Terrible water pressure in the shower. Had to take a 30 minute shower because it was impossible to get the soap off. Females beware! No way will you get the shampoo out of your hair.

The hotel itself was very nice and centrally located. The sidewalks around the property need to be improved due to the cracks and broken bricks which can cause you to trip if you're not careful or at least paying attention to where you walk.

Stayed 3 nights on a high floor (18th) away from the elevators which should have made the room quiet. However, it had an adjoining door and thin walls so we could hear the conversations in the rooms either side. We were woken 2 hours earlier than needed each morning. The door on the cupboard housing the fridge was hanging off which made access awkward. The housekeeping was very thorough and left short handwritten notes wishing us a nice day. Bed comfortable, plenty of towels and all usual amenities in the room. The concierge (Stephan) is very professional. Gave us a map each day with clear guidance on where to visit. Also provided an umbrella when the usual supply was empty during torrential storms. Hotel is centrally located for walking to North End, Back Bay, HarbourFront and start of Freedom Trail. Checkout was fast and simple via a call from the room and receipt arrived immediately via email. Dropped key in box on exit.
