Nothing to offer at this time. It was a good stay.

This hotel had a great and kind staff, was very clean, and had a great amenities. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice

The service at the champion was not good at all. I waited 10min just for someone to ask me if I wanted set for dinner

Long line to check in or to ask any Qs at the front desk. No free business center - charged by the minute

The hotel overbooked and made us wait 3 hrs for the room and we had nothing else to do while in Boston. The service attendant was very rude when I was checking in and mentioned it.

The mattress very poor and the facility is way too old for a Marriott

We love this Marriott property for its location. Easy walk to Copley Square and the T stations. It is comfortable and clean. The pool is an extra luxury. The is a Star Market right across the street, for any you may need during your stay. Numerous restaurants are within walking distance and a quick T ride away from the theater district and Chinatown.

Everything cost money. There was nothing overly impressive

Everything worked very well but very crowded all over the place.Small lobby for such a big hotel.

Loved the location, pool, hot tub, room etc. A great time

Nice. To stay and bring family with you. Close to shopping restaurants in a great location

I booked a room with a king bed. We tried to check in around 3 but was told the room was not ready yet but they would call while also trying to upgrade me to a room with a view. Never received a call and when we returned after 5 for check-in we were told there was a glitch in their system and all they had was a room with 2 double beds, not cool. At that point we were not going to go look for another hotel. They agreed to deduct 1/2 the cost of the room after I refused $75.00 off the cost. Still not ok so we had a great time seeing Billy Joel and then went back to sleep in separate beds. Not the weekend that was planned.

Very clean and comfortable. There was no breakfast area

Great location, staff was great. Perfectly situated in center of town!

62.00 a day for parking is insanity .only good thing was the location and one of our servers ,shantel
