Lobby was fine, elevators were dirty. The room was small and heating system noisy. The bathroom was big but had a sliding barn door that didnt work well. There was no pressure in the shower. The hotel affiliated restaurant was horrible Service.

Room and hotel was very clean, bed very comfortable. No coffee maker in room, but Coffee & tea available at all times in the lobby. Refrigerator in room has both freezer and fridge which was a plus and is not usual in a hotel room. Great location, near the Prudential and BSO. Gave a 4 star rating because hotel restaurant was really a cafe and bar.

the decor, funiture, carpets were all newly refreshed and very, very nice. The rooms have a fridge WITH a freezer, nice. The price was great. The kitchen with snacks and coffee macine was clean, of course, but very sterile and uninviting. We had an issue with parking...they charged 65.00 per night to leave the car on the street, instead of in the adjacent garage. Could have self parked for 24.00. But the management handled our parking complaint well and overall a very nice experience.

Although I was early to check in I was told to come back in an hour after 2.5 hrs no room cleaned. I had to offer ask do you have another room type they did $15 more fine… why not you ask me 2.5 hrs ago. Room has one ceiling light nothing at beside, desk. Bathroom freeIng cool supplemental electric baseboard ineffective. French fry on floor. Heat set to 66 in vending/eating area. To simply get a printout of my bill took 7 minutes. Tired property with zero customer service.

The staff at as extremely welcoming and informative upon arrival. The location is absolutely fantastic and very walkable, even in February. Two blocks from Boston Public Library and less than a block from the Pru. Can’t wait to book again, my favorite Boston stay so far.
