My only complaint is that the windows in the "Atrium" rooms need black out curtains. The blinds do not stop much light so it was very bright at night.

Reasonably priced. Excellent central location. Service and cleanliness were excellent. Furnishings were a bit dated

Overall, it was more than I expected. It was comfortable and pretty clean, and I liked the modern yet vintage feeling of the place. In addition, the staff was pretty friendly and nice.

Excellent hotel. Near Quincy Market, Long Wharf, Aquarium...lots of pubs & restaurants nearby. Things are expensive in Boston & hotel has breakfast cafe but it does cost money. Overall, an Excellent experience

We found the hotel to be very clean, updated and the staff was very courteous and professional.

Excellent access to the waterfront, financial district, Faneuil Hall, north end. Reasonable rate. The parking discount for the 75 State St garage was good. The wi-fi in the room was terrible. At midnight, a dump truck backed up right under my window to empty two dumpsters.

Overall was a great experience, no room service but otherwise good.

Loved my stay here, only one block from il Duomo. The Concierge also recommended a great restaurant off the beaten path, with the full authentic Italian cuisine and experience.

Great location right by Faniuel Hall and North End

Staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel is pleasant enough. We just needed a place to stay for the night.

Great location close to Boston Commons, aquarium, harbor, great restaurants. Perfect accommodations.

Our 25th wedding anniversary weekend . We have been staying in Boston for 4 years .Three times at The Harborside Inn .We love it there.

Hotel has the perfect location to Harbour waterfront and the market. Beautifully restored and very affordable, absolutely a must to stay when in Boston.

I checked in late (after midnight) and was greeted by a nice gentleman at the front desk. I proceeded up to my room and as soon as I opened the door I could smell smoke. Luckily they had air freshener under the sink. I sprayed the room and it was smokey again within minutes, I was exhausted so I went to bed and covered my head with the covers. I said nothing to the staff when I checked out the next morning because it did not smell. All in all the hotel is beautiful and well located. Loved the cafe downstairs, the guys who worked there were so friendly.

I have been coming to this hotel for years since it is the ideal location to the water, North End, Fanueil Hall, Quincy Market, etc. The staff is great, the room is awesome and is just a great place to stay at for a weekend getaway.

This was an excellent choice for me. I was in town for only one night and needed a convenient place with quality lodging. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was far better than I expected. The bed was comfortable, with extra pillows and blankets, The bathroom was marble/tile with updated fixtures. The A/C worked well. There was a small sofa in the room as well as a table and two dining chairs. All in all it was a great stay.

First time visiter to Boston, and the weather was was in the 80's. There was so much to see close by that we could walk out the front door and be in the center of all of its history. The subway was steps away from the front door, and we used it to get to the airport a total of 15 minuets. Since it was warm, we used the AC in the room. It blew directly onto the bed and there was no way to redirect the cold air from the register. In the bathroom the exhaust fan did not work.

I was in Boston for a conference. This location was relatively close (within 15 minutes) from both the train station (South Station) as well as Logan Airport. The rooms were clean and there was a Starbucks downstairs with some limited options for breakfast (not included in hotel cost). There was a business center but no gym.

Clean and comfortable. Close to everything. Pleasant staff responded immediately to my needs.

Lovely boutique hotel across the street from Faneuil Hall. It did not have the amenities I am accustom to in the large hotel chains. It doesn't have coffee maker in the room or free coffee in the lobby. A Starbucks sets up in the bar area at 6AM. However, there is a 24/7 convenience mart next door to the hotel that has coffee, fruit, donuts, muffins, and breakfast sandwiches at a very reasonable prices. There are also Dunkin Donuts about every block in Boston. The bar does serve bar food some evenings. However, there are plenty of restaurant choices very close to the hotel. There is not an airport shuttle. You would need to use Lyft, Uber or a taxi. I would definitely stay at the Harborside Inn again. The room was very nice and comfortable with a great view, and the staff was wonderful.
