The first room I stayed in (second floor, overlooking the Wholefoods parking lot) was just incredibly loud thanks to a vent from the car park opposite. It was no bother getting moved (very helpful at reception) and a fourth floor room on the same side was indeed quieter. But don't expect to sleep much beyond 6am: trucks start reversing (beeping!) to the supermarket delivery dock by then. All in all not much staff can do anything about

During my stay, I was informed by the hotel that the only guest benefit available to me was breakfast, due to the fact that dinner was not provided. Unfortunately, I did not have an appetite in the morning, so this benefit was not useful for me. The main reason I was hoping to use the guest benefits was access to the observation deck, which was not available. This was disappointing, as it was an important part of my plans for the day. While the room itself was fine, the very limited guest benefits and lack of flexibility significantly affected my overall experience. Clearer information and more balanced alternatives for guests would be appreciated.

Beware of charges. They advertise a $25 per day breakfast voucher per room. While it is true that they give the $25 everyday, it is not really to cover for the restaurant charges since you get it welther you eat or not. They have a distinction charge of $25 that added to your bill across all Boston hotel. So really that’s what the extra $25 is for not to save you on restaurant. The food at the restaurant is horrible, the eggs omelettes are microwave and left on the counter to become cold, the cheese and charcuterie are drying out and served room temperature(disgusting), the juices are served room temperature, the clam chowder soup is watered down microwaved and tasteless. The meatballs are warm on the outside and cold on the inside so microwaved again and they are tasteless. When you think you have a $25 voucher everyday for the restaurant, you think well at least it’s free and I don’t want to waste it and you figure, I will use it so naturally you suck it up and eat there. It doesn’t matter if you eat there or not, the voucher is applied to your room daily, this will cover the additional $25 surcharge in Boston. Instead of sucking it up, go to a real restaurant, heck go to McDonald breakfast, it is much better then the crap you eat at the hotel.
