Great stay at DoubleTree Boston Bayside. The shuttle from BOS had a short wait and was nice and warm. We were welcomed with cookies on arrival, and the room and bathroom were very clean. No issues at all, and the shuttle back to the airport was easy to arrange.

The room was as expected and the staff was courteous and professional. The only thing is I was looking for a hotel with a shuttle to the airport and only after I checked in did I find out that in the morning the shuttle only starts at 5 am and then I had to take a taxi myself

The staff stood out. The front desk employees were warm and welcoming. Isaiah one of the cooks were kind and polite. The room itself could use an upgrade. There was dusk on the lamp and headboards.
