The room that we had was behind the hotel and whole night we could hear the elevators. When we tried to use the elevators, they were super slow. We didn't use the mini bar and yet we were charged the Mini bar fee

Room and property were very well maintained. First night we had a problem with noise and the staff moved us and our belongings to another room no problem. Lobby area had great entertainment, food at The Clink was delicious and large portions. Architecture of this hotel is amazing

If you don't need sleep and love Club Music in your room all night, and Construction Noise early in the morning, then this is the place. If you need sleep at night DO NOT STAY HERE. Asked for a quiet room. Our room overlooked Atrium Construction (starts at 7:30 AM), an Club Music pounded into our room until 12:30 AM. At 1:00 AM they empty the construction site dumpster by raising it and dropping it onto the concrete. Room was next to the elevator shaft so that went on and off intermittently all night. Worst hotel I've stayed in - maybe ever.

We were on the 3rd floor and our room was crazy noisy. The garbage dumpsters were right outside our window and the trash take out started at 2 am and went all morning. And the dance music from the lobby played till 1am every night. This is the loudest hotel we have ever stayed in and I would not come back. It’s pretty much a dance club with show girls walking around taking pictures all night.

Our view from our room was the hospital windows and we got to hear the elevator going up and down all day and night. Coffee and tea only in the AM. holiday inn express has it 24/7. $5 for a bottle for water, most hotels give you free water with your room. I guess I expected a little more for what I paid for my stay
