I don’t recommend this hotel for no one. They have amenity fee of $25 a day and they don’t have any amenities to use. Very bad experience

The hotel was understaffed. Nobody around to park our car. Nobody around to bus luggage. Staff was consistently rude and did not seem to have any training in basic customer service. We were not offered our upgrades and benefits, and when we inquired, we were ignored. Hallway smelled of pot. Walls extremely thin and we could not sleep because we were next to loud groups.

Nice hotel. Room was a little cramped for a suite. Wanted to check in at 4pm, but room wasn't ready until 6pm.

Revere Hotel is brilliant. Professional courteous staff. Luxurious bedding. Great location. Randomly the light fixtures were one of my favorite things about this hotel. We did eat at hotel bar one afternoon and the food and service was terrific. I will definitely be back if I visit Boston again.

Front desk was very helpful after a hectic day of travel.

I booked a room hour an a half before by arrival. When I got there I went up to check in and the front desk lady gave me the give me a minute finger and was rude front the start. Then she told me I had no reservation at all and that I better call and deal with orbitz and not her. When I tried to ask her to check again she told me I had to leave the line and figure it out with orbitz. I just had a 5 hour drive and wasn’t in the mood to be dealing with this. Then I had to call orbitz and try to figure out what was going on. So I spent another hour on phone waiting to figure everything out.

Great experience. Good blend of amenities, pleasant interior design, and location. On-site car rental helped salvage our vacation after air quality issues made it hard for my traveling companion to walk to attractions.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel located in the heart of Boston! The rooms are beautifully designed, the beds are sooo comfortable and they provide a pillow menu so you can select the specific pillow that will give you a great night's sleep. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is great for visiting Boston. It's in the center of the city and a few blocks from the Arlington T station. There is a nice circular driveway to use if you are taking a car to and from the hotel. Definitely the perfect place to stay if you are visiting Boston!

The hotel staff was ALL completely rude. Not welcoming. Doesn’t want to help. Did not let me know if I had any VIP services. I tried I use their phone to call the front desk but that didn’t work. I had to use my own phone to call the hotel to get late check out. The showers are positioned very weirdly in the double rooms. The placement of the shower head made the bathroom completely flooded. And there’s a loose tile that you step on and you can see all the mold that has been buildling inside. I messaged the hotel and they did nothing. Very bad experience and will never recommend to anyone.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Close to many sites. Staff was excellent, always courteous and professional.

Hotel did not want to provide any perk for me as a platinum member. After long arguments I received paid resort fees and had been told it was exemption, I will never receive it again. No upgrade. Peaple are not friendly. No refrigerator in the room, huge inconvenience.

It was a nice hotel in a great location. I was disappointed that the roof top lounge was not open at all the entire 3 days I was there.
