Very nice boutique hotel nestled right in heart of both downtown and waterfront areas. Joia’s restaurant is wonderful and extremely enjoyable with both ambiance and food quality. Nice find and although it can be a bit pricey, it really is a nice find and very good experience I’d highly recommended and will be returning

Room/staff: no amenities except shampoo and conditioner. Seemed cheap! Although the room was very nicely presented there was no extra blanket in the closet. Very disappointing. Room cold. We did not arrive back from our night out until after midnight, so we just dealt with it by turning the heat up. The drafts coming in from the windows were chilly even with the shades fully closed. The TV did not work! The clicker was either low on battery or not connecting. It was sporadic and made for a very disappointing viewing. I mentioned these things to the woman who did our check out. Her response was thanks for telling us. No offer of anything to offset our dissatisfaction. We will not be returning.
