The revere was excellent. Abdel at the front desk was amazing! Great personality, great tips for the city and very accommodating. Complimentary coffee and tea service was great in the morning. The rebel’s guild was awesome for dinner and cocktails. Highly recommend.

Room was worn. Carpet dirty, curtains torn, dust visible on surfaces. Window so dirty it was hard to see out. In-room coffee maker not worth the effort to make coffee-weak, tasteless. Not so much as a glass in the bathroom. Good location but otherwise not worth the price.

Loved our stay at the Revere! The hotel was amazing great location very clean and fun decor. Staff was very warm and welcoming special shout out to Abdel, Vilma, and Brian will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Boston.

We were upgraded to a suite which was amazing. Unfortunately the heat didn’t work in the suite. We were moved to a much smaller suite (but still a suite) and initially the heat didn’t work in that room either. We needed to request a new comforter because ours had existing stains. We also went down for complementary coffee at 7:30 but were told someone didn’t do their job and there was none in the lobby. They did send us to the restaurant though where there was coffee available.

This is not a “misunderstanding” I have a recording of the interaction. Provide contact information to pass it onto or I can just post it online. ⸻ A reception staff member, wholly untrained in ADA laws for service animals became condescendingly confrontational in front of his co-worker buddy when asked the simple ‘yes or no’ question of whether the hotel had correctly recognized the animal as a service dog. Instead, he wrongfully asked for paperwork and when appropriately told that was not a legal request the hotel can make he launched into “I am not going to argue with you” repeatedly instead of simply looking up the requested informations. He finally looking up the information when he saw that I started recording. Without apology the staff member said “have a nice day” disingenuously and both staff laughed as I left the lobby.
