The Colonnade Hotel Back Bay

Everything was perfect, if only they had a bar! The location is the best, across the street from the prudential center. Staff was consistently friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back!

This property is conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and Northeastern University, which is why I always stay there when visiting my son at NU. Over the last few years I'm seeing more and more wear and tear and very little updating, meanwhile the prices are ever increasing and the cost for parking is astronomical. It's likely that I won't choose to stay there again.

We loved the Colonnade. Very classy hotel. Room rates are very competitive and fair, but you receive all of the wonderful amenities that many other hotels charge you for ie bottled water, high speed wifi, coffee bar and snacks, etc We used to live at the Colonnade Residences and really enjoyed being back in the Colonnade family, the absolute best spot in the Back Bay.

Very convenient for what I was there to do. Room was big and clean

I stayed for a night on a quick business trip. The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Only very minor ding is that my room happened to be missing an ironing board.

perfect experience, professional and courteous staff, clean lobby and rooms, fine location.

Staff was incredibly attentive and polite. Room was spacious by Boston standard

Good location for many Boston activities. We walked to most places, including Fenway. Very close to Prudential and Copley Square area. Parking garage was very convenient and standard city pricing. It was right off the elevator access. Staff was very nice and offered upgrade without asking. We had a beautiful city view. Lobby smells great...secret scent. Very clean. Free coffee in morning and ice water during day in lobby. Overall, nice hotel. We found a really close 7-eleven on side of hotel for extra waters/sodas/slurppies. We weren't disappointed.

Basic hotel room. Bathroom to small. Great staff, clean facilities.

Hotel is very, very nice and close to the T (entry is literally right outside the door), shopping, dining, supermarket. The view from the rooftop pool is amazing. Everyone in the hotel was welcoming, polite and helpful when needed. I loved how the hotel provided coffee, a few bottles of water and a little rubber duck. It's the little things that really elevate one's stay.

lovely hotel, conveniently located. Room clean, comfortable with all the amenities we needed. In town for the weekend for a graduation celebration

Excellent location and quiet hotel. Have stayed here twice and would come back again.

Lovely hotel. Bell Captain gave us bad info on where a shuttle would pick us up. The third time I asked, he told me I had misread the sign and it was down the street.

Hotel was simply one among the best. Modern and well kept. The room gets a nice view of the city and bed were comfortable. Room services from the resturant associated with Hotel was really good. Having a good selection of food in the evening at Hotel was a huge help. Subways, major locations etc are all close. Guys at reception was helpful and so is Concierge.

Great business overnight. I’ve stayed Jerry dozens of times before, but I think that the most recentl upgrades were especially fine. Amazing water pressure in the shower.

excellent location! Friendly staff. Very clean and safe. Right across from prudential center / Barnes and Noble etc

Thomas at the front desk was very helpful. I was impressed that they called to check on my status when a large Blizzard overtook the area. Best location for Prudential Center and Copley shopping as well as Hynes Convention Center events.

Loved having the Prudential Center and Subway right outside the hotel's front door. Lots of food choices just a few steps away and all great food.

The hotel is in a great location, close to a lot of nearby bars, restaurants and breweries. Hotel staff was great from check in to check out. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
