The only problem was the elevator was out of order for a short time.

First room given to us was actually occupied! Second room was unacceptable because we reserved a king bed and that was queen. Third room was ok even though it had an interior view of the elevator but it was ok for one evening. It was quiet, clean and convenient Their restaurant/bar was convenient as well for a quick snack and drink before we ran out to TD Garden. The staff were pleasant for our stay and transportation was easy whether using a cab, Uber or the subway( which was right outside the entrance).in its day this hotel was probably considered a high end swanky hotel but it now could use a face look lift but still more than acceptable for an overnight stay. Also parking was $40 at the 75 State Street Garage a block up which is the discounted rate, regularly $60 for 24 hours.

Very nice hotel, right in the middle of the seaport district for an exceptionally reasonable price!

very nice staff, excellent location at affordable price! highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our one night stay at The Harborside Inn. The location was excellent and it was nice to have a Starbucks in the hotel for morning coffee. There seemed to be only one of two elevators working, but it wasn't much of an inconvenience. We would recommend this hotel to our friends.

We stayed in town for the evening & this hotel is your simple solution. Has everything except a gym, but can’t beat location!

Location is great, close to market and center. Room is big. There is no tea/coffee maker in room which would have been great. No fitness room (ok, they did not promise it), window to attrium was not great as other people could look inside, ventillation was not so good. The worse was the quality of the mattress, we could not get a proper sleep, the middle of it was like a sink.

Great location for almost everything we wanted to do. Only thing I didn't really like was the fact that our room had no windows. Guess that's because we were in the "B" level which I guess stands for basement. Also was very quiet except for some sort of drilling that started very early in the morning. Otherwise, great value for the money.

Clean, friendly, great lounge area with live music. Hoyels goves discount on nearby parking!

Staff was very friendly and the room was cozy. Would stay there again.

My only complaint is that the windows in the "Atrium" rooms need black out curtains. The blinds do not stop much light so it was very bright at night.

Reasonably priced. Excellent central location. Service and cleanliness were excellent. Furnishings were a bit dated

Overall, it was more than I expected. It was comfortable and pretty clean, and I liked the modern yet vintage feeling of the place. In addition, the staff was pretty friendly and nice.

Excellent hotel. Near Quincy Market, Long Wharf, Aquarium...lots of pubs & restaurants nearby. Things are expensive in Boston & hotel has breakfast cafe but it does cost money. Overall, an Excellent experience

We found the hotel to be very clean, updated and the staff was very courteous and professional.

Excellent access to the waterfront, financial district, Faneuil Hall, north end. Reasonable rate. The parking discount for the 75 State St garage was good. The wi-fi in the room was terrible. At midnight, a dump truck backed up right under my window to empty two dumpsters.

Overall was a great experience, no room service but otherwise good.

Loved my stay here, only one block from il Duomo. The Concierge also recommended a great restaurant off the beaten path, with the full authentic Italian cuisine and experience.

Great location right by Faniuel Hall and North End

Staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel is pleasant enough. We just needed a place to stay for the night.
