Front desk staff the afternoon of check in- don’t recall his name- checked me in swiftly and was able to reset the locked safe and fix the TV that wasn’t turning on. Cozy room and a lovely view.

location, location, location. This hotel is in a great place if you are going to the theatre or want to visit Chinatown. The room was VERY small, BUT had everything you need and was comfortable. My only complaint is the lighting is AWFUL!!! A piercing spotlight over the bed and one surrounding the mirror. The bathroom was clean and had a nice walk in shower. The staff is very welcoming and gracious.

Had a room tucked into a fire stairwell, completely separate from the rest of the rooms and down a different hallway. Only 1 deadbolt on the electric lock system, didn’t feel completely secure as a young woman traveling alone. Extremely loud at night, including yelling outside and not sure if it was plumbing or mechanical issues, but very loud bangs throughout the night. Would have been a completely different review had I not gotten this strange room but I grossly overspent for this stay
