Easy access from the airport and walking distance to so much.

Very responsive staff. Wonderful location. Large rooms with beautiful views of the city. They also honored by VIP status via Orbitz, which really made a difference in my experience. I was originally booked on a lower floor without a room and approached the front desk. The person there originally refused to honor my deluxe room, which was supposed to be a room with a view, but the ?manager (Troy) came by and assuaged my concerns, upgrading me to the top floor so that I could have a nice view as advertised. It was clear the original person was in training, and if the rest of the staff are like Troy then that gets 5 stars from me. The location- just steps away from Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall as well as a ton of restaurants in the North End. There is literally no complaints I can levy on its location. Absolutely perfect! And the room itself had gorgeous views of the clocktower and the city, especially at night. It was a little loud due to the crowds and the music playing from nearby bars, but closing the balcony doors made the noise go from tolerable to minuscule. This is a big city after all, and hearing the city hum is part of the experience of visiting. Overall great experience, will definitely come back if I'm in Boston again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby and rooms are very nice. The location is excellent for walking around town. The only thing that I didn't enjoy was our view. There was lots of trash and noise below us.

Very nice stay

Had a reservation for a room with King bed. Made the reservation around end of March. Completed pre-arrival check-in on day before arrival. When we arrived, no rooms with King bed were available and they gave us a room with 2 double beds. No offer to change rate or anything. I had to ask for compensation, and they waived the resort fee. Which was an empty gesture as the spa/gym facilities were closed. I contacted the company on social media, and they requested my reservation information. I sent it and never heard back from the company. Overall, once we were in a king bed room, the stay was comfortable though being so close to Faneuil Hall/Quincy Market there was a lot of dumpster noise and traffic noise which is not something the hotel can control. Close to the North End and the waterfront.

We liked the location of the hotel and staff was nice, however it was completely noisy every morning from construction going on right outside window early every morning except Sunday. And was super noisy at night. You could hear through the walls and hear our neighbors literally peeing in the bathroom. Walls are very thin.

We LOVED our stay at The Bostonian. We were on the 5th floor and looked straight out our balcony at historic Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market. It was only a few block walk to State Street and Government Center subway stations, or to the waterfront. The staff was great, the room was fantastic, we lacked for nothing ! Very glad we dropped off rental car before our stay, no car needed !

There was no hair dryer and TV remote was missing.

We stayed in a king room with a fireplace. We looked out over Faneuil hall and the custom tower clock. Bathroom was huge. You cannot beat the location and the north end is also a 5 minute walk away. We did order room service for breakfast and it arrived quickly and was still hot. Food was great. The only thing missing was a mini fridge but our stay wasn’t long enough for it to be a problem. We will absolutely be back. We loved our stay there!
