Room not available until 4:30, should have been able to get in at 3pm arrival

Warm welcome when coming and going. Perfect walking distance to TD Gardens, even in the winter.

Loved the location....right in the middle of old Boston...walking distance to the Harbor Walk, Quincy Market, Old State House etc. Nice room with King Size bed on 7th floor overlooking Haymarket and the weekend market in progress. Didn't like the noise from the new Haymarket Hotel construction that started at 7:00 am every day. Didn't like the noise from the room heat/A/C. Didn't like the mandatory facilities fee...especially for 80 year olds that don't use them and thought the valet car parking at $51 per day was steep!

Beautiful room. Very clean. Staff was wonderful! Would definitely go back.

From the minute you walk in the front desk is very kind and helpful. I have stayed here before for work and I will continue to use this hotel on a monthly basis.

Lovely staff, Great balcony views, none-better proximity to Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market, great breakfasts, $1 oysters during happy hour, and hot cider and coffee fire-side in the lobby.

I like the location and ease of access to other locations.

Loved how warm looking the lobby is decorated. Love the fireplace, spiced cider in evening. Great restaurant. Room super too! Lots of space, included all the amenities.

The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful.

Lovely property, really appreciated the ability to check-in early.

Great location. However, the air conditioning blasted nearly all night long directly at me and as a result I have come own with an acute sinus infection that is now in day 6.

Location was awesome staff were wonderful I would definitely go back again

We stayed at the Bostonian from August 9-12 and must say we were pleasantly surprised. This was our first trip to Boston and really did not know what to expect. First and foremost the hotel is fabulous. Rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. While this may seem minor, they offer coffee in the AM, Bottled water all day and Lemonade in the PM all free of charge. The location of this hotel is Prime. You are centrally located to most areas. Subway/Train is not far. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you!!!!!

My new favorite hotel! Beds so comfy. Location fantastic. Staff was THE BEST! All the small touches like having a vanity wiith a separate magnifing make up mirror, the live flowers on the balcony, shampoo that lathers up like crazy, plugs in the lamps on both sides of the bed, complimentary cold water bottles... EVERYTHING!

Thank you for alerting us to these issues. We want to extend our sincerest apologies concerning all the issues that you have faced. We were extremely busy last Saturday with an extremely high amount of early check-ins for the 1pm Bruins game that day. In all my years at the hotel that was the first day we couldn't check in the arrivals at 3pm. We hope you give us a second chance!

Peter thank you for bringing your experience to our attention. We're glad you enjoyed the location and room! Lots of our guests really enjoy. We want to extend our sincerest apologies concerning all the issues that you have faced. Even though there is not much we can do regarding the building of a new hotel we are documenting all issues and are going to bring them to the attention of City Hall to try and curb further issues. I'm sorry you felt the parking was steep, but i can assure you we are on the lower end of valet parking in the city, many others are in the $55-60 dollar range. we hope you give us another chance.
