The folks at the desk were not always at their station, however, and I don’t think they offered room service, even though they claim to have an outstanding bar/ restaurant. There was no information about it in the room, anyway. It could be due to staffing shortages like everywhere else.

Excellent location and beautiful historic property. Room was very small and noisy from the club on property. Club sounded amazing but needed a restful nights sleep instead.
Biggest complaint is that the mattress is about 10 years past its lumpless days. Average hotel, friendly staff, clean. That is it. Do not expect anything and you will be fine. As long as you sleep across the bed and not how it was intended. You will roll out to the edge guaranteed.
First time to Boston! We enjoyed the city and couldn’t have picked a better hotel for our first visit. Lots of great places to visit and eat within walking distance. If we ever return to Boston, would have no problem staying here again.
Gotta say the Copley Square Hotel was perfect ! Great location, close to everything and the staff was unbelievable. Honestly the customer service was the best I have seen anywhere in the last couple years ! Also if you are driving and have never been to Boston the hotel is literally 3 minutes off the interstate and getting back on the interstate was so easy.

Our room was on the 1st floor near the trash/laundry which was unpleasant. There was a nightclub here and we could hear the loud music all night long as well as any other noises from outside. Needless to say we did not have a restful/.peaceful night here.
We love the Copley. Have stayed there multiple times. They made some nice enhancements in the cafe on first floor and a rudimentary fitness center (have more work to do here like adding a TV and floor mats), but always like their proximity to Boylston and the Common.
Close to the train, shopping and the library!
They spent more money on including the group name Founders verses adding room service and basic toiletry kits at concierge. If I had known I would have stayed somewhere else. All hotels and boutique hotels offer these basic services.

The hotel (being one of Back Bays oldest) had the charm of a fun boutique hotel. At the moment it doesn’t have a restaurant but will soon. It didn’t matter as there are lots to choose from in the area. For those who like a gymn or completely breakfast, also not available but their rates reflect that being very reasonable. Rooms were “pettite “ but clean and had a good size fridge with separate freezer. Would go back as often as I can
