Clean and easy to access from the airport. The room was spacious and quiet, and there’s a convenient store downstairs if you forgot anything. The only down side is the staff. They are not friendly, and the guy who checked me in spit out a memorized speech instead of actually communicating with me, so I missed most of what he said.

What a nice surprise! We had a beautiful suite for a quick overnight in Boston for an early morning flight the next day. The staff was great and it was convenient travel to the airport.

Nice airport hotel

My family stayed at the Embassy Suites Boston Logan Airport both before and after our trip. The first night we received the wrong bedroom but the staff was wonderful and quickly corrected the issue. We also had a nice stay our second night. Even with a flight that came in at midnight, the shuttle van came a quick 15 minutes after we called for a pickup. The hotel kitchen is open until 11pm which was nice. I did notice with the room on our 2nd night, the bathroom faucet and light switch were a bit loose and the heating system was a bit loud. Regardless, the hotel was nice and convenient. I would stay there again.

When we walked into our room and saw a living room first me and my boyfriend almost fainted, the view of the city was also insane. It was a beautiful hotel and we considered canceling our vacation in Florida and staying there instead! Definitely will be back. Thanks for a great stay :)

Loved the property and the stay, very clean and great staff! Parking was very expensive and there was no free option, but they disclosed such prior to arrival and we found other options. Would stay again :)

Everything was great except the bus load of a boys team that came in late and were running the halls all night and early morning. If you have cameras in the hallways, these should be monitored and adults should be notified. If no cameras, please get some and train security or front desk to watch.
