The place was super clean. The breakfast was a bag to go which was fine. Although the one thing that brought my experience down was that the cleaning woman didn’t wear a mask properly when in the hallway. To me that’s huge at this time.

The breakfast was closed and I wasn’t notified during the reservation the water went out for four hours when I needed to take a shower no compensation even considered

The staff was very nice! The bathroom had chipped paint, caulking wasn't done properly, and several other issues.

Location is good and everything else were good too

Large walk-in shower. Rooms are spacious, clean, and were better than expected. Breakfast was yummy. Only downfall to this hotel is no pool and they charge $10 to park in their own parking lot.

Excellent staff, very good breakfast but matrass too saggy. Close to the center. Uber rides not too expensive.

We only needed one night and then an early shuttle to the airport. The hotel itself was decent enough for that function. We checked in at around 4pm and next day took the 5am shuttle which was $5 each. The driver was very nice. However the desk clerk was quite rude when I checked and very put out when I requested a printed invoice. He also scoffed at the fact that I'd used Orbitz to book the room.

Everything was clean and its place which was wonderful

Everything from top to bottom was A+!!!! All staff was very friendly and professional.

Breakfast was pretty good. Lots of options. Friendly service. $10 for parking isn’t bad for Boston
