Live in NH down in Boston for one night. Great area, next to Opera House. Room not ready at check-in 4:25 pm but accommodated with drinks at the bar until ready, took about 10 min. Nothing else but overall great place to stay.

The hotel was magnificant, except trying to get a copy of my bill, between their website not assisting to the people at the front desk not asking if I wanted one. Not to mention I was basically charged for TWO stays based on the overcharge. WOULD NOT BE USING HYATT AGAIN!!

The front desk staff was so helpful and amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Quick visit to see Cabaret, the hotel is in the perfect location for Boston Opera house, quick walk to theater, room was comfortable with a nice little table for 2 for late night room service, view of the city. Enjoyed dinner in the hotel restaurant, food was good, waiter was terrific, breakfast was delicious. This hotel choice made our quick trip to Boston perfect!

Walking distance to the Commons, theatre district, good restaurants and near South Station. Taxi service excellent. Hotel room comfortable and attractive. Maid service was inattentive (no service one day), but overall staff treated us well.

It was an overall great stay. The hotel was gorgeous. My only issues were the spotty Wifi in the rooms and the sheets were dirty in one of the beds and was never changed during our entire stay.

Very much enjoyed my stay. Would have like some complimentary breakfast in the lobby. The breakfast was very expensive.

Friendly staff and pleasant environment. Should expand menu choices. The breakfast was mediocre but the price exhobitant

Never been to Boston and love it,definitely going back to the same hotel.friendly people

I hate writing negative reviews because I found the service staff (meaning the waiters, bartenders and cleaning staff very sweet and accommodating) but the higher management and even the reception staff was lacking in being helpful. We encountered a number of issues with the cleanliness of our room and with a stay at this rate, I would expect much better. Also, the pool and workout rooms are a walk! As a woman, I wouldn't feel comfortable making the long and deserted trek to them. The vibe at this hotel is definitely business class oriented and we were looking for a livelier place so I wish I would have chosen the W instead. That said, the breakfast buffet and the staff at breakfast were amazing!

Hotel had no drawers - first for me. I did love the location and everyone was super nice. B

we went to Boston to see a Red Sox game, stayed 2 nights, hotel is clean and safe location, is a short walk to the Quincy market

Great location, wonderful staff and great breakfast

Wonderful stay, enjoyed walking around Boston & swimming in the pool.

First time and Boston, and it was quite the quaint experience. Although the parking was a little difficult to locate, we figured it out and readily checked in. Staff were very pleasant and the room was nicely tucked away into a nook - definitely felt more private. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone going to Boston for a day or more - hoping to return if parking is included in the cost again.

The hotel was beautiful and we stayed on the 20th floor which offered a nice view. The only thing that was a little awkward was having to take two elevators to come and go. Otherwise good location and nice room

I was there two nights while attending a conference. Everything was fine but they really send the rates up if you don't get in on the conference rates. I was very surprised by the lack of restaurants in the area. Mainly fast food places within walking distance. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

The gentleman that first greeted me was courteous and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. However, i went back down to the lobby to ask a few questions and i was waiting in line behind a guest. The guest was treated extremely well by the clerk at the front desk. A girl by the name of Alexandra, i remember her name because she treated me completely different than the guest before me (probably bc he purchased a suite room). She treated me w absolutely no respect, did not look at me and kept her eyes on her computer. Normally, i understand that it's difficult to work with general public but the fact that i got treated so differently than a guest i was within ear shot and alexandra didnt care to treat me like i was a bother and I simply couldnt ask her a question because i dont deserve the same respect. Other than the one incident, the hotel was great and the room service staff was friendly and helpful. They are what the hyatt should be proud of and the chef/cooks/kitchen were phenomenal. Awesome delicious food and received promptly. Too bad the Hyatt has people like Alexandra working there.

I first want to say that the Staff at this hotel is excellent!! The hotel itself is very stylish. The rooms are very clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Thsi hotel works well for a short stay in central Boston. Sort of a big box but everything works, the staff is friendly and helpful and the room was clean and well maintained.
