Double bed room is tiny. Obviously wasnt clean. Dirty chair - disgusting shower floor. Not what I expected at all for a premium pricepoint. Actually pathetic they charge so mich for auch a crappy tiny unclean room

Very friendly staff!

the pictures on the internet were not very accurate. they showed everything new and sparkling but it wasn't. this is listed as a four star but was really a 3 star.

Was very friendly, clean and in a great area not far from the Garden, North Station and Faneuil Hall

Location and building were unique, room was a bit small and maybe a little in need of a refurbish, the restaurant breakfast was outstanding, truly delicious and gourmet.

It’s not a cookie cutter hotel. It’s unique and the staff was excellent.

Location made walking to TD Garden so convenient. Very friendly staff; especially Chris (from Lebanon, NH) our waiter! Desk staff helpful in answering questions! Thank you.

Clean and compact room. Attractive artwork and furnishings give it a hip vibe. All amenities including a plush robe, mini bar and Keurig coffee maker much appreciated. Had dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Good comfort food.

A small room with all amenities including Keurig coffee maker, plush robe, mini bar. Comfortable bed and quality linens. Enjoyed dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant

The rooms are lovely and very comfortable bed... only stayed one night but definitely would come back

Great trip. Neat spot. Unique and good location. Wish parking were better.

The woman working at the lobby desk, Melinda I believe, was very sweet and helpful!

It was a very nice experience. room was nice, hotel staff were nice and friendly, breakfast was very good.

The hotel and our room was nice, however for the price we payed I don't think it was worth it. While our room was clean and the bed was comfortable, it was so tiny and cramped. We barley had space for out carry on sized luggage (I cant imagine if we had large suitcases) and there was almost no walking space. I understand it is a unique building, however like I said for the amount we paid I expected more. If you like a spacious room the Boxer is not for you.

Amazing staff! One of the most accommodating hotels I have ever stayed at.

Jay, thank you for choosing our hotel for your stay. We are sorry for the issues you had with your room and the inconvenience caused. We will surely share your concerns with my housekeeping team to take corrective actions. We were also disappointed that you felt the price did not meet your expectations. We make every effort to be priced competitively. We hope this unfortunate situation will not prevent you from staying with us again. Best Regards, Fanny Jean Louis Hotel Manager
