Great location, great staff, great view Vs Aging rooms, no free wifi, and overpriced on site snacks, $$ resort fee and taxes
We paid $435 for one night in a fairly old room. The bed was comfortable, but the rest of the furniture was literally worn out and dingy.
Right at the Prudential and pet friendly
Close to Fenway but the pictures of the property do not match what we received. In the picture there was a sofa in the room, but I had no sofa in my room. The pool looked very inviting in the picture but did not match the actual pool. Great marketing that did not deliver.
Clean room and bath.
We waited in a half an hour long line to check in three separate times, beginning at the 4pm check-in time and ending at 6:30. Front desk staff were rude to us each time, although we’re very sympathetic about how tough everything is right now. At 6:30 they still didn’t have a room available for my 75-year-old relative. We had booked a deluxe king and they downgraded him to a standard king. They did not make an adjustment in our rate and said they were unable to do so. This hotel is too expensive for rude service and overcharges. We won’t be back.
The hotel was very busy when we checked in, however, the staff kept everyone moving along quickly.
Great location
there was few people at front desk. that's why the check in time was so long. its so uncovenient time for us.
The staff was nice, the room was fine, but the cost was astronomical. I downgraded a room from King bed with water view to double room, but they just charged me $600/night anyway. This is one of those hotels that has you trapped and they know it. Other than that, it was perfectly lovely.
The hotel was nice enough but over priced. The parking was a disaster. Staff all told us to go down into parking garage despite other guests saying it was full. It was full. Got stuck in garage for over an hour and had to pay for that time even though I couldn't find a spot. No microwave in the room And the fridge in teeny tiny. Not great for a dance convention weekend where we needed to keep lunches/snacks refrigerated. Convenient bc the event was in the hotel. The housekeeping service people were very friendly. Front desk people seemed overwhelmed. Don't pay extra for a river view. You won't really be overlooking the river. Attached to Prudential mall and so that is convenient!
Centrally located, so convenient, rooms are spectacular, this is my third time here and I won’t go elsewhere
A Hulk of Aluminum and glass. Dining is similar to a train station. The bar is efficient but small and graced with deafening acoustics. The second floor is home to passed out drug addicts (the second floor monitor wasn’t interested.). The room has no provision for viewing the TV comfortably. The mattresses are granite.
