Lovely hotel. Coffee machine could be better stocked

First floor room a bit noisy. Great hotel near Boston harbor and walking distance to many nice restaurants in the North End.

Beautiful hotel, great location, highly reccommend staff was extremely professional and accomidating

Such a great hotel! The location was perfect, the room was very nice. Very comfy beds!

Great location if you want to walk to what the North End has to offer. We enjoyed the check in process, room, lobby, pub, valet, water pressure, location, view... As others have indicated, just don't go for the $9 Snickers bar

Check-in was fast and the guy that check us in was very nice and helpful

Nicely decorated hotel. Most staff were acomodating and welcoming. Rooms were a good size and well furnished; very comfortable.

Room was not very clean - shower dirty along with table next to bed. Check-in was slow and building where my room was, had an event or conference and was dirty Bar tender was great at main bar as was courtesy of front desk check-in staff, just long line. Room cleanliness was big issue

Nice hotel on harbor. Walking distance around north end.

Nice location. Staff seemed lackadaisical Room wasn’t made up one day by 5pm. Told front desk we were going Out for dinner and please have room cleaned while we were out. Came back at 9pm and still not clean. Went to front desk to address and was basically accused of having put on the ‘do not disturb’ light - which we hadn’t. Talked to the manager the next morning and mentioned all this plus a light shade missing in the bathroom. He apologized and took my name and phone number and said he would get back to me once computer systems were up and running. Never heard from him. Room was cleaned that day on time but light shade was not replaced. Did get an adjustment on bill when we checked out but never thought really felt there was much concern for us or passion for excellence.

Perfect for enjoying all of the attractions on the north end of Boston. Everything within walking distance and also a short Uber trip from the airport.

Excellent location and staff was great! Amazing food in a historical location.

Be prepared to pay an extra $22 a day for MA hotel tax. The hotel told me it was not included in Orbitz price that I paid thinking I was paying for everything. I guess that is how Orbitz says there is a discount. I feel it is shady.

This hotel is a great location and we had a great stay! We walked to local restaurants and attended a wedding / reception on the property. The weather altered the wedding plans but it still went off without a hitch and we had a great experience.

I stayed at the Battery Wharf Hotel in order to be in Boston for a medical appointment during a snow storm. I ordered a discounted room last minute, and got a room, after a long and curcuitous underground walk to another building, found my room with rotten fruit welcoming someone else, a television that malfunctioned, no wifi access and when I tried to call the front desk to seek remedy, the message machine was full and I could not reach a human being. Luckily the bed was comfy and aside from noisy snow plows, I had a decent sleep. I brought these problems up in the morning, and had some redress at check out. Yet when I got home, the Hotel had added rather than taken off fees for my stay!

Great place, great staff. Central to food and sights. This was our 3rd stay from Hawaii and wont be our last.

inept staff, over priced. Problems at check in. Lengthy periods of time to accomplish any requests. don't stay here.

Awesome actually. Had no idea what to expect when the hotels that I usually choose were sold out on a snowy day. I arrived at 10:30 after a harsh cold flight and cab ride. The front desk person saw my condition and upgraded my room and made it more convenient. The room and hotel was awesome ... old fashioned and modern at the same time. I told them at checkout that their advertising didn't do them justice, it was far better. A pleasant surprise on a snowy layover.

We were in town for a Celtics game. This hotel was very close to the game. Also it is in the North end where there is plenty to do!
