Enjoyed the proximity to a lot of dining and bars. There was some hairs in the bathroom and one pillowcase was stained

Great location across from TD Garden

Cross the street of north end station which is convenient for arriving late at night. We had difficulty to find food after 9:30 in the evening —we only found a pizza place next door still open.

Everyone was so nice, the location was amazing, i cant wait to go back❤

The rooms are very small and the parking is very expensive.

Great location Nice modern rooms Only concern was small, slow moving elevators

The parking situation is insane and very expensive. They dont provide the information needed to park correctly. The sidewalk by hotel is not wheelchair accessible. The slant and the ceubling ground made it impossible to get around.

Great location for subway, walkable to North End. Room was very clean and tasteful, but getting a little worn. A bit noisy outside at night, but what you'd expect downtown. Staff was very nice and helpful. We'd stay there again for sure.

Comfortable

I liked that there was a separate bedroom with a door and a separate sitting area. There was also two desks which was helpful when two of us had to work. I don't have any complaints. Everything was very nice.

I feel as if the information when booking the hotel is very vague. I thought it was a pretty good deal, but it’s surprising to find out that you will have to give a deposit that is more than what you paid for your stay. Which is especially concerning when a lot of reviews mention people having to wait abnormally long for their refund. I only stayed one night for 72$ and I had to pay a deposit of $100 dollars. I didn’t mind, but it’s not mentioned anywhere on the booking. when you Google their deposit fee, the company’s response is very different. Also, they make it seem that they are completely open but it should also be mentioned that the hotels restaurant is closed (again wasn’t an issue for me I just feel like it should be made known on the listing). Also, the area is a little iffy at night, you are on a street that is very much like an alley so just be careful at night.

Very nice hotel and very spacious. Walking distance to TD Garden and so many restaurants. Front desk Nunu was very courteous, kind and knowledgeable. She set the standards of how customer service should be.

Staff is super helpful and friendly. Would love it if there was room service available. Also, for some reason the bar wasn't available to us the evening that we were there.

Shower didn't warm up for long time. Otherwise very nice, great start, great location for night at the garden!
