Very nice boutique hotel nestled right in heart of both downtown and waterfront areas. Joia’s restaurant is wonderful and extremely enjoyable with both ambiance and food quality. Nice find and although it can be a bit pricey, it really is a nice find and very good experience I’d highly recommended and will be returning

Quick stay for a business trip but very pleasantly surprised - the exposed brick and high ceilings in my room were really nice, the location was terrific and very walkable (but the T would have been super easy to access as well, had I needed it), the parking couldn't have been easier either. Highly recommend!

I loved the location. The hotel was ok but clean. Some small upgrades to the rooms would make a big difference. The lobby and other areas are nice but the rooms are basic. The parking discount was good but you don’t have in and out privileges. The guys working during the day were really nice and gave me some good restaurant suggestions. I also recommend working with Expedia to update the VIP free bottle of wine perk. There aren’t any wine options and you’re given a mini bottle of Prosecco.
