This is an excellent find near Boston Common. Based on reviews we were hesitant to book; but we are glad we did. The queen room is about the size of a standard European hotel, so good enough for 2 people and a suitcase. The bathroom was very large. The room was clean, and the staff was helpful. Would stay again.

very small room, no refrigerator, poor amenity Quiet room

Cute little spot in a convenient area. Room was small(!) but nice. Staff was.... not the friendliest, but whatever.

Nice location and great room at a great price! A friend and I stayed in a standard room with 2 queen beds for an interview at Tufts Medical Center. The room was modern and decorated beautifully, and it had great separation between the two beds so we could both have our privacy. There was a center dividing curtain, and we each had our own televisions and closets. The mattresses and pillows were super comfy and were housed in these cool platform beds with a built-in bedside cubby that housed USB chargers, etc. C.O Bigelow products were provided in the bathroom, which were great. Only negatives were that someone had clearly been smoking cigarettes in our bathroom? I came right at check-in. Everything in the room was cleaned immaculately, but when I opened that bathroom door, I was hit with the odor of cigarettes that wasn't present in the bedroom. Also the walls seem pretty thin; I could hear our neighbors easily at 4am.

The Property of the hotel is great, really central to everything room was just perfect. Unfortunately I found the staff to be so rude. Especially the front desk staff working the night desk. The front desk staff is some you see straight when you walk in. If the person is rude it just gives the wrong impression of the hotel.

Close to the activities that we were doing! Room was a good size!

I love the fact that there was a tv for each side of the room and it had a curtain to divide the room for more Privacy

Great location! Right around the corner is Panera, Rock Bottom Brewery, The Wang, The Shubert! Less than half a mile away is Boston Garden. Parking garage right across the street, easy access to 90. Very pleasant stay.

I took a “dorm” room which was so incredibly small for four people that there wasn’t even space for my belongings. I had to sleep with my backpack. The common areas are not clean. I used the laundry room downstairs there was a dead cockroach on the floor. I called ahead to ask about parking and was told “I don’t know”.

staff was friendly. hotel was clean and for a 118sq feet room we were impressed. perfect location. would love to stay again.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks. They have false advertising in that they say they offer complimentary breakfast and they do not. I also had to change my room two times because on the first floor there is an incredible loud thumping noise that starts around 3 and ends around 6. I was then woken up again at 7 because of someone switching rooms because of the loud thumping noise. They refused to do anything about it or give me my money back. If you want to get more than 3 hours of sleep, don't stay here.

It’s true some of our rooms are on the smaller side, being a historic hotel (140 years old) things were made different then and we feel that it is part of our charm. What we offer is great service, a fantastic location with easy access to all that Boston has to offer, Thank you for staying with us at the Found Hotel.

Rustle, Our location in the heart of Boston is a great home base to explore our fine city. We have history shopping dining and entertainment option all at our door step. I'd love to hear more about your experience with our team, our only reason to be here is to take care of you and it seems we missed the mark.
