Great location in the middle of everything but they turned off our water one night and we had brown water from our facet with no notice. We were told after I asked at yhe front desk to run the water a few minutes before we use it. Not sure how safe that was but...otherwise a g4eat stay.

I stayed here because it is walking distance to Back bay station through the mall, easier than the Westin. I am also a Marriott rewards member, but I had such a distasteful experience in the fitness center. The pool closes at 11pm and security came to enforce closure just before 11 pm. I just wanted to take off wet suit and put on my clothes. He said to do it in my room. The time it took for him to explain that he had to keep a punctual schedule, I would have been done. This is no example of trying to accommodate travelers or customer service for a hospitality industry. With all the other hotels around, stay at the Westin or elsewhere.

Our only problem was during check-in. Our reservation was made several months in advance but when we arrived, there were no king rooms available. At first we were asked to take a double bed, but we refused. We were given a comped meal while we waited and a king room was found about an hour and a half later. After that, everything was fine.

This place is next to a good shopping area. The staffs are very friendly. The room we stayed has a good river and city view. The hotel has the best fitness center I have ever been in a hotel. The swimming pool is in the center of the fitness center with clear glass roof. The fitness center has most equipments I need which is hard to find in most of the hotel fitness center. Also it is spacious and has good view of the city. The elevator is unique, it has a center controlled system which allow you to select the floor you want to go first, then direct you to the elevator you need to go in and it bring you to the floor directly. It is quick and avoid too much stops.

Had a great adventure in Massachusetts, Maine, and New Hampshire!!!

The location could not be beat but for the price I was expecting a few extras. Not even free WiFi. No complimentary water, no chocolate on your pillow. Oh well. But as I said the location was great, the room was spotless and comfortable. They let us check in way before check in time which was fantastic since we arrived early in the day. The room service breakfast was good and came exactly on time. The pool and hot tub looked great but we didn't get a chance to go in. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very clean rooms ,very helpful staff , the location of this hotel makes your stay amazing , everything you want to shop or eat is just in the mall , very convenient during winter because no need to go out walk especially during a storm !

We always stay at this property when traveling to Boston which is often. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff go out of their way for you. Never had an issue with this property.

Great location with indoor access to Prudentual center and Copley place. all staff from valet to front desk were service oriented

The Marriott Hotel is beautifully appointed. Close to shopping, Convention Center, and Prudential Tower all without going outside. The room was immaculate and beds extraordinarily comfortable.

We came to Boston to celebrate a birthday so we weren't in the room much, but when we were, it was very comfortable and the perfect spot to come back after a long day to crash. Check in was a bit slow, as they only had one person working the counter, but the check out was very fast using the TV program they have set up. Hotel was also in a great location for hopping around Boston.

Very convenient, located in Prudential,Copley Mall. Bed/Mattress old, very cheap...need to be updated to premium bedding advertised

We needed a hotel near Brigham and Women's as a family member was having emergency surgery. This hotel is right on the green T line (mass transit) and is very convenient. However they charge $38/d to park. There is no free breakfast (Orbitz advertised it as having free breakfast). We needed a room for 5 people, and their site said that was ok. When we arrived they said they would charge us an extra $20/d for a roll away bed (not advertised on their site or Orbitz). We ended up complaining and they waived the fee. They also charge $13/d just for wifi! Totally ridiculous since most places these days have free Wifi. After the fees of parking, wifi, and no free breakfast, I'd find somewhere else to stay next time. The location great, the rooms were nice, the amenities were not worth it.

Very nice rooms and comfortable beds. Great staff. Helpful with directions and other recommendations. Front desk was extremely efficient.

nice friendly staff, clean room, clean swimming pool, clean gym, clean lobby, very nice experience.

Have stayed in this property before and they definitely do a great job in keeping it up and improving it overall. All hotel were very friendly and helpful. Great customer service all around. Hotel is connected to Copley Place and the Pru. Lots of places to eat and see close by.

Amazing! Really enjoyable experience! Hotel staff was very friendly and hotel was conveniently located right in the middle of everything. Room was clean and beautiful and had a great view of the city. I can't wait to go back and stay there again! We will most definitely stay at this hotel from now on! Thank you Marriott!

The hotel is very out of date. Had I know this, I would have spent a few more dollars to stay at a nicer hotel

When we arrived the valet was full and had a hard time finding a parking place in the garage.

My friend got food poisoning, we founf pubic hair on the floor and our first room smelled of stale beer. The staff was accommodating to the condition but I would never reccomend this hotel.
