The Inn at Longwood Medical

I needed to drop my mother in law and son in the lobby to run to see my wife in the ER. Staff was very helpful getting them set up to allow me to be there.

Great food court. Ran Spartan race at Fenway park very convenient to get there from this hotel

it was very accommodating for my needs. I was only there 1 night but the room was clean, and the tv worked perfectly....also received my wake up call on time.

We needed a place for one night to visit a friend in the hospital. Turns out we were only a 3 minute walk away! Couldn't have been a better location for that purpose. The beds were extremely comfortable. The youngg man who checked us in and out was very personable and professional. Water pressure in shower very strong! (That's important to me!)

Needing a hotel near the hospitals, we booked at The Inn at Longwood Medical due to its proximity to where we were going. It was great to be able to just walk there. The parking overnight at the Inn was quite reasonable too. It was nice coming back a bit late and being able to have dinner downstairs. All the staff we came in contact with were very friendly. We also had used The Inn at Longwood last summer when we were up in the area to go to Fenway Park. We were able to walk to Fenway as well as many other places that are within walking distance of The Inn.

The room was too warm and we were unable to get it down to a comfortable level(65), this interfered with our night's sleep. Staff was friendly.

In longwood, 10 minute walk to Fenway/Kenmore Square

The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location. But it is almost not even enough to book it again. They could do so much more with this hotel if they put the effort into it. It needs more than just an update. It is dirty. A poor reflection of Longwood Avenue.

This hotel is fine for a visit to a Boston hospital. But I was in a suite which had a fold-out-from-the-wall bed, a bathroom and the rest of the room was a conference room with a long table with 30+ chairs. The A/C was set on a very low temperature, and I could not find the thermostat to turn it off. I was only there for 1 night. There was a Bar & Grill restaurant for breakfast, plus the food court connecting to the hospital complexes.

Walked in to friendly service, great room, and wonderful food. One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Convenient location and room was very clean. Great wifi.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great as the hotel was attached to many restaurants and conveniences. This made it easy and efficient to grab lunch or dinner and get back to work.

Hotel had excellent service upon checking in, and room was very clean. Located very close to longwood and convenient to beth israel deaconess as well as fenway area.

I stayed at the Inn at Longwood Medical when I traveled to Boston for a graduate school interview. The staff was very friendly and helped me with anything I needed. The room was also clean and comfortable. The location is great and right next to great sites including universities, Fenway Park, and some of the nations best hospitals. I highly recommend for anyone who will be in the area to stay here!

The hotel has a good location for my family because we went to the Boston Children Hospital. The hotel staff is very friendly and the room was comfortable.

The hotel was right in the middle of the "colleges of the Fenway", which was a perfect location for our tour of colleges. I requested an early check in and extra pillows and received both! The room, unfortunately, did not meet our expectations. The clock was broken and the bathtub drain was clogged- making us shower in mid calf water . For $400, I expect better accommodations.

After paying to travel agency for my trip I was charged by hotel as well.Although, they gave me different check out amount they charged for whole my stay again.

This quaint little hotel is right across the street from Boston Children's Hospital, Harvard Medical School, and just a walk over to Boyleston St. Great location, central to Boston without being right downtown and overpriced - a good value for the price. The rooms were average size for a city hotel, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff responsive. Very easy to catch a cab right out front, and its actually connected to an office building food court/CVS if you don't want to eat in the hotel restaurant. Nothing fancy, but if you're going to Boston - hopefully you're out and about in the city and not in your room anyways! Would give this hotel a 8/10 rating overall.

This was our first trip to Boston and we selected Longwood Medical because of it's close proximity to Fenway Park. The room was clean, the staff friendly, and the breakfast was great in the cafe. We liked the close walking distance to the T and the many restaurants in the food court were a nice addition for a drink or snack. Would definately stay again!!

This location was incredible especially for events near and around Fenway Park. However, the room was sub par especially for the steep price. The ice on our floor did not work so we had to search for a working ice machine on other floor levels. Overall, our experience was ok. I would only go back if the prices dropped or we had a better room for the price we paid.

nice hotel, great location for easy access to Fenway park
