Room was clean, staff was friendly but when we checked in the mini fridge was not working so we went to dinner and asked them to look at it or change it. When we returned with leftovers that we intended to put in the mini fridge it was Luke warm and stayed that way for the duration of our stay. Not a big deal but it was an inconvenience

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful during our stay. The location was excellent. Very close to great restaurants and shopping. Convenient to tourist areas. Easily walkable and safe area. I would 100% stay there again.

Staff was wonderful and attentive. I didn’t need anything but they offered and that was thoughtful. Valet was expensive but very convenient. The location was perfect for exploring seaport during the holidays. My only criticism was that the bathroom could be cleaner. The bathtub didn’t look suitable for my kiddos to take a bath in. We otherwise had a great time and would certainly return!
