Perfect location for our plans at a reasonable price. Area seemed to be a little run down just one block to the east. Extremely poor service at the rooftop bar which is on a rooftop of a connected building, but not the tall rooftop of the hotel building.

We have stayed here multiple times and always enjoy our stay. The staff are gracious and attentive, the rooms spacious and clean, overall a fantastic trip. The only negative is that the bathroom needs a little cosmetic work- minor and nothing to complain about.

So many good things to say about this property. The lobby/lounge area for guests is clean and crisp with an amazing drink station (water, sparkling water, teas, flavored waters available), ample seating for lounging or dining, a TV, fireplace, outlets, bathroom, etc. The staff responded to every request we had promptly and with kindness (we had probably half a dozen different requests). The location is great, we easily accessed everything we needed, and there were a lot of stores nearby in case we forgot anything (for example, CVS was a two minute walk away). Thank you, Revere Hotel, for making our stay in Boston memorable!

Prior to departing on our road trip from Boston back to Pennsylvania, we purchased sandwiches from a nearby Whole Foods and took a walk in the Boston Common area. Upon returning to the hotel, we discovered that our sandwiches and bags had been mistakenly discarded in a trash can. We spoke with a supervisor who acknowledged the hotel was at fault and contacted the front desk on our behalf. Vanessa at the front desk informed us that she could waive a fee of approximately $40, but that further compensation would need to be addressed by the manager, Zach. After arriving home, I have attempted to reach Zach multiple times by phone and have left several messages, but I have not received a response. We are very disappointed and will forever stay away from this hotel.

Great stay.

We weren't able to visit the rooftop bar or use the hotel to it's full potential. We were in and out a lot. We had a great stay while we were in Boston!
