Nice , clean hotel close to Boston airport Shuttle service from and to airport every 15 min.

Nice hotel, great location with close proximity to the airport. Fast shuttle too!

We stayed at this hotel for one night and also for one night 2 weeks prior. The rooms were clean and comfortable both times. Hotel staff were helpful in checking us in and getting the shuttle or a taxi for us. We ate in the hotel both times. However, both nights, they were significantly understaffed and unable to manage the number of people wanting to eat dinner. The most recent experience we were told it would be a 30 minute wait and they took our name. No one ever checked to keep us informed on the wait. There was a long line of people waiting up to an hour and many people left. We were told when we sat down that some items on the menu would take much longer and were encouraged to eat something else. It is unfortunate that this restaurant seems to be having difficulty since there are people arriving late and there is not another option for eating.

From the check in to using the features & amenities the experience was excellent. The room comforts were exceptional.

A+ I enjoyed the hotel. It was definitely a good value.

We arrived a couple of hours early and were given a room right away. The beds were adequate and we loved the ability to log into our subscribed Internet T.V. channels. The room was fine but some of the supplies were lacking like the coffee and sugar supply. The floor/carpet under the sink was always wet. The room was virtually sound-proof which was nice because we liked to listen to your music kind of loud and turn the volume up on the television. The staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was a real help and recommended a way to get to Fenway Park via the subway systems. All in all, it was a nice stay.

Close to airport. Pricey and parking is not free, despite what orbitz says. Room was clean and comfortable.

Excellant friendly staff no complaint shuttle to airport good bar descent food

The hotel is convenient and a perfect option for someone needing to stay near Logan. The only complaint that I have is that when I tried to call the hotel from the airport for a shuttle, using the Massport Information kiosk at baggage claim, I was inconveniently connected with the Courtyard on the Charles River. I therefore wound up paying for a cab to take me to my Courtyard at Logan, which cost me an unnecessary $15.

We had a minor noise problem but the hotel staff was helpful to handle it. I wish the room was a bit larger with more desk/table space. Otherwise, it was great for easy access to the airport and overall a nice comfortable stay.

Easy to access, professional customer service, easy access to airport ... very convenient.

You probably wouldn't stay here unless you're using Boston-Logan airport, but it's very nice for that.

Breakfast was poor Also there was a mouse running around the eating area so very disappointed with that experience

Very efficient shuttle bus to and from the Logan airport. And the Internet was good. The room was big enough for two adults and a teenager kid. The sofa bed was comfortable . The staff were nice. Overall a good experience. Thank you.
