Room was perfect! I asked the staff if they decorate for a birthday and they did the best, turnover service everyday during our stay and they offer drinks vouchers during duration. Would definitely come back again for any trips to Boston.

While our room was clean and the location is convenient, there were a few major issues. Opening/closing times of the bar and food were inconsistent and hard to find. Options were extremely limited due to shipping issues, and the staff were very apologetic. We needed to use the bathroom before we used our drink tickets at the bar and they were locked. We had to go all the way to the 21st floor to use our room bathroom and by the time we returned to the bar it was about 11:50 and they had already done last call, refusing to serve us. The room layout was very cramped, even for someone that has stayed at compact hotels before. I was charged for garage parking even though they do not have parking on site. Luckily I reviewed the charge before I left the property! They were able to remove it from my charges. For what I paid it was an extremely poor stay. I never give poor reviews, but has to this time. I will definitely not be returning.

One of the best hotel ever! If you’re a solo travel, female this is perfect for you. They have bar and breakfast options. Rooms are very clean. Very quiet. No one bothers you. We had this lady Fatima who cleaned our room. She was down to earth and very sweet. Definitely worth every penny!!

A very cool, comfortable and efficient place to stay in a great location. That's mostlly what I look for and this place delivered. A nice touch with the discount coupons at the restaurant and bar. Rooftop view was nice and the rooms were cleverly furnished.

I like the hotel for the most part, but last night only one elevator was working, so it was perpetually overcrowded. When many folks like myself tried to take the stairs, there was a gate closed and locked obstructing ingress or egress past the third floor. That’s a fire hazard! Also I was running late for work this morning, and went downstairs expecting to get a quick breakfast to go. The bar attendant gave me a number and said they’d bring the food to me when it was ready. I waited as long as I could, then went to ask about the food. The attendant said “oh they didn’t bring it to you? Sometimes they put it on that other bar over there,” which wasn’t disclosed to me upfront. How was I supposed to know that!? He could’ve told me right away.

SUPER loud! Corner of Stuart and Tremont. Police and ambulance sirens all night. They aren’t joking about the noise situation. Also, do not go to the Beach St garage they recommend. It is under construction and has weird dead ends. It oversells. Went in and there were no open spots. Got trapped inside with 5 other cars and had to wait a 1/2 hour to get out after paying $18.
