Covid precautions excellent; staff curt and indifferent in interactions. Never heard of making a 24-hours appointment to have my room cleaned.

The onsite parking fee is outrageous. Also, the restaurant was closed and not advertised as such. There are no restaurants nearby and it was very inconvenient. I asked to speak with the hotel manager and while he called while I was out, he never followed up. I do not recommend this property.

This is my go to hotel whenever I am in Boston. Ease of the in and out is great. The parking cost are a bit high as there are not other parking options in the area so you are forced to pay this if you are not from the area and can shuttle in.

i attempted to cancel this stay and the hotel refused because i was a “no show” and still charged me, even though my reservation was canceled and a mystery 2nd reservation was created and never canceled.

The rooms are not quiet, you can hear your neighbors and people walking in hallways, especially in the front room, so if you have a family, people sleeping in front room will have not have a restful night.

The extra bed was great the location convenient The proce good. The parking despitenbeing convemient was pricy the check in was avg inhave had nicer welcomes tje bathroom. Had a faint smell of cigarette smoke deapite.being a no smoking room

The room was excellent and very comfortable. Check in was super pleasant, and the restaurant staff was really good for breakfast. The fitness facility was way better than a lot of other hotels and the elevators were fast and almost always available.

I needed to move my reservation one day and was declined due to using Orbitz according to Derick, the manager on duty. Derick took great pleasure in not working with me for being 15 hours late on the 5 day cancellation policy. So either Orbitz or Double will be fired from future bookings. Lost $313.14.

Gave us a one story room instead of the two story loft we booked despite we already paid more. Gave us free breakfast but honestly I don’t even need it, I’d rather have my loft
