Fantastic stay, relaxing and cool vibe. Wish there had been clear information about parking on the website and a sign as we approached the hotel about where to park. Very confusing! A bit of a walk from the action in the water but decent price for the area. Great staff!

Booked a king room, ended up with two full beds. Happy anniversary to us.

The staff were very nice and efficient! Probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at.

Excellent check in. Great Location.

Stayed one night with my family. It is very nice hotel. Clean, comfortable and stylish. We enjoyed it very much.

The hotel was nicely located close to Logan Airport. The neighborhood around the hotel was safe and had a great park nearby. The Lawn on D was a fun spot to enjoy the nice weather and some live music. The biggest problem with the hotel was the noise. The door to the hall was not even close to being sound muffling let alone soundproof. All night long we could hear loudly and clearly every conversation the other guests were having as they came and went down the corridor.

I booked a harbor view room, upon arrival was told there are no water view rooms on the property and I paid extra for it. There is a coffee pot in the room, but to go get coffee the only option is Starbucks and the line was very long each day. Beautiful hotel.

We have waited our breakfast for 1 hour. It’s crazy! The worst experience from this hotel was restaurant.

Great value.

The room was super comfortable and quiet. The hotel is in an excellent location.

Paid for single king room. When I checked in was not told that they were sold out of that type of room until I got to my room. The room had dead fly in tub and the seen that it was two double beds. I then requested a room change due to room being dirty and wrong type of room. The room was changed to another double room. Next morning went to check out only to find out that I was charged twice for the room and incidentals. Poor customer service. Would not recommend anyone stay here

I would never stay at this hotel again. There were very poor Covid contingencies, and traveling with in unvaccinated child it was highly anxiety provoking. Additionally it was very loud, I had to go across the hall to ask our neighbors to quiet down. The door was open at midnight and they were clearly partying and kids were crying and screaming. Additionally, the website said that a convenience store was open that was not open - modified hours posted on the window, End it ended up being over $200 - definitely not worth the cost.

None of the listed amenities are available because of Covid however the lobby bar is available and nobody has masks on! The room was dusty, shower was wet and dirty around the drain. My 1 year old found trash on the bottom side of the bed. Parking cost 44 dollars on top of the hotel cost. No breakfast or food was available "covid" had to pay for outrageous delivery to eat because nothing was in the area. The hotel didn't notify me of any of thes inconvenience prior. My family wishes we never went we would have been better off 😡
