When we got to the hotel we went to our room and it wasn’t cleaned. The chair had food wiped on the side of it. The room smelled musty and damp. The room themselves need an updating. Bathroom is small.

Great hotel with a short walk to the TD Garden. We’ll likely stay here again.

Beds really uncomfortable, bathroom fixtures not working properly or in need of attention

Easy walk to MGH

Room was clean. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating, they allowed us to check in much sooner. Better comfortable. Location was great. Valet parking is $57 but I’m OK with that. Nice restaurants and bars nearby

It was right in Boston garden area walking distance to a lot of nice shops

The property is dated. Bed quality poor (you could feel the bed springs in the mattress. The sound/insulation between the walls was subpar as you could hear the television and talking clearly as if it were in the same room. The restaurant and bar staff were very nice but clientele coming into the bar from the outside were unruly and had to be asked to leave which didn’t make me feel safe.

10 min walk to subway 15 min walk to center

This location is very close to the hospital and walking distance to Metro. Property could use some updating.

Had a good time.

The staff let us checked in early which was great. There is no fridge...The good thing is very close to attractions, the Massachusets General Hospital is just next to this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday. Anna Gherbi at the front desk was incredibly accommodating and upgraded us to a room with a view of the State House and left an array of birthday treats in our room! The room was spotlessly clean and the outdoor pool was amazing!

My stay was just okay. The lobby was extremely hot and it took a little while to get checked in. Our room was just average and the place could definitely use a revamp. The staff was nice. Also the pillow weren’t super comfortable, the comforters on the beds were so small and thin. Great location but the $54 a day to park was too much for my group so we parked a couple minutes away for $11 a day.

Great hotel. Clean and quick service by valet, cleaning staff and front desk.

Very convenient location but needs to update the entire property - toilet clogged up, room got very stuffy, poor ventilation, too small & cramped. Unable to stay >2 nights.

Property convenient to Mass General. Plenty of take out options around. Breakfast menu available if you want to come down for it. Bathroom needed to be gutted. Shower leaked from underneath onto floor even 4 hours after using. Needs new shower entirely.

The hotel was fine but the rooms are a bit dated. I’ve stayed in nicer places for less $$, bigger rooms, bigger baths, better beds and more amenities. My only two complaints were: 1. The bed side lamp had two non-functional plugs. The plugs were extremely lose; your charger will fall out. The power flickered but didn’t work. Checked with a friend in another room and theirs was the same. Had to use the desk lamp or wall plug to get a functional one. 2. In room heating is also dated and really noisy. Loud fan turns on for heating.
