I enjoyed the service of the friendly and warm staff and the close proximity to the trains and restaurants.

Great property! Will be even better when the restaurant Lucie is open but the restaurant Lucca which is right next door more than made up for it.

Convenient location. Friendly staff! Pool was closed for the season.

Norman the bell hop was the greatest!! Great view, clean room, comfortable beds! Great place to stay!!

We had several issues. Immediately after we arrived a metal grate from the ac unit fell in my foot. It took hours and repeated requests to get it fixed off the floor. Later the bathroom door locked me in. Again, it took repeated requests to get someone to come with a screwdriver to unlock the door. The same piece of trash laid in the hallway for two days. Also, after using the iron, the board would not fold back up so that was out taking up needed space.

My wife and I stayed here 9 years ago and it was amazing. This time, not so much. The remodeling they have done is not for the better. Doors did t close properly and the AC unit didn’t work very well either. We’d go out and set the temp at 65. We’d come back and the room wasn’t cold or even cool. Then in the middle of the night the AC would come on full blast and freeze us out. There’s no vending or ice machines on the floors. I understand it’s a luxury hotel but when you have kids, vending machines are a necessity. The door men and bell hops were amazing as usual but other than that the hotel left me with a blah aftertaste

Held up an hour to check in as the room wasn’t ready. Was told they had a full house last night!?Toilet was broken, room phone did not work, room was not cleaned when they did let us in, room was not vacuumed the four days we were there. Pool is nice but with it being open to anyone it was busy and rarely had seating. Proximity to things was nice.

Location was great. Room was clean and nice. It was very loud with construction going on. Would have stayed somewhere else had I known that

went for business trip and it is close to hynes convention center and prudential center. Clean and nice property overall.

Nicer room than the ordinary hotel room. Love the modern decor. Thw wall of windows is incredible. Would book again.

the Hotel was under construction. Lots of noises and dirty most of the day between 9am-4pm. Very bad. The fact that no one mentioned it before I made the reservation it is a shame!!!

The lack of a real breakfast was disappointing. I’ve had better complementary breakfast at La Quinta Inns.

Great Back Bay location on Huntington Avenue. Great restaurants, BSO & Art Institute within walking distance.

Everything was perfect, if only they had a bar! The location is the best, across the street from the prudential center. Staff was consistently friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back!
