the hotel itself is OK. but because I booked through Orbitz the last two times I stayed, I was given a wheelchair accessible room/ for guests with disabilities. these rooms are designed around people on wheelchair and are not comfortable for someone who is not on wheelchair. I checked with the front desk and their explanation was because I used a third party to book the room that my reservation was assigned to was a wheelchair accessible (perhaps Orbitz has a limited # of booking allowance that a portion of that is wheelchair accessible rooms and by the time I booked the room the only availability was wheelchair accessible room.); to avoid this in the future the front desk suggested to book directly via hotel and do not use third party booking.

Stayed in Boston. The outside bellhops were so helpful

Good location and friendly staff members; close to food and shopping

Our stay was good but the $58 overnight parking that you basically are forced to pay each night is a little ridiculous.

Hot water is at a premium here. I attempted to take a shower after our arrival (3:10 p.m. /-). Within two minutes of stepping into the shower the hot water was gone! I mean gone - only frigid water coming out. We spoke to someone at the front desk and was told an "engineer" would take a look at it. Apparently it was beyond their expertise to rectify. We have stayed here many times before and this is our first truly negative experience. Not sure what is going on or what happened but 3:00 p.m./ is hardly peak time for hot water demand. It was worse the following two mornings. Will start looking at alternatives in the area.

The valet to the desk clerk were warm and hospitable. They met our every need. The Rules lovely especially enjoyed the bathrooms and the lovely shampoo and conditioner smelled great the bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the 12 o’clock check out time. room is lovely especially enjoyed the bathrobes and the lovely shampoo and conditioner smelled great the bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the 12 o’clock check out time

Perfect location walking distance to Charles street, Quency Market and Mass General

Location was great!!..Easy access to downtown. Nice walk to nearby restaurants!

Great location for my needs. The room was spacious and had a desk chair, an easy chair, a bench to put luggage, an easily accessible safe with plenty of room for a large size lap top computer, and (others should learn from this) outlets built into lamps so that one did not have to do contortions to plug in chargers, lap top, c-pap etc.

Loved the location, Whole Food next to it, Church on same block, Daniel Hall 15 minute walk, Beacon Hall across street and Eye and Ear Infirmary four minute time all. Charged adequately for conditions.
