Broken AC couldn’t get anyone to answer at front desk. Charged me resort fee which they say includes water and fridge and I had to request that be added to my room. They didn’t give me a voucher that was included in my reservation until the 2nd day when I asked about it. They tried to not honor the voucher either because my bill was less. Very bizarre experience for paying such a high price for a hotel

We were there on a rainy day - would have enjoyed a more robust restaurant offering. Did not ever see wifi info.

I made a request to be on the back bay side for the fourth of July. made my reservations so that we'd be able to watch some of the fireworks. When getting in they did not have the room that I had booked. I was made special accommodations, but we did not get on the bay side. we had a room on the city side!. there roof top bar is on the 10 floor, our room was on the 21st. So that was a nice view of the city, not the bay. and we was able to look down at the bar on the 10 Th.floor roof. We ask that one of our rooms not to be cleaned one day of our 4 night stay. We had two rooms and neither one of them were cleaned for our whole stay. was left another set of towels and our trash wasn't taken for our whole stay. For as much as we paid I expected a lot more! All of the workers in the hotel was very helpful, polite,and happy to assist in anyway that they could. The control on the wall quit working for the air / heat. I made a call down to the front desk, And Within a few minutes maintenance was up to fix the problem. The hotel was beautiful and great location. but needed to get make sure that housekeeping is doing there job! also to make sure that reservations are what was booked!

The hotel was great for the price. my only complaint was there were no facilities open for coffee or breakfast or any kind of dining. They could have had complimentary water and coffee or a continental breakfast for convenience. Other than that it was an excellent hotel for the price

Nice hotel, spacious rooms compared to a lot of other hotels in the area. Bathrooms are a bit tight but well appointed.

The hotel was lovely and enjoyed our stay. It was walkable for the Boston Common area and Freedom Trail.
