The only complaint I have is that the bathroom was a step up from the room, which was hard to remember when exiting the bathroom. It could use a sign or some other reminder to step down when exiting.

Very nice historic spot

This hotel is very nice. The location can’t be beat. The hotel staff was very nice, some way more so than others. The valet staff was very nice and professional. The hotel is very clean. Beds were quite comfortable. The rooms are on the smaller side compared to the more “modern”hotels. The bathroom was very small. It did have a very nice shower though. Plan to take the stairs, the one elevator is very slow. The walls are a little “thin”. If you are looking to lounge a spend a ton of time in your room this may not be the spot for you. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay near all off the things Copley Square has to offer this is a great choice.

El Hotel tiene una ubicación inmejorable. Está en el corazón de la ciudad y tiene de todo alrededor, incluyendo el Centro Comercial a 1 minuto caminando y un supermercado justo en la esquina. Las habitaciones son limpias y ordenadas y todos los días hacen la limpieza si lo solicitas. El personal es muy amable y te ayudan con lo que necesites en tu estadía. Definitivamente una opción para regresar!

I use this hotel regularly because it does a great job. Always a nice welcome. Close to the Amtrak station at Back Bay. The lift is slow... and the price excellent because they don't waste money on pandering to modern impatience. Good "kitchen" with free coffee and a well stocked vending machine, microwave, etc.

Great stay!

Copley Square Hotel provided us a warm, comfortable stay while visiting Boston during a frigid February snowstorm. The staff were very friendly. There was an abundance of public parking garages near by.

Overall it was good hotel. It was near a lot of places to eat and sight see in the Copley Plaza area. The property itself, there was no room service, no coffee machine in the room and bellman service. I respect the hotel history and landmark just wish it was a bit modernized having at least one of these services.
