The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and convenient but difficult to find seating regardless of the time. There are a few shops nearby but found it difficult to navigate public transport to get to most of the sights in Boston.

Love this hotel and would stay here again. The location along the piers was beautiful. The room was very quiet and comfortable; the free breakfast was better than others I've seen. The bathroom was clean and everything functioned well - always had hot water quickly. The 24 hour on-site workout room had Peloton bikes, treadmills and free weights was a bonus. We were able to quickly get a ride share car so I cannot comment on the parking.
