. The valet parking staff were incredibly friendly. We will come to the Lenox in the future.

I stay at the Lennox often and every time I have a wonderful experience. I just have a problem with the cost.

Stayed five nights at this delightful hotel. location is perfect and the hotel leaves nothing to be desired. The staff were exceptional in every department, we felt like we were coming home every time we returned each day. The beautiful lobby and all the stunning public areas were a joy to behold. Delicious breakfasts at City Table and well priced. Linens and towels in the rooms are sumptious. A wonderful hotel to which I will surely return each time I visit Boston.

Very good stay, great location. Amenities are limited. Nice large rooms. Bathroom more on the mediocre side.
