Came for a weekend visit with family. Wanted something near the Commons and found this. Great location, and not very expensive. Room was small as expected. Breakfast typical: coffee, juice, packaged pastries, bananas, oranges, yogurt. No seating area in breakfast room. No coffee in room. But we would go again if the prices was right (<< than other hotels in area). A bit noisy at 2am Friday night as clubs let out. But great to be near Chinatown. Great breakfasts at The Friendly Toast, just 7 min walk away.

Comfortable room. Excellent location within easy walking distance of the hop-on/hop-off bus, Boston Commons, and playhouses. Public parking structure located across the street from the hotel - hotel discount applies. There is no seating available, but a breakfast of pastries, power bars, yogurt, juice and coffee can be picked up on the basement level. Would stay there again.

What a dissapointment, from check in to check out..staff was not welcoming at all. Room had a horrible smell and when I mentioned it to the employee at the front desk, I got an empty stare. How dare they charge $300+ a night. I tried to remain positive during my one night stay, but check out destroyed any positivity I had left... not even a “ “How was your stay?” Or have a good day, or thank you for choosing Found...nothing..

The overall interior of the hotel is extremely unimpressive and the people who work for this hotel are extremely rude and short tempered. Overall this hotel is not worth any amount of money and no one should ever have to suffer the psychological torment of being treated so poorly by mean people in a disgusting environment

My friend and I were looking for an available hotel in a good walking location in Boston for the weekend. Found Hotel met our needs. I was not able to give it more than a 3 star because they are in the middle of a renovation, so some things were not up to par. However, the room was totally renovated and modern although it was quite small. That did not matter since it was just the two of us and we were out and about all day enjoying Boston. They still need to renovate their entrance, elevator and hallways. One might say that the price was high given the condition, however, Boston is an expensive city and compared to others, it was not that pricey. The most important thing was the clean updated rooms, the pleasant front desk service (Edward was wonderful and very helpful and accommodating. The toiletries provided were very nice and the blow dryer made it very convenient for us. It was in a very convenient location and we walked everywhere we wanted to go. They are directly across from a parking garage where we left our car for the weekend and you get discounted rates with proof of your stay at the Found Hotel which the front desk will provide for you. I would come again and hopefully next time, the renovations will be complete.

From check in to check out it was just a poor experience at this hotel. When we checked in it seems we were an inconvenience to the front of desk staff as she was busy on her phone and hardly looked up when she asked for our details. The lobby was a construction site and when we asked the front desk staff how long has the hotel been under renovation and when it was going to be finished she said its nearly done?? (There is no mention of any renovation work on their website) We booked a double room and the one we were given was absolutely tiny. The double bed was pushed up against the window so one person had to climb over the other to get in/out of bed. Bathroom was newly renovated so that was the nicest thing about the whole room. Upon check out a different staff was also very 'inconvenienced' by my request for a print out of the invoice as the printer had run out of paper and she had to reload it! I cannot and will not be able to recommend this place to another person.

We stayed one night here last week, what a disappointment! The hotel is a building zone, with the lobby being ripped apart. The staff at reception were not easily recognized and in street clothes, and there is a massive skip outside the building. No tea and coffee making facilities in bathrooms, minimal toiletries. "Breakfast" was served in the cramped basement beside the laundry and was a selection of dry, pre-wrapped pastries, granola bars and yoghurt. Housekeeping walked in at 8:30am!!! For over $300, I expected a lot more than a building zone in the foyer, a decrepit elevator and some discount pastries served in the bathroom. At least inform your guests in advance of any construction work!

Hotel was under construction during our visit, and the dumpster did get emptied in the middle of the night. Continential breakfast was a little weak. Overall a good value for the money. Rooms were small but clean. Good location

I booked this hotel for $400 a night. Nowhere on the website does it say that they are under major construction. There is a dumpster right outside the main entrance. We stopped under the sign "Valet only". When we walked in I asked the front desk person about the valet. She looked at me like I had two heads and said I had to park myself in the garage across the street. The rooms are tiny and dark, although looks like they were redone. By the way, against the statement on website of coffee machine in the room, there is none. There is an electric outlet in the bathroom which you can't use because it is too close to the mirror to plug anything in. Breakfast is a joke - in the basement next to laundry room there is a set up of Keurig machine, pastry and juice in the fridge. Nowhere to sit, there is not even a lobby. Just a desk in construction site. The only good thing is the location. The pictures on the website are deceiving, I am surprised that someone doesn't shut this location down for potential hazard. Shameful.

Stayed four nights in September 2018. My room was on the fifth floor and although absolutely tiny, was neat and modern. There is no microwave/fridge/coffee maker/iron or any extras. Toiletries are included but are in large canisters attached to the wall. It was nice to have breakfast included but it was very very basic. I understand renovations are going on at the moment so you could only grab and go. The breakfast available was some pieces of fruit, packaged pastries, yoghurt, coffee/tea. The shower took a really long time to get hot. One of the women on the front desk was particularly unfriendly and seemed like she would rather be anywhere else. There is a 24hr reception though, so that is good. Wifi was okay. In an expensive city, this is okay accommodation, in a fantastic location. Very walk-able to a range of attractions.
