Great Stay, we also was able to find a Great Price around Christmas time. We booked three weeks before our trip and found great deals in the city of boston...thats unheard of.

We loved our time there we did want to leave Your mfaciluty offered an exercise room ,excellent breakfast laundry room, media room We just loved everything .

My family has stayed at this hotel for the past three years prior to our Christmas trip to family in Florida. We have parked our vehicle each time for at least ten days without issue. This holiday we arrived and are told that we must pay $15 per night for parking. There was no mention of this change online when we booked our stay. As a widow and newly retired teacher, money during the holiday season is tight. We have raved to friends and family about the convenience and affordability of staying here. Well, that is no longer the case! We will never stay again. Also, we will be quick to inform all our friends and family never to grace your doors. It is unfortunate for both of us that you have lost a good customer!

When we entered our room in the early morning we were hit with a foul smell in the room. A very wet floor by the window and for some reason an inflated bed in the room. The bathroom was not in the greatest shape either. After one night there my wife couldn't take the smell anymore and requested another room or we had to leave. We were given a room immediately and the staff was exemplary. The next room was much better and the rest of our stay was satisfactory.

Stayed here recently for one night while in the Boston area for work. Free parking and free breakfast for about $100 night were influencing factors. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was helpful. I loved that it was so close to the Andrew station. It's only about a 15 min ride to Boston common. The breakfast was pretty basic but satisfactory. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in 3 different hotels on this trip and by far this was the best. Great location with a view of the city from our King suite. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Great experience!

This was a great cost effective place to stay with comfortable rooms and a great breakfast and some other complementary things we didn't get around to. This is also a great location for doing and seeing things in Boston !

HIE is not five stars so you can't expect super fancy. The staff were always very nice and helpful including the shuttle drivers. The breakfast was hot and included pro tie so that was more than expected. It is a ten minute walk to Andrew T station so lots of convienence for getting around the city.

we were on the short family vacation. location is good - short drive to center of Boston. Panera Bread and Olive Garden - just 5 min. walk. overall hotel met our expectation.

My friends and I traveled to Boston from Western Mass to celebrate a birthday. We arrived at the hotel around 5 pm, the staff was friendly and helpful. Our check-in was a breeze! We were able to park our car for free--which was AMAZING!! The room was very clean, we had everything we needed! In the morning we enjoyed the free breakfast, which had a variety of options! Check-out was at noon and that process was also a piece of cake! Overall, our stay was wonderful! I would definitely recommend this hotel and may even stay here again!

The location is very good, the house is clean, the staff is very friendly, highly recommended.

Great place to stay, employees are superb and located next to anything you may need in Boston

The hotel is a short 5-8 minute walk to the closest Subway Station or you can take the free shuttle ride. Very nice room and the staff was so helpful when we were there!

this is clean, spacious and with good breakfast. value for money

hotel was nice but bed was hard. cookies at 6 p.m. was very nice. Don't drive into town parking garages are to expensive

Very convenient location, close to subway and shopping centers. Front desk staff is pretty nice. It is a good choice to stay at this hotel.

Excellent way to ring in the New Year!!! Less than 10 minutes to just about everything in downtown Boston including the airport!!! Friendly staff very good breakfast!!!

Clean room, Fridley staff. Good choice for complementary breakfast. but little bit nose from the window side. We could hear the airplane noise well, especially at night.

Not bad, it served its purpose. The staff was extremely helpful though.

Staff was awesome. Very helpful. Only 5 minutes from Andrew station. From there, easy to get anywhere in Boston. Breakfast was really really good. Close to target, best buy, and restaurants. I would stay here again in a minute.
