All was good

Cary is the best! Great service, very nice place!!!

Great view from our corner suite, mattress and pillows weren’t all that comfortable but the room was very clean and modern!

Overall satisfied. Did not appreciate being placed in an adjoining room when the hotel was essentially empty Could hear our neighbors loud and clear

Good stay of you are willing to pay additional for park. Right in the heart of downtown life if you want to explore. Comfortable beds. Valet parking service team are flexible. The on-site parking fee will hot you at $50 a night. And hard to get parking on street (which is free from 8p-8a) if you wanna avoid hotel parking.

Super modern in the middle of the city of Boston however parking can be a pain they only have valet and that’s too expensive

This hotel is perfectly situated in downtown Boston, across from TD Garden and North Station. The staff was fantastic and seemed to want to go above and beyond during COVID times. Excellent front desk staff, friendly and caring to me and my young children. The only, only downside was the $53 a night parking (we parked on the street for free and were gone by 8 am).

I enjoyed being walking distance from TD Garden. I also had an efficient check in and staff was great throughout my stay.

The staff is super nice, the place is clean, has everything one could need for a short stay. The location is perfect. TD Garden is just around the corner

The location to the TD Garden. The room was very clean.

Great location. Was our first time in Boston and felt location offered easy access to all transportation options

Very helpful and nice staff, they even upgraded my room
