Very nice boutique hotel nestled right in heart of both downtown and waterfront areas. Joia’s restaurant is wonderful and extremely enjoyable with both ambiance and food quality. Nice find and although it can be a bit pricey, it really is a nice find and very good experience I’d highly recommended and will be returning

I really liked the room. The toiletries were phenomenal and I've already looked up how to purchase them on my own - Sicilian blood orange scented! Although there was no microwave, it was nice to have a fridge. Lacking was a coffee maker and coffee...which didn't even exist in the lobby. For the price, if I could make one suggestion, it would be complimentary coffee. Otherwise, I'd totally stay here again!

Hotel lobby and rooms beautifully designed and decorated. Without a doubt the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Stayed around Xmas, room rate was incredible. Easy walk to Aquarium, Gov’t Center, Faneuil Hall. Nearby watering holes, convenience stores. Hotel restaurant good food, decent prices, limited menu. Stayed in king atrium room. Quiet, except for neighboring room. Bed very comfortable, excellent square pillows and great towels and toiletries. Only complaint, room has no closed and no coat hook - had to use floor

What a fantastic place. From the front desk staff to the location this place has it all. There is also a great little restaurant inside the hotel. Parking is also a breeze located just one block from the hotel. I will be back for sure!
