This hotel is a scam. The pictures online looked nothing like the actual room I was given. Instead of a clean and comfortable space, I walked into a dirty, run-down, extremely small room that barely fit a bed pressed against three walls. It was claustrophobic and unacceptable.
When I complained, the manager admitted that the rooms don’t match the photos, but brushed it off and pointed to their cancellation policy — clearly used to guests being disappointed. I left immediately, losing all my money in the process.
To make matters worse, Hotels.com did nothing to help. They also hid behind the 24-hour cancellation policy, despite the obvious false advertising.
Avoid this hotel at all costs. It’s misleading, dishonest, and a complete waste of money.
