Location, friendly staff
Everyone was amazing from the staff who checked us in, to the bartenders at the end of the night getting us a snack and a drink.

As a tall person, 5'10", an adjustable vanity mirror would have been more convenient to locate all my lines and age spots!

The restaurant staff was not very nice nor accommodating. We wanted a latte and at one point to have drinks and they would not seat us without having a meal. Perhaps it’s the policy of the hotel, but there should be terrace space for drinks for hotel guests.
