Excellent location for dinner in the north end

The staff were so wonderful, particularly the front desk staff who were working on the evening of Monday (9/27). One woman in particular was so kind and accommodating regarding my room requests. I regret that I’m not sure what her name is. It definitely started with an “N.” Nisha maybe? Sending my gratitude! I had a fabulous stay.

The property is wonderful! Great location, very clean. Helpful staff. The only problem we had, we couldn’t get our room cleaned. In five days we could only get it cleaned once. We were able to get clean towels but our room trash was building up. Most likely it’s due to the labor shortage.

I liked it was close and in walking distance to the area where we needed to be. Would of liked a jacuzzi or hot tub somewhere on the property, to get in at night, but overall a great experience.

The property itself was extremely beautiful and our stay was relaxing which is exactly what we were going for. Our only complaint was that the restaurant in the building was closed during our stay so we had to look elsewhere for dinner which was an inconvenience.

The room was not as expected, picture in website is deceiving ; broken recliner chair, stained carpet, water view room Is a joke. Limited option in dining room menu, it’s better to go somewhere else, there are a lot of restaurants in the area. The location is TERRIFIC, nice area to spend your vacation. Housekeeping, bell man are really friendly, my check in was welcoming, but at checkout ( 7: 15 am) the front desk lady was mean, rude and unprofessional. Overall the service was great, except for my check out, ( she needs to check herself out). The hotel needs some maintenance and touch up.

The rooms are disgusting, needed toilet paper and couldn’t reach the desk called for over an hour.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The staff were extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The location is great

Hotel was located @ perfect location for us. Did the freedom trail and hotel was super convenient. They do charge you 50 for valet parking a day. Rooms are beautiful.
