Loved this experience. I came for my husband's birthday & what a special set up in the room. Richard in concierge took care of everything for me & kept me up to date. We went during construction which was only a problem the last day hearing the drilling etc. But I would still suggest this hotel. In would stay here again.

Great location for a hotel, within a ten minute walk of Boston Common and other popular Boston areas. Staff is very friendly. Requested and received a remodeled king room, very nice.

I received no warning that this hotel is under construction. Half of the elevators were unusable causing long waits, there was construction noise in the afternoon, and alarm went off in the middle of the night, much of the public areas were closed. Room appeared clean. Bed too soft for my tastes.

Hotel is average. The AC/Heater was not working in the first room I was in so they switched me to a second room. The second room wreaked of cigarette smell. When I called to complaint, the front desk told me they had no other rooms available to move me in. Hotel is currently going under renovations. Elevators take a few minutes to pick you up. However, the location is great.

Great area. Very nice staff, wonderful clean rooms, very comfortable beds, pillows are outstanding! Would 100% stay again. Very nice for the price. Not outrageous.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. Me and my friend really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are clean, the staff is really friendly, they even have a nice club/lounge inside the hotel, it was a big bonus for us. Walking distance to the best shops on Newbury Street, Central Park, Public Library, Skywalk Observatory.

Room was spacious and clean, well appointed. Bathroom was a little small but workable. We had 2 teenagers in the room with us and there was plenty of space. Concierge Jill went above and beyond setting up rental car for us for an early trip, took care of lots of details for us and followed through on every detail. Made the stay GREAT instead of ordinary. All staff was super helpful.

Check-in process was slow. Room keys didn't work - door knob had to be replaced. Long line for elevators. WIFI was out of service during stay. We stay at the Marriott (Residence Harbor Inn) while in Boston on this trip as well - it was fantastic. This place is a disgrace to the Revere name.

First time staying in Boston, easy to locate, decent view from the 20th floor but expected more based on rate of the room.

Pleasant stay. Rooms were clean and spacious. Very suitable for families travelling with children. Great location too.

This was our first time at the Revere and we definitely be back.Everything was terrific from the decor to the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness, except for one area, the food; simply said it was always Luke warm to cold when I received it. To be specific I am referring to room service & the breakfast buffet. Everything else was great!

This hotel made our experience that much better. Thanks to the staff who made sure their guests are well taken care of.

Easy to find, staff not intrusive, room very nice with balcony, and close to many restaurants.

Very nice and roomy and comfortable , well lit and modern. In the heart of the business district just a couple of blocks from Boston Common and all of the fun places to go to in Boston. I hope to stay there again.

For the location, cleanliness, and service at this hotel, you cannot beat the price.

We have been to Revere for at least 5 times. It is a great hotel for family. The room is spacious. The sound proof is excellent. Moreover the service is super! One time I left my electric toothbrush there. They contacted me by email and sent back the toothbrush free of charge!

The Revere Hotel was chosen for its central location to spots we wanted to see The New England Aquarium, Museum of Science, JFK Library and public transit. The room was very quiet and all furnishings and linens were very nice. We did eat at the breakfast buffet one morning and well prepared foods were served. I would recommend it to my friends and would stay there again if travels to Boston are in the picture. I don't think this hotel caters to families with young children, but they aren't excluded. I saw mostly young responsible adults in the lobby and surroundings.

We had just one day in Boston and chose this hotel for its location. It exceeded our expectations. The room we had was on the 23rd floor and had an amazing view. There were nice complimentary touches like slippers and robes, ceramic coffee mugs instead of paper/plastic, 6 pillows and a very comfortable chaise lounge. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever we asked for dining recommendations, etc.

When we made our reservation, we had requested an extra bed since all that was available through the travel site was a king room and I was traveling with my 14 year old son. Upon arrival we were told that an extra bed was't an option....but without even being asked, the front desk person immediately changed us to a 2-queen room. I thought that was very nice. Our 10th floor room was modern, clean and had a view of the financial district skyline. The hotel is conveniently located-in the Theater District right across the street from City Place (where we boarded our bus for a tour of Boston/Concord/Lexington-awesome, btw) and was literally walking distance from everywhere in Boston-Financial district (Prudential Tower Skywalk), Freedom Trail and all of the sites along it, North End (Yummy Italian food), and even Fenway Park (you have got to experience a Red Sox game)! Free wifi was nice and worked well, though we weren't in our room that much to use it. The Rustic Kitchen, the on-site restaurant, was super. Overall I'd totally stay here again and really enjoyed the stay there.

Loved this hotel. The lobby staff were completely friendly and very opening, the room had an amazing view of downtown (for even being a regular room), was so spacious, was always clean, never heard doors slamming/neighbors talking. Elevators did take a while every now-and-then due to the high volume of travelers, but everyone always made it fun/were welcoming while waiting. Will DEFINITELY be coming back to Boston in the spring and staying at this hotel.
