Staff was extremely friendly especially valet. Super close walk to everything, highly recommended.

Great location. Otherwise very ordinary. Staff were very friendly.

Great place and location. Close to Whole Foods and the hospital MGH.

Great hotel! Greal location - close to the hospital MGH and Whole Foods.

While the staff was lovely, and tried to be accommodating, the Hotel itself was beyond disappointing. Between figuring out access to the actual hotel from the garage when we arrived, there being no ice machine on our floor, the poor in-room television reception, being handed a slip of paper with the wifi access, no toothpaste in the room, the mini fridge smelling damp and musty....definitely NOT worth over the HIGH cost a night! Will NOT stay here again, and will urge others the same.

Nice stay, good prices, polite staff. Could save our bags for the whole day while visiting Boston.

very good the room and service, also location. Near mit, harved

Convenient location. Can walk to many neighborhoods

old hotel, $23 breakfast, $51 parking, even more expensive than 4 star NYC hotel.

Check it didn’t go smoothly. Hotel didn’t have us down, so they had to call Orbitz to confirm. Waited awhile to check in.

We were there for 3 days, we could share the room with our children which was easy, we're only were in the room to sleep so we can not add much details. We were there for our daughter's graduation. The beds are comfortable and we had everything we're needed

Staff was pleasant and efficient. Bellhops were amicable. I would recommend the hotel

Staff very helpful. Walking distance to many great attractions.

Took a girls trip w daughter and granddaughter. Nice hotel w great location. Staff was attentive and helpful...especially the valet as we had lots of stufff to load and unload...

very easy and cozy hotel. nothing fancy but useful as close to meeting point and clean.

I selected this hotel for its proximity to a concert venue. Upon arrival, the valet area was in disarray. There was one person trying to coordinate all the vehicle with another bellhop attempting to assist. The bellhop was incredibly rude, he put his hand in my face and was dismissive when I attempted to ask a question. The manager later called to apologize on his behalf but the experience had already sullied my stay. Then when I went to check out the pool area, I saw what was either a mouse or a chipmunk run from one room to the next. They can check their camera for verification on that one. The bathroom was dirty, hair in the tub. The hotel needs updating. For this price point, its mediocre and not worth it.
