What a gem! Loved every aspect of the hotel, from the location, staff and the amenities. All are excellent.

Close to everything in the Back Bay. Easy to get an Uber to the main entrance. Rooms adequate size (not the tiny 'boutique' hotel rooms. A tad pricey though for essentially a standard business hotel.

Big hotel, great location, and fairly convenient to everything with great nearby shopping and good restaurants. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. We arrived on a holiday weekend to a busy hotel, so check in line was very slow. The greeting was lukewarm. Our luggage was also slow to arrive as it was delivered to the wrong room. Getting through to a person at all times during our stay was a long process with an extended wait.The staff was nice but not overly helpful, and the concierge sent us to a restaurant that was closed Labor Day. It was an honest mistake as the restaurant was 5 minutes from stated opening time online when he called, but the issue for us was we were traveling with my 80+-year-old mother-in-law and the extra walk of a few blocks to find another place was not comfortable. Driving in downtown Boston overall foolhardy, so I highly recommend you park your car and walk, taxi or take public transportation.The in/out valet parking did not give easy access to our car as taking it out was a pain and slow. Finally, we were charged an extra day of parking on our final invoice, which was added to the "final" bill and emailed after we left. This was more time spent calling the hotel to settle the discrepancy.

I had a great time. I went several places and was easily able to get back to the hotel.

Watch in-room dining service charges and tax - doubled the meal order on breakfast for 1. Great location and view. Bathrooms a bit small and could use updating.

Went to Boston for a conference and stayed a few more days. The Westin is just one block to the subway, providing easy access to all areas of Boston.

Great location in downtown Boston. Close to Prudential Center and many restaurants. They were a little understaffed for check-in but overall the stay was great. Room was very comfortable.

Location is near many DT attractions, close to major subway lines, shopping, restaurants, and is ideal for visiting Boston. The hotel itself was very well appointed and the rooms/beds very comfortable. They were very accommodating with check-out/check-in times. Overall a solid experience. Have stayed here before and will stay here again!

Great location in Boston and also near Northeastern University where my daughter goes. Walking distance to many attractions (museums, ballpark, etc.).

Great and friendly staff plus fabulous location. The bed left our back aching.

The bathroom's water pressure was very low, hot water took a long time to warm up. No venting fan in the bathroom. Room was smaller than expected, internet pictures are misleading. Parking is another story, the hotel's parking lot was full and we were told to park across the street and we had to pay $38 to park for one night.

Convenient, comfortable, sparkling clean, and most courteous and pleasant staff. The food offerings were good also, and we consider ourselves to be somewhat discriminating.

We stayed here about 6 months ago and had signed up for the guest rewards (we had booked 2 rooms, one for us and one for our 21 & 23 yr old 'kids'). This next trip we were rewarded with a room on the 'preferred guest floor most at the top of the hotel, with wonderfully amazing views. We had such an amazing weekend, it was relaxing as well. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will see them again in another 6 months!

The hotel was very nice and close to my business meetings. Never been to Boston, the trip was amazing and the hotel and staff were great!.

Always have a good time in Boston at the Westin. Staff is super friendly, got upgraded and had an amazing room with a view. The only trouble we had was finding a vending machine and the queen bed where I booked a king. Didn't complain with the upgrade. Great night!

Convenient location as it is attached to the mall. Many restaurants around as well. Staff were friendly. Clean rooms.

Great location, great hotel. However, there were toe nails all around the carpet in my room, probably from previous guest(s). Even housekeeping did eventually come over and vacuum the carpet, I did not expect this from a hotel of this caliber. In addition, there was rattling noise coming from the heater throughout the night. Overall, I was disappointed with the hotel.

overall met expectations, but patience required
