It was a great experience and i will book again! Nothing negative to add.

Nobody came to help with my luggage. Even after waiting long time by the entrance still a ghost town..

Good location. Long lines at check in - not enough staff. Difficult parking. Valet very inattentive. Small area to pull in car. Competing w Ubers, taxis, limos. Saw housekeeper drop a stack of clean towels on dirty hallway floor, pick them up, then put them back on her cart to be placed in guests’ rooms.

Great location! The room was spacious and clean, and the lobby bar had a great liquor selection. Our only complaint is that there seemed to be a lot of issues with the escalators and elevators. The "down" side of the escalator from the lobby to street level was out of order for our entire stay, which resulted in a lot of people taking the elevator. There were 7 elevators, and only 3 of them seemed to actually be functioning. When trying to leave the hotel in the mornings, there was usually a long wait and a lot of the elevators that stopped on our floor were already full. That said, this wasn't really a big deal and we still enjoyed our stay!

Usually not greeted at entrance. There was a lot of construction. At the front desk there was always a line. The street area when you first walk in is not very inviting. There’s not much seating or Decour. I actually was lost the first time I went to check in.

Only complaint was that the on demand menu and cable was not great.

It was fine. what more do you need? this is ridiculous

Staff made effort to put me in a good room without requesting. Great views in great hue high-rise hotel. Feels like a special place because of high-rise. Decor is very nice but not ornate or rover the top.

No comment I have nothing to say Don’t want to say more. Don’t like the survey

Tip top establishment. No complaints. Clean, friendly staff and good food. Thanks.

location was great as everything is walkable including eating & shopping

Great location to everything in the Back Bay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. One thing is that parking is $40 per night if you don't take a car out & $65 dollars a night for valet. There was a Hertz on property. Most things you can walk, but we went all over:-)

Loved it all. Always a pleasure. The location is perfect and the rooms are among the nicest in the city.

Great location and convenience. One block away from two subway transits and literally connected to a great mall. My tv remote was crap, there was no microwave in the room, and my iron was damaged and had to be replaced. Overall a lovely hotel.

Great location, very nice property. Concierge service was not great. We were given the wrong information on 2 occasions and they did not readily have answers to common questions.
