I liked that there was a separate bedroom with a door and a separate sitting area. There was also two desks which was helpful when two of us had to work. I don't have any complaints. Everything was very nice.

I feel as if the information when booking the hotel is very vague. I thought it was a pretty good deal, but it’s surprising to find out that you will have to give a deposit that is more than what you paid for your stay. Which is especially concerning when a lot of reviews mention people having to wait abnormally long for their refund. I only stayed one night for 72$ and I had to pay a deposit of $100 dollars. I didn’t mind, but it’s not mentioned anywhere on the booking. when you Google their deposit fee, the company’s response is very different. Also, they make it seem that they are completely open but it should also be mentioned that the hotels restaurant is closed (again wasn’t an issue for me I just feel like it should be made known on the listing). Also, the area is a little iffy at night, you are on a street that is very much like an alley so just be careful at night.

Very nice hotel and very spacious. Walking distance to TD Garden and so many restaurants. Front desk Nunu was very courteous, kind and knowledgeable. She set the standards of how customer service should be.

Staff is super helpful and friendly. Would love it if there was room service available. Also, for some reason the bar wasn't available to us the evening that we were there.

Shower didn't warm up for long time. Otherwise very nice, great start, great location for night at the garden!

It was nicely decorated and clean, but the cabinet door for fridge had a broken hinge. Staff was friendly, but housekeeping woke us when they knocked once then barged into the room - they were also very loud. Upon checking out at 11:00 we were told it would be a 25 minute wait for the valet to retrieve the car. We were told we could wait in the bar/restaurant area, but they had just closed breakfast service. We couldn't even get a cup of coffee. It's good we didn't have make a flight.

Loved the urban decor. The property was a cross from the north station

It was very conveniently located to TD Garden. It was great that we could leave our luggage after check in so we could explore the city without having to carry everything with us.

Right across from TD Gardens perfect place to catch an event. Also a short walk to the New England Aquarium and Faneuil Hall/Quincy Market. Recent updates to the hotel. Restaurant was great for breakfast. All staff was amazing and friendly.
