The elevator is a nightmare . each day you need to spend at least twenty minutes to thirty minutes waiting for the elevator up and down. If you are staying at the lower floors, you’re screwed. By the time the elevator gets to you, it’s full. for the valet parking, you would need to pay first before they even bring up your car. You cannot call them in advance to have the car ready for you when you go downstairs. It was a busy Sunday morning. We waited 20 minutes for the car. In summary, this is not the Westin flagship hotel. This is more at Hampton inn
