Very small claustrophobic room. Plus the room is very loud above a club with music very late.
Had to change rooms cause it wasn’t clean plus the next room they put us in wasn’t much better
Great if you are going to the convention center
No restaurants nearby other than what was in the hotel. Therefore, I felt captive to what was in the hotel, which was expensive. The hotel was located in a food desert.

Excellent place to stay
Great but not over the top. Our greeting was rushed.
2 hour limit on pool really doesn’t sit well when you charge a destination feeb
We stayed a the Omni for three nights, hoping to enjoy a downtown Boston Seaport experience. What works for this hotel is: 1. The hotel has a grand entrance and clean, modern rooms. 2. Excellent resteraunt Where there is work needed is: 1. Front desk has NO smiles whatsoever! We were traveling with children and needed rooms on the same floor, which was not accommodated. We arrived at 11:30 pm exhausted, and the front desk lady was grumpy and rude. 2. Poor Amenities. We had to ask for everything to be sent to our room, iron, tea, sugar. 2. Its views are of industrial buildings. Not a relaxing stay.
We had a lot of fun here next time we will bring are kids for the pool great time and great staff
The hotel is beautiful and close to great restaurants in the seaport. It’s a short walk from South Station and the downtown area. The rooms are tiny, but comfortable.
This was one of the nicest and most comfortable hotel stays I’ve had in over 10 years! The staff at the Omni Boston Seaport were phenomenal, especially Ziggy! Just please book this hotel, you won’t be disappointed. The beds are heavenly
Super nice bed. Friendly staff.
