This is everything you'd want in an airport hotel. Shuttle service to/from the airport was friendly and fast. I believe we waited 5 min each time. Plus, the rental car facility is literally a 5 min walk out the front door of the hotel, so we dropped off our car a day early. Front desk staff was efficient and helpful. The rooms themselves are spacious and clean, but could use more outlets! I didn't notice a ton of noise from other guests as noted in a few other reviews. We didn't take advantage of the bar, restaurant or coffee bar on-site, but things smelled good as were leaving!

Great hotel, horrible morning shuttle driver

Nice clean room, we were able to check in early (although there was an additional charge for that). The staff were kind and professional. Breakfast was great. The hotel is very close to the rental car return at Logan, which is perfect if you want to turn your car in early to avoid paying for parking. The only thing that we didn't like was the shuttle driver on the morning of 9/30 at 5:45 am, who did not assist with getting luggage on the shuttle and had a horrible attitude. We didn't tip him, nor did anyone else. I am 64 years old, have a bad shoulder and lifting a 40 pound suitcase is just about impossible. There was an older gentleman with a cane, who had trouble walking, so putting his suitcase on the shuttle was impossible. My partner assisted. An elderly woman also boarded and was unable to load her suitcase without assistance, again my partner helped. If it hadn't been for him, none of these people would have been able to load their luggage.

Room had multiple areas of damage. Curtains were torn, light switch was broken, lamp shade was broken, bed skirt was twisted up and the plumbing under the sink was falling apart. Otherwise the room was clean and the bed’s were comfortable.
