The facility was well maintained and modern. Staff was very helpful and accomodating. Room was large, well appointed and clean. Easy for transportation. Will come again.
This is a very nice property with a strategic location in Copley Square. The facilities were very clean, staff was friendly, and helpful. There was a mandatory charge that the property added, however, which was to be used on site for food, or entertainment that I did not desire. Short of that, I would recommend this property, especially for anyone traveling for business reasons.

Outstanding views and very convenient location. All and all a great stay. My only criticism is that there is no fan/vent in the bathrooms so it gets rather steamy in the summer.
