Staff was great. Room was clean. Perfect experience

worst experience I had in the US - the receptionist wasnt' friendly, room was for two but there was only one bathrobe and no wineglasses so we asked and the unfriendly guy confirmed they will bring it to us but nothing happened!

Beautiful and clean hotel in a great location. The staff was friendly and the restaurant downstairs was nice. My only feedback is that given amenities are closed with Covid, it would have been helpful for there to be some guide, either digital or in the room, of what is available as it was hard to figure that out.

Had expire items in the mini bar and I didn’t noticed until I already had eaten a few items, had the worst stomach ache the whole night and morning So much for a 600$ 2 night stay 😤🙄

Love being on the waterfront! Very walkable location.

Nice waterfront location. Nice room layout. I got an upgrade on check-in. Full gym with a good amount of equipment including free weights. Good pool area. I didn't know it on my trip but the locker rooms had steam rooms in them. I liked it enough to stay there again.

The hotel is nice but there are many nice hotels in Boston. They do seem to “nickel-dime” as there was no water in the room. Two tiny bottles in mini bar but not enough even at these prices. I mentioned to front desk staff that it was poor form for a property of this caliber to leave bad impresssions... that the little things matter a lot. She had obviously heard this before and didn’t really seem to care. I can almost see the accountant squeezing a few extra bucks of margin out of a bottle of water on their spreadsheets! So bottom line....nice enough hotel. Not providing water to guest after a long day at these prices? You can do better than this...cheesy.

Very professional staff all around. Really enjoyed our stay 👍
