Changed 3 rooms, each had a problem One was Close to emergency entrence of a Tufts Medical Center, one was next to children's playground, last one was next to central AC No onsite parking. Expensive 3rd party Vallet parking. Hard to find street parking Overall, not worth the money

The hotel is in very good condition. Unfortunately the business center was out of order, but the staff saw to our printing and scanning needs instead. The rooms were very well kept and as a Hilton property we were welcomed with a remarkably friendly attitude and warm cookies. So different from every other hotel experience.

I only had one problem but that was my own fault. I am allergic to feathers , it slipped my mind to ask if the hotel used them . The front desk attendant quickly called to have it taken care of. I was told 15-20 minutes, which it did take, but if I hadn't gone up to the desk, I would still be waiting to get called

The hotel is located in Chinatown so an easy walk to Boston Commons and theatre but also right next to the T stop. Rooms are spacious enough and attractive. The staff was really friendly and went the extra mile to be helpful to us throughout our stay. At check in I happened to mention we were in the city to celebrate my husbands birthday. Later that night we were pleasantly surprised to get a knock on the door - it was a bottle of prosecco and a slice of Boston cream pie with a sweet bday note from Jackie and Cassy. Jackie checked us in earlier in the day. It was such a nice touch and added to our experience in the city and at the Doubletree Hotel.

Our family stay only one night,great location,were lucky to find street parking and payed only 2 hs at the meter. Roomy ,quick check in and check out. WiFi is not free( now days) ,breakfast~$20.00/person,but Starbacks are connected to the hotel. shampoo and other bottle were small and only one on of each for 3?. I am sure you can ask for more.

I had a wonderful stay though I had to turn the air conditioning down to 60 just to feel comfortable

The hotel is great. Nice location. Clean rooms, great staff. It was a bit pricey, but from my understanding, hotels in the area all go for around the same price. My only two complaints are that for the price I spent I thought breakfast would be included, it wasn't. Also, there was absolutely zero water pressure in the shower. Barely any water came out. I would've had an easier time showering in the sink. Besides that, everything else was wonderful. Comfortable beds, quite.

Hotel was nice, staff was very friendly and always accommodating. Room was clean and nicely remodeled. The room was on the 1st floor and right on the street so it was somewhat noisy, but not terrible. Had a King bed but small pillows, King pillows on a King bed would be nice. Toiletries in the bathroom were not great quality, but sufficient. Bar food was decent and fairly priced. The biggest negative for me was that there was no fridge in my hotel room, I stay in motels that even have these in all rooms. I couldn't even find an ice machine to keep beverages in my room cold. Was disappointed in that. Also, no self parking and no free wifi.

Its location is very convenient and close to subway stations and train station. Room is comfortable.

A bit expensive -- but everything in Boston was expensive during the period of my visit - but very clean, good service and comfy.

This hotel ended up being the perfect location to walk around everywhere I needed to go. The staff was friendly and accommodated my late night arrival. All in All not a bad place to stay if you are in boston.

Hotel was wonderful! Room was very clean and staff was really great. Great stay for business, pleasure, or trip with family. Overall great experience and will definitely be back!

Had a great new years eve here, walking distance from the club

The staff were friendly and the room was well maintained. Though the room design leaves much to be desired, it is spacious and well maintained. As I did not use much of amenities, I cannot comment much about it except for the nice HDTV they have (only supported by very few HD channels). If I were to take my family here, I probably will check other options before I finalize on this one but if I am going back on a business visit, I am staying no where else.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. One black/grey mark they wanted to charge me for a meal I had not partaken of, but they quickly took that off my bill and all was well. On arrival the person checking us in, asked that we checked out to please request a bill, even if we had not used/bought anything and I am so grateful that he mentioned that. (I would have checked it anyway, but it was a nice polite notification) We were visiting Boston sightseeing and the Hotel was next to Tufts Medical Centre T Station (MBTA), which we used everyday; so location was almost perfect. Boston Common and Public Gardens were just around the corner (almost). We were able to buy a Charlie one Week Ticket which we used to get to Salem, Lexington/Concord,JFK Library - the ticket covered the buses too! We travel to many cities and countries and have seen many standards of hotels! My biggest demand is that the bedroom/bathroom are sanitary and clean, which I had no complaints about in Boston. (Bath was old but was very clean). For the price I paid I think that it was good value for money, and excellent service by all staff members. I certainly think the Hotel Chain has trained ALL its staff well.

very noisy hotel - no convenient parking

great hotel in boston theater district
