Very attentive staff and great amenities. The front desk was very kind and helpful with my husband in his wheelchair, and for us bottled water for the room. The concierge got us another room robe within minutes of requesting it. We both enjoyed the hot tub, it is nice and hot! My husband loved the pillows and bedding so much I had to check his suitcase for a pillow before we left. Very clean and extra comfy! And the food options in house are great. This was our first time staying here and we'll be back!

I gotta say this Hotel is top shelf and it’s not just the high-end facilities. It’s the quality of the staff. It’s the kindness of the staff. It’s a rare thing in this cookie cutter McDonaldized world where hotels and restaurants are almost interchangeable from city to city Once in a while, you find a spot where the people make the difference when you get to make little personal connections with the people that work in the hotels you stay at This is one of those places where that’s possible The onsite restaurants serve really good food and reasonably priced When there were little things we needed Our every need taken care of Our every request treated with attention and kindness . Everything was clean And the facilities are everything you could ask for Six stars

I was very pleased with my stay at the Westin seaport! First off, we had parking included in our purchase of the room through Expedia. Because they were having a slow night, they allowed us to park in valet and then park there until 6pm the next day with no extra cost. I love all the amenities they have at this hotel as well. There is a great hotel bar, restaurant, and having Starbucks in the morning is super convenient. The rooms are spacious and clean, and parking is right under the property. The location is also great and it is walkable to other places in the seaport like local restaurants and shops.

Clean comfortable room Beautiful Hotel. Close to seaport activities. But what stood out was the amazing customer service. Everyone was really nice from check-inn to the restaurant staff to those cleaning the rooms. Everyone was exceptionally nice. The coupons were a plus. I hope they know a happy customer appreciates them very much. Will definitely stay there again soon. Thanks!

Idk didn't go in to Manny people using it the pool was ok. The TV needs more options and the clicker Was hard to use the sensor to the TV wasn't responding good. Then the TV froze. Then it was ok after awhile. That annoyed me and I didn't like the birch Bar service they changed a service fee and my peach cobbler was lousy. The chicken wings was ok. But it was ok I'll see if breakfast goes better.
