Very centrally located in Boston, easy access to everything. The rooms are reasonably modern with large scale TVs, fridge, and a small desk to get some work done. All very functional and well done. The hotel itself is a bit old with squeaky floors. What I did not like was that, over 4 nights, the room was only made once. They seem to have staffing issues at the moment but when you're paying over $300/night I do expect that my bed is made and that the trash is taken out. Other than that it was an OK and reasonable stay.

No restaurant but worse no coffee! Hotel is not well appointed and has a very confusing layout. It sufficed for 2 nights but I cannot recommend it.

Good central location downtown. The hotel doesn't have much to it other than a check-in and rooms.

Don't mistake this for the Fairmount Copley Plaza hotel as I did. It is bare bones, the staff was very friendly, very nice. But amenities were few, very little service inside hotel but it was clean and safe and convenient. I wanted to stay at fairmount copley Plaza. I goofed but it could have been worse , it wasn't far away.

There was no coffee pot in the room and the elevator was a bit slow. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Very close to the train.

The staff was very friendly.

The room was decent enough but some amenities were lacking. There was a garbage can in the bathroom but one in the living area would have been nice. Missed having a coffee maker or ability to make tea. Biggest problem was that there was no door handle note to inform room service if the room was occupied or not and a number of times we had to keep responding to the maids and on one day the maid entered the room twice before we could answer that we were still in the room.

Needs another elevator

Rooms small dark and cramped. Elevators had only one working and it was shaky.

Great place - can’t beat the location. Excellent, helpful, friendly staff. Very clean. And the best freezer/fridge combo I’ve ever seen in a hotel room!

Great Back Bay location close to Public Gardens and downtown. Was nice and quiet with a comfortable bed, slept well.

Great hotel... Fantastic staff. Close to all we wanted to see (Fenway, Common, Boyleston). Wish the rooms had a microwave to heat water for tea.

Property did not live up to 4 star level. The room did not have a closet, a luggage rack, a hair dryer Or any shelves in the bathroom. One of the elevators was out and the one that worked was very slow. With that, the front desk was very nice and tried to be helpful.

Our stay was only one night. The rooms are tiny but clean. Parking was not great. Friendly staff. No Valet service. Nice hotel but I'm not sure I'd stay again.

Small room .... no bar or restaurants in the hotel

There was no pet free rooms for people with allergies. The hotel and the rooms stunk like dog urine. Staff were friendly!

Wonderful boutique hotel in a great location. They do a wine hour every weeknight from 5pm - 6pm and have a continental breakfast each morning till 10:30am. I stayed in a king room and it was a fine size for 1-2 people. The bathroom is a little small, but you're not spending a ton of time in there. Bed was very comfortable. Since it's an older building you may hear the shower running in the adjacent room but I didn't have a problem with that.

No coffee pot or refrigerator in room. Breakfast was lacking
