We stayed there for one night and loved it!! I even ordered champagne and strawberries for my fiance with concierge, they were perfect! We always stay at the Seaport Hotel and love it! We can't wait to get back!

Staff was very pleasant and helpful which was the only plus. Room was underwhelming for a "4 star" hotel - including options for room service and an understocked minibar with only 2 waters. We ordered room service for breakfast and they did not even bring in the food on a table - it was dropped off in to-go containers and a take out bag. We kindly asked the front desk if they had any other rooms as we were staying there to celebrate a birthday, they generously offered us another room stating that "this is a way better room". They moved us DOWN 5 floors to the same exact layout room, just with a view of different buildings. Not exactly a "better room". It's great if you need a quick place to sleep if you are in town for a conference otherwise there's others I would choose first.

Horrible room service Horrible tv and WiFi How do you offer Netflix and have it not work and then offer 12 basic cable channels Also called concierge to deliver Uber eats breakfast because the room service was out of 90 pct of their items (free $50 is great unless there is nothing to eat) and they said it would take 30 mins to bring to my room.
