Overall is a very nice hotel, pretty good location and very clean, 2 things, the bar and restaurant they let people from outside the hotel get in, so is very hard to get into the bar after 8 pm or so, even on weekdays and the park for the hotel is 2 block away, since I've checked in I used the valet parking of the hotel to in and out, but when I checked out my fly was pretty early and even when I asked the night before if it was ok , when I was ready to live at 5 am they told me that they can not bring my car because it was only one guy and can't leave that alone, so I had to take my kids and my stuff and walk to try to find the hotel parking, sound like is not a big deal but when rushing to get a fly in a city you don't know it ruin my holel trip, I think they should try to fix that if they really care for people to come back. I don't.

arrived staff helped with check in was able to charge meals at the restaurant near hotel to room upon leaving staff arranged a cab for us that arrived quickly very pleased

Quaint hotel and great service. Close to restaurants and pubs. Nice clean club room too.

Affordable, close to everything. Nice amenities; good fitness center, water and water bottles in the hallway, nice lounge in lobby with 24-hr coffee and cold drinks. Restuarant on site. Good sized rooms, but small bathrooms.

Always a pleasant experience. Quiet hallways and nice lounge with complimentary drinks and snacks.

Close to everywhere. You can go shopping , dinner and historical site at walkable distance. Snack 24 hs available, fruits, granola bars, nuts, tea, coffee and sodas. I will be again at the hotel. Thanks!

The HVAC is not great. I had to keep the temp at 60F at high speed to stay cool. The fixtures are sub-standard for a 4 star hotel. Layout of the room is strange especially room 201. The bed is literally facing the door - bad Feng-shui. Only dead people sleep with feet facing the door. The lobby does not have restrooms. The waiting area behind the lobby is spacious and there’s free flow of hot and cold beverages, snacks and fruits. Sorry, no bananas. Close to shopping, trains and eateries.

The only complaint I have about this hotel was our tv kept freezing, we would have to unplug it to shut it off. Other than that, the staff was extremely helpful, their espresso bar was a nice touch in the lobby, the room was great and the bed was comfortable. The location is great, because you can go any direction to see the sites and it’s within comfortable walking distance.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of several historic sites and old taverns. The all day espresso machine and free bottled water is an attractive perk, but the staff seemed stretched too thinly to keep the machines filled, and address issues. The rooms are showing signs of age, but not dirty. The TV channel options are worse than most basic cable, with no movie channels, and the beds were terribly uncomfortable. I could feel the springs. I would stay again, but only if it were a brief visit. 5 nights in that bed was too much.

Nice clean hotel in a great location. The price was great and the staff was friendly.

Great experience, everything is within walking distance

What a find! Great location, comfy bed, and super staff. The price was right, this is a cool place that I am thrilled we happened upon. Would definitely stay here again and bonus, it is within walking distance from the bus and train station.

First thing I encountered at this hotel was a rude employee. I had a red eye flight that landed at 5am and I knew there was a possibility they couldn’t accommodate me so early which did happen but the employee that first helped me was rude about it. When I asked her how long it would be she said she didn’t know until housekeeping got there which happened to be 4 hours later. However she never once checked in with me or gave me an update on the status of my room. The next employee to help me was more proactive in helping me and upgraded me to a better room. The room itself was ok the only problems I had was with the tv shutting off after I had turned it on and it would glitch and the tv would get stuck on the channel it was on and make a noise or the tv channel wouldn’t even show up on the screen even after rebooting the tv. To solve this problem I had to unplug the tv and all the other plugs for at least 10 minutes and it finally worked. Altogether not a bad hotel but not the best either. It is super close to downtown which is convenient but my advice is stay somewhere else.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and updated. Bathroom clean but had a strong cigarette smell.

The staff was very friendly and professional The hotel has a smart concept. I strongly advise to stay and have a good experience. The location was pretty central.

This is a nice hotel. within 10 minute walk or less of Faneuil Hall, the north end, Boston Common and South Station. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there Again

Overall we really liked our stay at The Club Quarters and would stay again. It is very modern and updated, comfortable and clean. Check in and out process was very easy. Location is awesome with State subway stop right around the corner. Two pieces of feedback that were a little disappointing, there is no room service available for late food or beverage. I believe this is due to the pub that is downstairs, however we tried to get a drink there at like midnight but they were shutting down. We wanted a night cap but had no options in this hotel. Additionally, I happened to see on google when I was looking for the hotels location that they had $78/night rooms for that night, when we had paid $125/night. A little discouraging, although I know how it goes. Some hotels/booking companies provide the better price though if this happens. That would have gotten them a 5 our of 5 rating.

Nice hotel, in a great location. Lots of amenities and free printing of any documents you need. Staff feels a little thin, and they have a real problem with their new television system. Keeps locking up and rebooting.

The tv's kept messing up. The batteries to the remotes died. Went downstairs to ask for batteries and the guy asks me why I have 2 remotes. Carla was great. Carla was so helpful, friendly and we'll just awesome. She deserves a raise cause the other employees don't even come close.

Well received by staff. Room was nice, nice bed and comfortable. Would prefer to have additional pillows since only two pillows were made available in a queen size bed. Bathroom nice. Shower needs upgrading and level up (tile work and replace the curtains for glass sliding doors). Club quarters was nice with good coffee through out the day (cappuccino, latte, etc). Good WIFI And TV channels. At arrival, valet parking was not at the door so some waiting was necessary. There is a pub adjacent to the hotel, so nice to have should you wish for a meal and drinks after a long day touring the city. Definitely an hotel worth considering during a a second visit to the lovely city of Boston.
