The hotel was nice, and good for the fact that we were only there to sleep. The room and bathroom were a bit small, but fine for what we needed. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff was friendly.

Location is good Thanks Breakfast at 7 am is bad What about people having flights

Construction going on so a little noisy and undone but overall OK.

Very easy checkin process. Checked out a little late once and it wasnt a isssue nor was i charged extra

Hotel close to Convention Center and airport for reasonable price

Friendly staff, good breakfast, convienient location, and the $5 airport shuttle was nice to have.

The hotel was perfect for our needs. We were taking a cruise and it was near the boat dock. They offered $5 shuttle from Logan Airport per person and $5 shuttle to the boat dock per person as well, which was very convenient. The room was very nice, the staff was super helpful with recommendations for dinner, and complimentary breakfast was very nice too. Also very reasonably priced for the area.

I found a long black hair in the sheets of my bed. The carpeting was old and dirty looking. The maid emptied the two trash cans, and didn't replace the plastic bag in one of the trash buckets. The woman that works the front desk in the morning was unhelpful in my effort to ship a box home. They didn't even have any box top. I did appreciate Ailine, who works the front desk in the afternoon. She was very helpful on a couple of occasions.

Great stay highly recomded I relay love to comeback again

Shuttle to and from airport is $5 per person. Check out was too crowded only one employee at the desk. Other than that I will stay again.

Hotel is located in a great central location, minutes from the airport, Freedom Trail and an abundance of restaurants. The staff was courteous and helpful and the room met our expectations. It's a bit dated, but well kept and the bed was amazingly comfortable. We'd definitely stay there again.

Great Stay, we also was able to find a Great Price around Christmas time. We booked three weeks before our trip and found great deals in the city of boston...thats unheard of.

We loved our time there we did want to leave Your mfaciluty offered an exercise room ,excellent breakfast laundry room, media room We just loved everything .

My family has stayed at this hotel for the past three years prior to our Christmas trip to family in Florida. We have parked our vehicle each time for at least ten days without issue. This holiday we arrived and are told that we must pay $15 per night for parking. There was no mention of this change online when we booked our stay. As a widow and newly retired teacher, money during the holiday season is tight. We have raved to friends and family about the convenience and affordability of staying here. Well, that is no longer the case! We will never stay again. Also, we will be quick to inform all our friends and family never to grace your doors. It is unfortunate for both of us that you have lost a good customer!

When we entered our room in the early morning we were hit with a foul smell in the room. A very wet floor by the window and for some reason an inflated bed in the room. The bathroom was not in the greatest shape either. After one night there my wife couldn't take the smell anymore and requested another room or we had to leave. We were given a room immediately and the staff was exemplary. The next room was much better and the rest of our stay was satisfactory.

Stayed here recently for one night while in the Boston area for work. Free parking and free breakfast for about $100 night were influencing factors. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was helpful. I loved that it was so close to the Andrew station. It's only about a 15 min ride to Boston common. The breakfast was pretty basic but satisfactory. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in 3 different hotels on this trip and by far this was the best. Great location with a view of the city from our King suite. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Great experience!

This was a great cost effective place to stay with comfortable rooms and a great breakfast and some other complementary things we didn't get around to. This is also a great location for doing and seeing things in Boston !

HIE is not five stars so you can't expect super fancy. The staff were always very nice and helpful including the shuttle drivers. The breakfast was hot and included pro tie so that was more than expected. It is a ten minute walk to Andrew T station so lots of convienence for getting around the city.

we were on the short family vacation. location is good - short drive to center of Boston. Panera Bread and Olive Garden - just 5 min. walk. overall hotel met our expectation.
