The price was very affordable, the staff was very helpful with directions and recommendations on where to eat and catch tours. It was located with a 10 minute walk to wonderful North end restaurants. The breakfast was great and the waitress was efficient so we could move on with our day. The parking was at a structure that was self parking and a 5 minute walk down the street. We arrived late in the evening and it would have been nice to have a valet service for parking. Overall we had a fantastic time.

The location is the biggest selling point, close to both North Station & Haymarket T stops. The hotel itself is nice. The room was a bit small for the large bed but the space was ample enough and room tidied every day. Staff were friendly.

The best part was its location to TD garden where we were attending an event. The process to check in was slow and there was an unexpected fee of $20 which I was told was to cover the 2 waters in our room and fruit and coffee available in the lobby. I was unhappy to contribute to this and do not think it was worth it, nor would I choose to stay there again. The price of the room was $240 before that on a Tuesday night. Also the mattress in our room was slanted down so our heads were lower than our feet, just odd.

I have stayed at this property countless times for 2 decades and recently with my (grown) children and booked two rooms. It was perfect for our annual Boston weekend and walkable to pretty much everything. The staff was great again, and the floors and rooms clean and quiet. Really a hidden gem, away from the hustle but close enough to quickly access (particularly North End + Quincy Market area). Again booked the corner suite which is ideal and provides quasi-privacy (i.e., bed on one side, pull out couch other). Will surely stay again soon. Cheers. Matteo922

The hotel was quiet and in a good location. However, the upgrade seemed like a downgrade. I had a king size room and I received a room with two double beds right next to the elevator. The rooms were very small, so with the two beds, there was hardly any room to walk
