Took a girls trip w daughter and granddaughter. Nice hotel w great location. Staff was attentive and helpful...especially the valet as we had lots of stufff to load and unload...

very easy and cozy hotel. nothing fancy but useful as close to meeting point and clean.

I selected this hotel for its proximity to a concert venue. Upon arrival, the valet area was in disarray. There was one person trying to coordinate all the vehicle with another bellhop attempting to assist. The bellhop was incredibly rude, he put his hand in my face and was dismissive when I attempted to ask a question. The manager later called to apologize on his behalf but the experience had already sullied my stay. Then when I went to check out the pool area, I saw what was either a mouse or a chipmunk run from one room to the next. They can check their camera for verification on that one. The bathroom was dirty, hair in the tub. The hotel needs updating. For this price point, its mediocre and not worth it.

Great hotel, with clean rooms and comfortable beds. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, everyone from the valet, bellman, and front desk, to housekeeping and the bartenders. Always smiling! Location was the best. Walking distance to the TD Garden!!

I was disappointed with several things at the hotel. My room had a faint smell that smacked me in the face when I entered each time. The rugs were very aged, the shower did not have hot water for the first day. The TV was blurry. The only good thing about the hotel was the friendly staff and convenient location.

Desk clerk did not know or share information about the hotel amenities or area. Valets did not even acknowledge us when we walked past them. Floor maids and bellman were the only hospitable staff we encountered. Hotel needs update-remodel. Room was clean but no refrigerator or microwave. Those could be supplied for a fee; so how I missed that in the write up. Location was within walking distance of many places we wanted to go. Next time we visit Boston we won't stay here. Very disappointed in Wyndham four star hotel.

Convenient location to the North End, Boston Commons, Public Market, Charles River, the subway and so much more.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, great feel when u walk into lobby. Nice bar and restaurant. Good breakfast buffet. Walking distance to everything. Felt safe with hotel staff always out front of hotel. Valentíno was very helpful w holding my luggage and getting me a taxi. I would for sure stay here again

Perfect location. Clean and comfortable. Great staff. Would come again.

Toilet sprayed water on bath floor when flushed, not hot water for shower, had to call for help and then was told to turn on the hot water and wait 20 minutes!!!! The most lame hotel, can't believe with parking and tax this cost me over $300.00. This is not a first class place to stay, and a major discredit to the "Wyndam Brand". Holiday Inn Express stays were infinitely better than this overpriced & tired lip stick on a pig of an old facility.

We stayed here for one night as my dad was recovering from major surgery. My family had been trading places around the clock to stay in Dad's room for five days, sleeping odd hours in a borrowed apartment nearby, eating poorly. We were exhausted. That last night, we had the Wyndham room, and it looked lovely. But the HUGE downside was that the shower was cold. Not lukewarm -- cold! I showered at night and tried again in the morning. To pay $190 for a twelve hour stay and not even have a hot shower is absurd. When I my mom told the desk about it as she was checking out, they said they couldn't give her a refund because we had booked through Orbitz.

Enjoyed our stay, easy efficient check in. Nice room, convenient location.

We stayed here for the location and that was perfect. The room however was a disappointment. We found trash under the beds and the bathroom door (frosted glass) was obviously not cleaned regularly as it had multiple suspicious gooey spots on it. The tub faucet pulled right out of the wall when I turned the shower on and the shower curtain allowed water to pour all over the floor. The blankets are very small and we spent all night playing tug-a-war with them. We were only in town for one night for a sporting event for my son so we decided to just put up with it but it was a disappointment for the price especially. FYI the pool is outdoor so don't make the mistake of telling your kids they can go for a swim in December like I did!

One of the friendliest staffs I have encountered. Hotel was well run. Had to call for an engineer for a small problem with the room at 11pm and he was there in 15 minutes and fixed the problem.

Stayed at this hotel as for it's convenient location to the T line and my office. The price is one of the better deals in the area.

Excellent stay. Room really should have a refrigerator for the price. Staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. We loved staying here with our 1 year old. They provided a nice crib. We recommend not to bring a car because parking is near impossible and very pricey in the hotels parking garage. Au Bon pain next door is handy for breakfast, drinks, and snacks.

Nice hotel. In walking distance to green & red lines. Didn't hear hospital noise. Pool was fine. They had a lifeguard present! Could step out the room to a whole foods which was terrific!! Hotel was a little dated, but rooms were redone recently & Very Clean! Staff was exceptional, from the front desk, valet, bartender, housekeeping, repair man. All very nice & helpful!

front desk under staffed also could be a little more friendly

Hotel was over-priced rooms were small and semi-attractive. Housecleaning missed a lot of areas that needed to be cleaned. However, the location was very good and the staff was very friendly!

Great hotel and staff. Great location within walking distance of some terrific restaurants. Would stay there again while in Boston.
