This room reminded me of a tiny cubicle you’d find in a foreign country! TINY, TINY, TINY!!!! Only me or my husband could walk around it at one time! The other person had to stay on the bed! Sorry, but I don’t care to use the bathroom facilities w/ my spouse right there w/ me!!! This was by far, the WORST experience I’ve had w/ a hotel room! On the upside - had a fabulous server, Lina, at the Sportsbar. The concierge upon check-in & the bartender both need refresher courses in hospitality! Both of them lacked the social graces! Hmm, would it fair to say I’ll NEVER stay here again??!!

Loved the Omni Hotel and the area surrounding it. The only thing we were super disappointed with was the rooftop pool/hot tub which we never got to go in, and that had been a big factor in choosing the Omni. We had pool reservations for all 3 days but the first time we turned up there were no available loungers despite having a reservation and the staff member on duty wasn’t particularly sympathetic. The pool was packed, noisy, loads of kids and it reminded us of a cruise ship. We also wondered how hygienic it was. It was a similar situation the other days so we forfeited our plans of a relaxing swim in the pool and soak in the hot tub. Other than that, I couldn’t fault anything else and because before our arrival they had changed our original booking to a room in the patron tower but on a lower floor with no water view, they upgraded us to a corner room on a higher floor with views of the water for our second night which we really appreciated.
