The toliet in our room was absolutely disgusting. There was trash under our beds including half eaten food. The front desk person only said she would alert housekeeping after cutting me off from finishing my sentence and took 25 of the 125 dollar resort fee off the bill. Resort fee? For what? For cleaning my own room, no spa, no pool, no gym, no restaurant, you should be paying me 125 for the week. Due to covid neither trash or dirty towels were removed and we stayed for 5 nights. I walked the hotel trying to find a trash can or housekeeper and could not. We starting carrying our trash outside to the cans on the street. The building adjacent to our balcony room - the main reason we chose the hotel - was under construction so all day starting at 5am the sound of jackhammers and such was what woke us and we couldn’t keep the doors open so to the plume of concrete dust that comes in while they are working. I asked to change rooms day one and was declined. The restaurant was closed, spa is actually not with the hotel but a separate company next door and was not available the 5 days we stayed. The hotel could be nice and the location is absolutely perfect but some of the short cuts do to “covid” seem a little misleading and unnecessary.

Beautiful property

No on site or free parking. Instead, expect to park at a different address and then walk back to the hotel. Oh yea, and it will cost you AT LEAST $40 per day. On top of that, the hotel added a $25 "facility fee." I was told that this was for the "complimentary" in room coffee, fitness facility, and large screen tv. This should be illegal.

Great location and helpful, professional staff. Loved the small balcony off our room. Will definitely stay here again.

Our “city view” was a view of the construction site next door...not the Bostonians fault but I would think they would avoid housing guests in that area due to noise and overall annoyance. Also, I understand Covid has caused extreme problems for all business but I don’t understand why this hotel had closed its restaurant/bar. I was not happy to have to walk a few blocks to get breakfast and good coffee.

The room was large, comfortable and clean. I had limited interaction with hotel staff but when I did they were professional. Awesome location! We stay again next time I’m in Boston.

It was quick and friendly and clean and very helpful

Room not available until 4:30, should have been able to get in at 3pm arrival

Warm welcome when coming and going. Perfect walking distance to TD Gardens, even in the winter.

Loved the location....right in the middle of old Boston...walking distance to the Harbor Walk, Quincy Market, Old State House etc. Nice room with King Size bed on 7th floor overlooking Haymarket and the weekend market in progress. Didn't like the noise from the new Haymarket Hotel construction that started at 7:00 am every day. Didn't like the noise from the room heat/A/C. Didn't like the mandatory facilities fee...especially for 80 year olds that don't use them and thought the valet car parking at $51 per day was steep!

Beautiful room. Very clean. Staff was wonderful! Would definitely go back.

From the minute you walk in the front desk is very kind and helpful. I have stayed here before for work and I will continue to use this hotel on a monthly basis.

Lovely staff, Great balcony views, none-better proximity to Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market, great breakfasts, $1 oysters during happy hour, and hot cider and coffee fire-side in the lobby.

I like the location and ease of access to other locations.

[NThank you for alerting us to these issues. We want to sincerely apologize for your negative experience at our hotel, this is not the level of service we strive to achieve. We do not have mini fridges in the rooms but the yare aviable upon request. The Facility Fee is on Orbitz prior to booking, and we do have a gym. it also goes to the upgraded Wi-Fi, welcome kits, the upgraded Starbucks coffee in the rooms, business center, and many other amenities. We do offer housekeeping service which can be scheduled in advance, and can send someone to the room 24/7 to take out trash, or replace the towels. We are happy to hear you liked the location. If you would like to discuss this further please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.

We are extremely sorry to hear about this, and regretful to disappoint a valued gues. The facility fee is on Orbitz.com and shows prior to you booking, I'm sorry you missed that during the booking process. I can also assure you $40 per night parking is the cheapest rate within a 15 minute walk. If you would like the opportunity to speak with me further in regards to your issues please contact us. I look forward to speaking with you.
