Horrible. I arrived to beard shavings and tooth paste filling my bathroom sink and counter top. As I was checking out of my room I got shut in the elevator door and had to wait for an hour for the Tech to arrive and fix the elevator to let me out! The elevator was broken and needed maintenance and should not have been providing service broken to hotel guests. This was so traumatic for my six year old son to watch! I will never return.

Loved everything about this place... clean, organized, and helpful staff

They hotel is beautiful, the staff is very friendly and the rooms have features that make the stay more enjoyable.

Property is very clean and well managed. We stayed here off and on over about three weeks and it was great. Bare bones, but rooms are well laid out; spectacular views of the Boston skyline and the harbour; surprisingly decent coffee from the single cup Mr Coffee maker; heavenly Bliss bath products and nice to have good laundry facilities. One night was bad with an awful noisy neighbour but the Front Office Supervisor, Laura, was great and let us easily move rooms and get a refund for the night. We were in Boston to work and enjoyed staying in the Seaport even though the ALoft is a little off the beat and path. We especially appreciated that the room was cleaned (at least the bathroom early in our stay and later the whole room) during Covid times, something we didn’t find when we stayed at a Marriott property during the same trip. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here on future trips to Boston.

Okay place, nothing special beside location.... not even coffee in bedroom....

The scrabble board was pretty cool, the breakfast bowls were good.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was neat and orderly. We didn’t like the pillows. Also my rate was for 149 a night and I was charged 199 a night plus .

The property is in a great convenient location for walking options with things like comedy-dinners and just casual dining or drinks a plenty. Parking is not at it's best though-the Lot was full as was most metered options close by- Although there were alternate lots they were not convenient to walk to/from and were difficult to locate in the dark. However Staff was full of polite and helpful assistance with any questions or needs throughout the stay. I would guess it was Extra busy while we were there due to the Boat Show and being a holiday weekend as well so parking may not always be such a big issue typically and the Staff was great about printing us a pass to leave onour dash for our first nights stay in a parking space.

The room was very dark. Actually, the bath area was well lit, but the main room was lit by only a single goose-neck desk lamp and reading lights over each of the two beds. I complained, and the next evening they brought a floor lamp with a 9-watt bulb and a heavy shade. The weak light from that shone on the ceiling and floor but was of little help.

Beautiful location and room. Better channels would be nice

Property is a fairly new building and "modern" with new facilities.

This place was fun. Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and modern facilities, great location.

Hotel was very clean, great staff. Location was a bit to far off the path for us. Getting around town by rideshare, bus or transit became time consuming and expensive. Not a fan of the modern decor in such a historical city but that’s just personal preference. overall it was a clean and decent place to crash at night after full days of walking and site seeing.
