Staff was so welcoming and so friendly, room was so clean and the hotel was so convenient to everything. Nothing was wrong.

2nd time staying here. There will be a 3rd. Perfect location, excellence facilities. Super comfortable beds. You cant beat it.

Great location and friendly staff!

Convenient

$30/day destination fee!? It’s a hotel, I’m a traveler; of course, there’s a destination. But I don’t understand the fee. This is in addition to the hotel tax you’re charged when booking the room. Certain amenities are expected to come with a nice hotel. Wi-Fi, pools, restaurants, bars; I thought these were covered with the hotel tax. It seems like double taxation for the same features. The hotel was nice, the location was great and the staff was great, but that’s what you expect from a 4/5- star hotel. The fees are so unnecessary. It’s price gouging. For that reason I can't give it a 5 star. I spent $60 extra for no extras.

Friendly staff

Great! Offering of "free" breakfast buffet was a great option for our family

Awesome location and friendly staff. Easy to get to the local sites of Boston from here. My only criticism is that the shower height and water pressure were not great.

It was clean and everyone was super friendly. Also, it was very quiet and i was able to get some great rest.

We chose this hotel due to its location . It is within a 5 minute walj to the center of Chinatown, and offers convenient valet parking. It is also adjacent to a public parking as well.

Great staff, very good breakfast, rooms seem a little out dated

Definitely would stay here again!

I loved the full-size gym- so rare to find in a hotel and a great surprise for me. Central location of the hotel means you can walk to many restaurants and theaters, and are close to subway ( "T") lines to get around town, too

We recently stay here for a week. All the staff were very professional and will go beyond their duties to make their guests happy. The clam chowder that they offered us was delicious, better than some restaurants we went in Boston.

The hotel is beautiful! I just wished the hotel had room service for food. Door dash worked though.

Hello April, thank you for the feedback on your recent stay with us. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your room and the location. Destination fee is Downtown Boston's version of a resort fee , which majority of the hotel in the metropolitan area have implemented a few years ago. If there are any recommendations that you think would help elevate the destination fee benefits , we would certainly be appreciative to hear ! Looking forward to see you soon again !
