Club Quarters Hotel in Boston

Well received by staff. Room was nice, nice bed and comfortable. Would prefer to have additional pillows since only two pillows were made available in a queen size bed. Bathroom nice. Shower needs upgrading and level up (tile work and replace the curtains for glass sliding doors). Club quarters was nice with good coffee through out the day (cappuccino, latte, etc). Good WIFI And TV channels. At arrival, valet parking was not at the door so some waiting was necessary. There is a pub adjacent to the hotel, so nice to have should you wish for a meal and drinks after a long day touring the city. Definitely an hotel worth considering during a a second visit to the lovely city of Boston.

The hotel rooms were clean. The staff were helpful with parking and directions and places to eat. I've been to the Club Quarters in New York and enjoyed so I didn't except anything less here in Boston. Would def stay again.

Close to everything we needed in Boston. Staff was helpful in getting us around.

Loved the location and the staff which they were always so helpful. Particularly Carlos, Sabine and Larry. Room was small but had everything we needed. Street was busy during the day but quiet at night. Great restaurants in the area.

If you enjoy not getting what you paid for then book here! I booked a queen bed with a sofa bed and got the queen bed with a roll away. When I questioned the whereabouts of my sofa I was told, and I quote "we don't quarantee the sofa, so......." No apology, nothing! Who knows what else they won't guarentee. Good luck! Maid service was very good!

We enjoyed our stay and we're very happy with the location. We walked to the North End, Quincy Market, the Freedom Trail and to my appt. at Mass Eye and Ear. If you don't mind walking a little it is a great central location!! Our room was not huge, but it was adequate for two people and we did not feel cramped.

Just not a warm and inviting experience for me. Not all staff were rude or condescending but my overall experience made me not want to come back or recommend to my clients.

Nice, clean and convenient. Close to seaport and theater district

When I booked my room I assumed there had to be something terribly wrong with this place because the price was too good. But no, nothing wrong! In fact it's a pretty fancy hotel. I loved the ease of the check in and check out process on the kiosks. I booked the smallest room, which was still plenty of space with every amenity I needed. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is so close to everything! My only complaint is that the sheets are stiff as paper- but I've discovered that some people are into that ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I've stayed at this Club Quarters half a dozen times and apparently never noticed that they don't provide ironing boards in their rooms. I can't believe a hotel that caters to business travelers don't provide ironing boards. I called down to the lobby and they directed me to a closet on our floor that had an iron. That's it. No ironing board. It's like they're messing with you. That's my only complaint. This place is great in every other aspect. Unbeatable location for the price, and all the comfort you really need. I know I'll stay here again. Staff is very nice.

My second time staying, a bit of a walk from the TD Garden, but worth the savings over staying at the insanely overpriced Holiday Inn Express on Friend Street. Room was cozy and clean, except in room Keurig; was gross inside and did not work either.

Great hotel in a central location. Rooms are clean and accommodating. Staff is friendly and efficient. Check in and out was fast. Parking was close by and the hotel gave an additional discount.

We got hit all weekend with smoke on our floor. Waiting for the Mgr to call me today as it was not only unpleasant but unacceptable. We were told a couple of times on Saturday they would have the guest removed, well it never happened. They could not move us unless we downgraded our room! Why should we down-grade when a smoker gets to stay. In a non-smoking hotel. We smelled it in our room, it wafted in the hallways and you were hit with it getting off the elevator, like you just inhaled a pack of smokes!

The hotel was very nice and comfortable and I enjoyed my stay there

This hotel was nicely located close to shopping - Primark, Macys, H&M, Forever 21, etc. Close to T station and parking garages 5-10 min walk! We had the club size room which was very comfortable for two people! But no more than that. Free water dispenser with water bottles were great! The free cappucino/latte machine in the lounge downstairs was awesome as well. Sooo good! There was also tea and hot water in the lounge. We stayed in a weekend so there were no snacks but that's okay. Rooms and facility were very clean. Late checkout will cost you $50 but you can leave up until 3pm. We stayed until 12:30pm with no charge. There is parking in front of the hotel but no overnight parking. Use the app Spothero to park at One Post Office Square garage for only $12 for 24 hours incl overnight! Or park at 112 Congress St garage for $18. There are also other garages around as well for a reasonable price. Spothero app is super helpful. I would stay here again and recommend you to stay if you are a couple or single person. Very good value for money!

This is a hidden treasure in downtown Boston, it is classy reno in every detail, bottled water offered on every floor, very clean and well maintained, staff was great. Our room tended to be small so I suggest checking on different sizes available might make a stay more pleasant for some. We give it a **** and would recommend it to our friends and would stay again. It is almost a boutique atmosphere. Thanks Club Quarters!~

My brief stay in Boston for business was well accommodated by Club Quarters. The electronic check-in/out was very quick and convenient, the facility was clean and well kept. While not a super modern building, it was classy and nice, and a great value relative to other options in the area.

Would recommend and will stay here sgain. Clean, safe, great location

The room was a decent size for being in the city. It had a kurig coffee maker which I appreciated. Parking was a little confusing, the garage was two blocks away but in the wrong direction. I would recommend valet. Great parking discount. The hotel is walking distance from Faneuil Hall shops and the financial district.

Club quarters Boston is a modern and clean hotel located in the heart of downtown within walking distance to most Boston attractions. It is perfect for two and spending the night but not lounging around the hotel room as the room size is reminiscent of a college dorm. The beds are firm. We liked the guest closet where you could find extra amenities such as pillows, an iron or creamers for the in-room coffee maker. The closet is located in the hallway. Complementary water was a plus. Bathroom includes a standup shower where the water pressure was excellent.
