Its not free parking. You get a discount on the parking lot they use. But you can get a better deal using spothero. They claim they have the better discount compared to other hotels parking arrangements. But supposedly there is no single hotel that offers free parking in Boston.

Great location and best service. We had winter storms when we checked in. The hotel let us early check in . The shower water pressure is great for a comfortable shower. I love it.

Power outlets on desk didn't work, even after maintenance call. Daytime staff was wonderful, night clerk was useless. Coffee in lounge was "mehhh" at best- I think machine needs to be cleaned. Please provide more than 3 Nespresso pods. Kind of pricey for what you get, but proximity to the Elephant abd Castle Pub is a plus.
