Great location for mass transit and staff very friendly and helpful.

Great location, clean hotel, friendly staff!

Very dated room couch, carpet, shower. The bed was uncomfortable.

Tristan was super helpful upon my checking in. I check in several hours early due to being in town for a funeral and my room was upgraded. Would return

Mattress was terrible. Location great staff was awesome

The staff here was very polite. Upon arrival, our temperature was not checked and we weren't questioned about exposure to Covid-19. We were able to check-in earlier than the scheduled time and were told the room would have a city view, just as booked but it did not. The bathroom in the room was disgustingly dirty. The tub had a lot of stains. The toilet did not flush properly. The table in the room was not wiped down prior to our stay. As noted in the listing, it does not include parking. The garage that is attached to the hotel is $40/day. Street parking rules are very strict in the area. 10/10 would not recommend staying here.

The property and location were great! Parking is $40/night if you don’t use your car. More $ if you do.

Great location very nice and clean but shower was not good no pressure and water was flowing on the floor

No pool or breakfast because of pandemic! Parking way overpriced! Metered parking till 6pm then free!

The room was very clean. When i chose this room we was going to Boston children hospital and I was thankful that they had a restaurant in the hotel the next day I got a email saying that the restaurant would not be open due to covid i was not happy about this. And they was on the website they helped people from children hospital. We did not get a discount. But other than that was a great place to stay. Employers were friendly.

The bed was very uncomfortable, I woke up at least 10 times through the night to reposition myself. There was no hand soap, and just bad experience over all

Wish the restaurant had been open.. and wish the parking didn’t cost me $40 for overnight parking.. I felt ripped off
