Very expensive for no reason. Rooms were a bit deceiving from photos, very old, level 4 hallway had a stench, bathroom needed a paint job, fresh caulking, and rust was visible near sink. Staff never said hello when behind the counter. Valet was friendly.

What a fun experience my husband and I had!!! The staff was very kind and welcoming upon our arrival. They are very knowledgeable about the area and gave us several recommendations for things to do and places to eat. We received clean towels daily when they came to tidy up our room. It was very comforting and nice to see after spending the day sightseeing and exploring!! I highly recommend staying here while visiting Boston. My husband and I will definitely be staying here during our next visit!!

It was shabby. Had cheap metal furniture that was actually crooked, carpet was musty, scratches on the wall over the bed frame… I was pretty disappointed and regretted choosing it for my trip.

I was disappointed with the room, it was very small and there was no stand or light on one side of the bed and there was no chair or anywhere to put anything. I have stayed there before and it was much better than this. I spent almost $400 on this room and it was not worth that at all.

Upon arrival the boy at the door just played on his phone, no help getting luggage. Front desk staff not very friendly or helpful. Elevators take forever if they even show up. I think for the price I could have found something better.

Fantastic, walkable location! Easy access to Newberry Street, Beacon Hill, the riverfront, Back Bay, and Commonwealth Avenue. We even arrived on a redeye and the room was available early so we could go take a nap, which was a lifesaver!

We stayed one night in Boston and loved this location. It was walking distance to the Boston Public Library and a lot of restaurant options. The hotel and room were clean and had very comfortable beds. We would stay here again next time we’re in Boston.

The hotel is fine. Good price, great location. Room needed some deeper cleaning in the bathroom but had the basics you could need. Additionally the bathroom shower and wallpaper could have used a spruce. Main issue was the elevator was out, but then the service elevator that people were instructed to use was not consistent either.
