Great downtown hotel right next to the hop on, hop off station. It’s a modern Hotel that has actual metal keys for the room, kind of cool, old school. It’s a block from the Quincy market and two blocks from a section of the freedom trail.

The employees are very helpful and very kind!! They deserve appreciation for their service and dedication. The room was nice a but smaller then most rooms I have stayed at. We had a big bed with a beautiful bathroom, but no view out the window which was fine with me because I like to sleep and the Sun coming wakes me up. The inside is unique due to the view on the inside hallways by the elevators looking down I thought it was cool. Everything you need is at most 3 blocks away. Quincy Market was 2-3 minutes away and the Aquarium was across the street to your left.

Everyone at the hotel was very nice, they greeted me with a smile every time I walked in and out. The hotel is conveniently located and it has a great style/vibe to it. Very good heating for an incredibly cold weekend :) only issue might be their website says they have a dvd player in the room, mine did not.

The check-in and check-out process was smooth, front desk staff was somewhat friendly. I was more than pleased that they accommodated my last minute request for a “top floor” city view room, which was actually a nice view! The room size was great, and included most amenities but the bed was rather uncomfortable. The bathroom was a bit smaller than expected and the shower pressure was poor. My biggest issue was that the room initially smelt like marijuana, however we are in the city so the smell could have been coming from other places other than the hotel but it was still unfortunate. It is in a great location in Boston and does not include half the fees you would find at other non-boutique hotels in the vicinity. I also really enjoyed the ambiance of the attached restaurant, Joia, if you wanted to stop there for a drink or two on your way back from dinner! It was far less crowded than a majority of the bars around the area.

Great room! Location is excellent for the north end, fanueil Hal, aquarium area. Parking is inexpensive (ok - it becomes reasonable) if you use the discount they offer at the garage. Clean room, friendly staff. I would definitely stay again if we were going again.
