Great location, clean room, and friendly staff, for a good price.

Great room. We loved the room. Good size. Big bathrooms in the hotel room. Great bar / lounge. Awesome Starbucks coffee shop with adult coffee drinks, really cool. They have parking but it is off site and there is no valet. Its a boutique European style hotel. This is the best deal for the area. On the freedom trail and steps from T Hall.

The hotel is in a great location and the room was very comfortable.

Central location. Reasonably priced and comfortable. I like that it is a small hotel.

Pleasant surprise, the vicinity to the North End,Aquarium and The Market place makes it a ideal hotel.

friendly staff, great location close to the Seaport District, Faneuil Hall and the North End

Nice Boutique hotel with bar, live music and coffee shop. Close to historic areas, Freedom trail, Aquarium and convention center. However, there are no curtains on the windows (only shades). So room does NOT get dark enough for sleeping. So bring your eye covers. Also lights in the rooms are really dark and so very hard to see in the rooms. Strange combination of not enough light when you want it and too much light when you don’t.

• The rooms are very nicely appointed, the decor is modern and classic at the same time. • The chairs in the room (two small armchairs) are pretty but really uncomfortable, and I'm not fat or really tall; the chairs are short and just not comfortable to sit on • The staff should be retrained to deal with paying customers. I mistakenly reserved a queen sized bed, when I texted them asking them if it were possible to change to a king sized bed, the only response I got from them was "you reserved a queen size", which (1) I already knew and (2) doesn't do anything in trying to resolve my issue. When checking in the blonde girl at the desk didn't even say "hi" just "show me some ID and the credit card", which I find atrociously bad. • The hotel is well located, right next door to Quncy Market and walking distance of all of Boston, but, honestly, I could not recommend it.

great location right outside metro stop. Had a layover at Logan and decided to make a real day of it!!

weird, dark, inside rooms overlooking a narrow center atrium with skylights several stories above. the room's window was several feet from the adjacent room and the elevator and common hallway were directly across the narrow atrium. had to keep the mini blinds closed or you were clearly visible to the hallway and adjacent room. no exterior window, no natural light, inadequate and dim room lighting made the room dark and dreary all day. tv mounted in a spot difficult to view. no in-room coffee makers. one ice machine located in the basement. construction, pounding and power tools were audible. nice room in general. roomy and comfortable. location good for airport, amtrak, walking and dining. nice bar area. computers available. indifferent staff.

Have been coming to Harborside for years. This hotel is a hidden gem. Once you walk out the front door you are directly in the middle of all of the fun. Rooms are always clean and comfy. There have been updates through the years but they managed to keep the charm. Employees are not overly friendly but not nasty either. Will continue to stay here.

Great location, the room clean the staff so so !!!

Very nice hotel would stay again the staff was very friendly

Great location, friendly staff, and clean comfortable rooms. What more could you ask for. We enjoyed our overnight in Boston.

Entering the hotel on day of check-in was wonderful staff was very very pleasing. Day number two the hotel staff at the desk were pretty much rude.

Great location, easy to reach harbor, downtown, and trolling

Close to the Tstop. excellent location. Room needs a bit update but overall my stay was excellent
