We let the hotel know when we had gathered our bags at the airport but it took over half an hour, waiting in the cold at 11:00 pm, before the shuttle bus finally arrived. The staff member who greeted us at the hotel was not friendly. The carpet on the way to the elevator was worn & frayed. We went to our room & found we had been given a handicapped room, something we had not requested & did not want. We were too tired to ask for a change. The room itself actually had a torn bed sheet & the window curtains were unhooked at the top in various places. A shabby hotel to bear the Hilton name.

We walk the escalator and to upper floor after you pick up your luggage, the follow the signs through the skybridge, you will get to the hotel lobby 5-7 minutes. Easy.

I wouldn’t stay here again because there’s nothing special or fun about this location. Next time I’ll take a ride share directly to the location I want to be at. The Hilton location at the airport is convenient for late night arrivals, but I felt like a sucker paying their high prices for no special amenities. The bathroom was awkward because you have to stand next to the toilet to use the sink. The door doesn’t have space open without you moving to stand on the side of the toilet. Basically the door opens into the toilet. So two people can’t get ready in the bathroom together. The in room individual pouches of drip coffee was not delicious, it was a huge downgrade below a pod coffee machine, and it made a mess dripping all over the furniture. There are easy ways this room could be worth the price, like bathroom toiletries and coffee pods, but they don’t do that. For my retun 6 am flight, I rented a minivan the day before for $230, drove to Cape Cod, and then came back to the airport at night to sleep in the rental car, rather than stay at the Hilton again. My daughter and I slept in a Pacifica minivan and loved the freedom. The car return agents didn’t mind at all, and I saw many people sleeping in the rental car return. In short, the Hilton was too overpriced even for being at the airport. I won’t be a sucker again.
