Small room .... no bar or restaurants in the hotel

There was no pet free rooms for people with allergies. The hotel and the rooms stunk like dog urine. Staff were friendly!

Wonderful boutique hotel in a great location. They do a wine hour every weeknight from 5pm - 6pm and have a continental breakfast each morning till 10:30am. I stayed in a king room and it was a fine size for 1-2 people. The bathroom is a little small, but you're not spending a ton of time in there. Bed was very comfortable. Since it's an older building you may hear the shower running in the adjacent room but I didn't have a problem with that.

No coffee pot or refrigerator in room. Breakfast was lacking

Historical property, Clean and Excellent Staff Service

over all very nice. The staff did not service our room on one of the days.

This hotel has a great location and it was very easy to walk just about everywhere or there were several T stations within a few blocks. The hotel was clean and well maintained and the staff we spoke to - especially the housekeeping staff, who always greeted us - were friendly. Our room was very small (in fact, there was only one non-bed place to sit), but we got a great deal and didn't intend to spend much time there, anyway. The evening wine hour is a big plus, and they had different brands each night we were there. What I would have appreciated is for the front desk staff, located right inside the lobby area, to at least look up and acknowledge people as they entered. The only time we were greeted by the front desk was when we arrived to check in and when we checked out - both times because we approached the desk. As a guest there, I would like to be greeted and also know that the staff is aware of who is entering the building, since a key is not required to access the elevator or stairwell. We would definitely consider staying at the Copley Square Hotel again.

It was centrally locates and easily accessible to the public transportation.

The hotel is adorable! The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel is perfectly within walking distance of food, shops, churches, etc. I enjoyed my time there. One negative though - the room temperature is really controlled by the hotel. You can click the AC on for a certain temperature, but you cannot run the fan feature. This was an issue for me because the walls are thin and you can hear everything on the street , on your floor, and above you. The staff were accommodating and brought a fan to my room to use during my stay. I would stay there again, but I would try to be in a different room. I was in the Queen Boutique and it was quite small, with a very inconvenient layout of the bathroom. I appreciated the light bites and coffee in the morning, as well as the wine in the evening.

Room felt like a bedroom - very comforting. Continental breakfast was a joke. Wasn’t even in the dining area that actually had tables. Might as well of just given us a banana on our way out.

elevator problems one out of order the other very cranky

The room was big, clean, and attractive. The location was excellent...walkable to sites and restaurants in the historic old town.

Good continental breakfast and special wine gathering each evening

Location is great. It's an older building with charm -- bathrooms are very tight -- may be a problem for some people. **Be Advised -- there is no "complimentary" breakfast or wine, etc. There is an Amenities fee hiding on your bill. You are charged 10 dollars a day, so grab some food in the morning, you're paying for it! I read and heard "complimentary" a few times -- very misleading.

Complimentary wine bar at night. It was a pleasant surprise. If you need high speed internet, it's very good in this hotel. Very close to shopping area. Staffs and atmosphere are friendly. I would definitely stay again in the future.
