My wife and I absolutely love staying at this property. Ever since we found it we’ve never stayed anywhere else. We are being in the north end and right at this point in it. It’s very quiet. It’s very nice and relaxing and easy to get into town.

I didn’t like that they tried to put me in a smaller room with hardly any harbor view that I had paid for. I didn’t like the phone in my room didn’t work, the sink drain was very slow, they fixed it ! The doors to the bathroom wouldn’t close completely! No microwave! The bed was great, the shower was also great! This is not my first time here and I’m thinking of trying something different next time!

In room 4205, We asked for a refrigerator twice and did not get. Had to keep asking for towels. Everyone in this building struggled with getting through the front heavy doors with luggage. I wasn't thrilled. I'm not going to be dishonest I paid a lot I told them it was my boyfriend's 50th here they told me they would give us a tough choice surprise in the room but not a charcuterie and all we got were some Ritz crackers and a couple strawberries and some cheddar. But also they would not Park our truck. There was no warning about trucks not being welcome at ballet. I didn't really have any kind of upgrade overview I paid $700 for two nights the restaurants are never open and I paid $6 for coffee in the morning

We had a warm greeting by staff members. The room was very clean and comfy for three adults. Plenty of bathroom space with all the goodie’s. The air conditioning fan how ever was a huge annoyance when the A/C kicked on. Made a clicking noise.

Felt the safe in the area. Rooms were small not very clean and outdated. No refrigerator or microwave even after requesting these items at booking. Parking was a big issue, asked for valet and told to park in a lot down the street and walk back. Terrible view of shrubs in water view room.
