Untrained front desk staff

Rooms are pretty old and need renovation. AC stops working during day. Staff is unfriendly and not trained at all. Had to ask for every single details. Front desk staffs should be trained and replaced.

Sorely disappointed

We paid nearly $500 per night to stay here and expected the experience to match, but the room was not cleaned well, there was black mold lining the caulking in the shower, and a used bandaid stuck to the shower floor. We also paid an extra "destination fee" that should have included a couple bottles of water, but when we asked for them the night we came in, we were told they were out and we could go ask for a glass of water in the restaurant. Not at all the experience we thought we'd have after paying so much for this hotel. Although the location is great, we asked for a refund and went elsewhere.
