Very nice boutique hotel nestled right in heart of both downtown and waterfront areas. Joia’s restaurant is wonderful and extremely enjoyable with both ambiance and food quality. Nice find and although it can be a bit pricey, it really is a nice find and very good experience I’d highly recommended and will be returning

Property is at an excellent location close to the harbor. Room was clean and beds comfortable. We only needed transportation to and from airport. And that could’ve even been by subway and bus. We walked everywhere and felt safe. Took the subway to Amtrak and rode to Salem. We stopped right out of the subway to the front sidewalk of the hotel. No issues whatsoever. Staff were friendly and helpful. Coffee shops, parks, tourist attractions and restaurants all within walking distance.
