I’m disabled Ava requested a room close to elevators. They put us down a hallway with only stairs and this must be where they put the Expedia guest. We had to walk through a maze and up stairs with our luggage. The room is also directly across from a hospital so the noise was terrible. Cars and sirens all night and couldn’t sleep. Again it is only this certain hallway that seems excluded from the rest of the hotel that faces the hospital.
