The Colonnade Hotel Back Bay

Our room was very nice, clean, and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint was that the tile in the bath had visible mildew and needed scrubbing or bleaching. The location was great, especially for college visits. It was close to the train stations, easy to get an Uber, and easy to walk from and to different sights. Plenty of places to eat nearby also, which was convenient to breakfasts and late dinners. The staff was very professional and courteous.

My family stayed at the Colonnade for 4 days of college visits. A great location on the T line and quick Uber rides to other locations. Our room was spacious and offered a great respit between tours. I would recommend this hotel.

Stayed for the Miaa Ins Conference, to my delight, great hotel and very comfortable.

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The room we stayed in was on the 11th floor. Our room was humid and the air conditioning barely worked. I woke up every night sweating. The pillows they provide are uncomfortable and I had difficulty sleeping every night. There was a lot of condemnation on the windows when we woke up. This was a very uncomfortable room to sleep in. The bellman staff was also very unfriendly. They never once opened the door for my wife and I and were constantly talking to each other and rude to uber drivers who were picking up guests at the hotel.

The Colonnade is the perfect place to stay when coming into Boston for a Red Sox game; Just over a mile from Fenway, you can walk or easily take the T to the game.

Great location walking distance to Fenway, tour bus picks up at the front door, subway stop is also right outside the front entrance which makes traveling from the airport or other areas of town very easy and cheap. Rooftop pool was excellent and room view was amazing.

This hotel is located in the center of the Back Bay area and very close to restaurants, theater, opera, business center, etc.

This is a first-rate hotel. The rooms are airy and totally clean and comfortable. The staff (which includes concierges who seem to know everything there is to know about Boston) is friendly and helpful. The hotel's restaurant is also first-rate with great bartenders and wonderful food. All in all, a wonderful experience. (Note: I rated the WiFi as excellent because an answer was required but I did not take a computer on this trip.)

Stayed in the city for a concert. Got in early to enjoy the pool and head over to fenway. Great views.

Outstanding location, service, amenities and value for a business, shopping, and cultural stay in Boston. Terrific restaurant.

Very satisfied, staff was excellent always willing to help never seemed bothered by your questions. Hillary was our favorite he helped immensely on my trip

The staff was amazing but everything else was substandard. The room was small and very expensive. We ended up buying ear plugs to drown out the noise in the hallway.

Modern and clean. Seems like it was recently updated. Great value and great location.

Good location, easy to get to Theater district for PM show, Will return

Probably the best hotel experience I've ever had. Friendly staff, beautiful view, and a central location that allowed you to explore the entire city. I'd recommend this hotel to all!

Good stay. I went with my mom and dad and we had a good time. Very close by Fenway park.

Great except when fire alarm went off for a while but luckily not at night.

Staff is exceptionally friendly. Everyone treated us well. Great location, very centrally located.

I love the Colonnade Hotel. It is just a few blocks from my business - Boston Magazine and it's always clean and well staffed.

Hotel was great. Awesome location with easy access to the T. Clean and comfortable.
