Convenient to the airport with a reliable shuttle. A nice and new airport in the area with reasonable prices.

Beautiful clean hotel and very helpful and nice staff

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was quiet, too. There were a lot of guests in the hotel, but the room was quiet. The walls must be thick and well insulated. That’s important when you’re staying in a hotel. The hotel staff were helpful and pleasant.

We were initially in a nicer room, but the hot water was not working. They moved us to a less updated room, where part of the ceiling in the bathroom had a disengaged patch of some sort that looked like it was about to fall on us. The front desk was nice and helpful at check in and for answering questions. The shuttle to the airport was easy and convenient. The bed was comfortable. You could get to some of the walking areas of Boston via public transport fairly easily from the hotel on the Blue Line. Out of Bad, Average, Good, and Very Good, I would probably give it an Above Average to Good rating. (Breakfast is a bit spendy and did not look that appetizing).

Very clean and easy check out. The only negative is that there is no room service/cleaning.

Perfect location!

Every staff member was so wonderful I only stayed one night but, the service was superior!! The rooms were clean and comfortable I will be staying again when the opportunity comes!! I don’t know if you can go wrong with a Hilton property!

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was quiet, too. There were a lot of guests in the hotel, but the room was quiet. The walls must be thick and well insulated. That’s important when you’re staying in a hotel. The hotel staff were helpful and pleasant.
