We stayed at the AC hotel for 4 nights. Daniella checked us in and she was very welcoming. The room was really nice with modern style. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located in downtown area next to Whole Foods, about 10 minutes walk to Chinatown, 10 minutes walk to the Orange and Red Metro line. I would recommend staying here and I would def come back here when I come back to Boston.
I absolutely enjoyed my recent visit to the Boston AC Hotel. The valet and front desk were courteous, friendly and professional. The decor is stunningly beautiful throughout the hotel. My room was incredibly comfortable with an amazing shower salon. So far my best hotel stay ever!!!!. We also had breakfast at the buffet. The omelet was made with love and the most amazing seasons. The young man who served us was awesome, great service and great conversation. Please tell me where to get the mattress and bedding! The Most comfortable hotel stay ever! Record setter!!!
Me and three of my friends stayed here for two nights from New Years to the 3rd of January. The hotel was beautiful, immaculate, and modern. The lady at the front desk (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name) was very lenient with me on an issue we had checking in and was so friendly thereafter, always greeting us with a smile. The room was clean and the shower was beautiful with great pressure. The only snafu we hit here was that there was some dried blood on the sheets. They seemed to be clean, but were stained. However, I asked that they be changed when they came in to clean and they were - no problem. I love that the TV is a smart tv so you can log in with your netflix account. They also provide a white noise machine. The second night the toilet stopped working but they quickly sent someone up to fix it. Valet parking was very pricey at $50/night so we utilized the parking garage right across the street for $20 a night instead. It is close to many of the main Boston attractions (about 20 minute walking max) and the Lyfts we took to come back both came out to less than $10. All in all I would definitely recommend coming here, it is beautiful, clean, the staff is friendly, and it’s in a great, safe area. Thank you Marriott AC Downtown Boston!
We have stayed at AC a few times now and each time the experience gets better and better. From the moment you arrive with valet, to the front desk, to the staff in the hallways you are greeted with kindness and a sense that they are truly happy you have chosen to stay there. The rooms are impeccable and the beds and pillows are more comfortable than any other properties we have stayed at. I would highly recommend anyone interested in a night out in the city to check out this location. Very easy access on and off of 93 as well, without ever realizing the traffic outside while in your room.
I had the pleasure of staying at the AC hotel in December and I was extremely impressed with my experience from start to finish. I absolutely loved the style and decor of the rooms, it hands down had the nicest, most modern room that I’ve stayed in with Marriott. The rooms were spacious, the suite had a spacious shower, and the TV’s had free access to pandora and Netflix/Hulu which was a nice added touch. The best part though was our service from Daniella, at the front desk. She was SO friendly. She had us smiling after a difficult travel experience and gave us the best recommendations. She offered to take our pictures and made us feel right at home. I have a gluten allergy and she knew the best/safest places in town, which was just an added bonus. Even though our stay was over three weeks ago, we still remember Daniella, and definitely won’t forget her warmth and kindness. We were absolutely thrilled when we saw she was working on the second day of our stay. I usually don’t write reviews but her service was definitely noteworthy. Without a doubt, this hotel was amazing, but it was our service from Daniella that made it outstanding. Thank you Daniella again!! I look forward to staying here again on my next trip and I will surely recommend it to anyone traveling to Boston. - Nicole and Caleb
This is a great hotel, excellent staff, great design, and the breakfast is to die for! Also public transportation access by bus and also the T MBTA Subway with both a Red Line and Orange Line Station(s) nearby. Also next door to a new Whole Foods which has everything. Nice bar and tapas as well...very boutique and highly recommend! I like the A C Hotels by Marriott, especially this one!
I am a Elite Marriott Rewards member. Travel a lot. Booked a room for one night business trip. Arrived around 4pm. Very nice front office staff. Got a corner room, sounded great. Tried to sleep after a long day of travel and before another long day of work. The hotel is sandwiched between I-90 and I-93 and all of the on-ramps and off-ramps. If you look at the map, Albany street is the only street between two major highways, it probably should not have been a street at all. I am not sure about the amount of sound proofing in the walls of the building. There is also a rather noisy fan in the ceiling, was told by the front desk that it can not be turned off. Had to leave in the middle of the night, checked out at midnight and found another hotel room. Beautiful clean hotel, great staff. Poor building site and sound proofing.
We took a basketball team for an overnight. Total of 20 people in the party. From booking with Elizabeth to then working with Shazia on details of our stay, everything was top notch. The Hotel is gorgeous, nice area, close to everything. The staff was awesome. Shazia and Ben took care of us from the moment we walked in up to walking us out and helping us load the vans. The bar was perfect for adults to hang and they fed the boys and coaches and then had a great breakfast for all 20 of us! Just the best service in a great Hotel. I travel to Boston a lot and I have stayed at a number of Higher end Hotels. I will stay here every single time I go into town. They value their customers like no other and the Hotel is just perfect for any occasion.
Walking into the pristine lobby was a great feeling after getting into the city on a rainy day. The check in process was seamless as well and the staff was super kind. The whole hotel itself was so clean and quiet we absolutely loved it. In terms of the room, it smelled fantastic (part of the AC Hotels unique brand) and was just a calm environment. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Boston area as it is very accessible to downtown and is a quick walk from the bus/train station or a quick ride from Logan.
We stayed at the AC the weekend before Christmas. We were delighted by every aspect of the hotel. The two front desk attendants who checked us in were really friendly and made us feel super welcome. The room was really nice - modern, large, comfortable and well decorated. I travel a lot for work and it's rare that I am delighted by a hotel, especially one so affordably priced. The next time I am in Boston I will definitely come back to the AC.
