Clean, updated property. Great parking. Close to JFK T station. Host often slow to respond to messages however was very accommodating and permitted us to leave our car after we checked out. Disappointed with kitchen ... no chopping board, only one tea towel (no dishwasher so needed more than one) only one small tray for the oven so could not cook much which we had planned to do. Keurig .... not a coffee machine. Make sure screen door does not get locked as we were locked out one day. We added 3 extra nights to the 4 that we had originally booked and paid for and VRBO increased the nightly rate for ALL 7 nights with no explanation. Small grocery market nearby.
