Excellant friendly staff no complaint shuttle to airport good bar descent food

The hotel is convenient and a perfect option for someone needing to stay near Logan. The only complaint that I have is that when I tried to call the hotel from the airport for a shuttle, using the Massport Information kiosk at baggage claim, I was inconveniently connected with the Courtyard on the Charles River. I therefore wound up paying for a cab to take me to my Courtyard at Logan, which cost me an unnecessary $15.

We had a minor noise problem but the hotel staff was helpful to handle it. I wish the room was a bit larger with more desk/table space. Otherwise, it was great for easy access to the airport and overall a nice comfortable stay.

Easy to access, professional customer service, easy access to airport ... very convenient.

You probably wouldn't stay here unless you're using Boston-Logan airport, but it's very nice for that.

Breakfast was poor Also there was a mouse running around the eating area so very disappointed with that experience

Very efficient shuttle bus to and from the Logan airport. And the Internet was good. The room was big enough for two adults and a teenager kid. The sofa bed was comfortable . The staff were nice. Overall a good experience. Thank you.

Photos nicer than reality, but room was clean and comfortable. It's convenient from airport. Toilet super loud - like in a plane! Whoosh! Startling. Hotel restaurant convenient, as there's not much nearby. Service pretty slow even though it wasn't crowded but food wasn't too bad. If I were back in the area, I might try elsewhere first, but wouldn't be too upset if i had to stay here again.

Bar staff late at night was amazingly friendly and accommodating of my late arrival!! No attitude except, How can I help you? Thank you for that. Otherwise it was average in accommodation and comfort.

I've stayed at Courtyards before so I was expecting the best. Walk in and register and no key. The machine was broken so staff had to go with me to my room. Room looked okay until I got a closer look. Walls were dirty, sheets didn't fit the bed, curtains were showing wear and tear, and the toilet wouldn't flush properly. Went down to eat supper (which was good - the clam chowder was the best I've ever had!) and another staff person had to go with me to my room. Went down again to say good-bye to my daughter, another staff person took me to my room. Not once did they verify that I actually belonged to that room. I could have asked for any room and gotten in. The security was terrible. On checking out, I was billed for way more than I signed the ticked for. They did adjust it but how many more people don't really checked it out? (The key machine still wasn't fixed). The shuttle was timely and polite. I would not recommend this hotel to friends for the price I paid. If they lower their nightly price, then yes I would. Surely the machine is fixed by now. lol

Arrived late at night service great room clean and comfortable perfect stop after long flight into Logan.

Hotel was fine in all ways. Super convenient to Logan. The chowder in the restaurant was very good. I was not all that impressed with the rate. I am not a big fan of rates over $200 unless I am at a resort on the beach.

it is wonderful experience . I am satisfied with the hotel most of the time. I am a bit doubted about the deposit asked by the hotel upon arrival. Because I used my Chinese credit card to pay, I am not sure whether it goes back to my account after that.

5 minutes from Logan Airport 15 minutes from downtown Boston

Staffs are friendly. Room was comfortable. The location is ok. Its better to have the car.

The fitness center met all of my needs and was not crowded. The shuttle to the airport was frequent and timely and operated by very friendly and helpful staff.

comfortable hotel, close to airport

You probably wouldn't stay here unless you're using Boston-Logan airport, but it's very nice for that.
