Excellent location and quiet hotel. Have stayed here twice and would come back again.

Lovely hotel. Bell Captain gave us bad info on where a shuttle would pick us up. The third time I asked, he told me I had misread the sign and it was down the street.

Hotel was simply one among the best. Modern and well kept. The room gets a nice view of the city and bed were comfortable. Room services from the resturant associated with Hotel was really good. Having a good selection of food in the evening at Hotel was a huge help. Subways, major locations etc are all close. Guys at reception was helpful and so is Concierge.

Great business overnight. I’ve stayed Jerry dozens of times before, but I think that the most recentl upgrades were especially fine. Amazing water pressure in the shower.

excellent location! Friendly staff. Very clean and safe. Right across from prudential center / Barnes and Noble etc

Thomas at the front desk was very helpful. I was impressed that they called to check on my status when a large Blizzard overtook the area. Best location for Prudential Center and Copley shopping as well as Hynes Convention Center events.

Loved having the Prudential Center and Subway right outside the hotel's front door. Lots of food choices just a few steps away and all great food.

The hotel is in a great location, close to a lot of nearby bars, restaurants and breweries. Hotel staff was great from check in to check out. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Great, price room could have been a bit cleaner who tells stuff was fantastic

Wonderful experience! The staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating. We arrived on a very early flight and not only were they able to get us checked in, but they even went ahead and upgraded us to a suite! We had a great view of the Prudential Center, the beds were nice and comfy, and they even surprised us with complimentary wine and fruit! This definitely made our stay in Boston so much better!!

Great hotel - really great hotel - really, really great hotel

The room was sizable and comfortable, very clean. Nice bathroom facility, also very clean. The roof top pool was fantastic, a great place to unwind after a long day of sight seeing or work. The closest T stop is literally right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. Great experience!

This weekend trip with my mom and toddlers was pleasant and comfortable, thanks to the hotel staff. Everyone from the front desk, to the bell hops, to the maid service where very accommodating. They even gave my girls rubber duckies, which they loved.

Our room was very nice, clean, and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint was that the tile in the bath had visible mildew and needed scrubbing or bleaching. The location was great, especially for college visits. It was close to the train stations, easy to get an Uber, and easy to walk from and to different sights. Plenty of places to eat nearby also, which was convenient to breakfasts and late dinners. The staff was very professional and courteous.

My family stayed at the Colonnade for 4 days of college visits. A great location on the T line and quick Uber rides to other locations. Our room was spacious and offered a great respit between tours. I would recommend this hotel.

Stayed for the Miaa Ins Conference, to my delight, great hotel and very comfortable.

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The room we stayed in was on the 11th floor. Our room was humid and the air conditioning barely worked. I woke up every night sweating. The pillows they provide are uncomfortable and I had difficulty sleeping every night. There was a lot of condemnation on the windows when we woke up. This was a very uncomfortable room to sleep in. The bellman staff was also very unfriendly. They never once opened the door for my wife and I and were constantly talking to each other and rude to uber drivers who were picking up guests at the hotel.

The Colonnade is the perfect place to stay when coming into Boston for a Red Sox game; Just over a mile from Fenway, you can walk or easily take the T to the game.

Great location walking distance to Fenway, tour bus picks up at the front door, subway stop is also right outside the front entrance which makes traveling from the airport or other areas of town very easy and cheap. Rooftop pool was excellent and room view was amazing.

This hotel is located in the center of the Back Bay area and very close to restaurants, theater, opera, business center, etc.
