The place was in close proximity to the people i came to visit in Boston. The staff was not on point, preparing for my stay. They had less bath towels etc in the room. The amenities were not available example no access to the pool and these things are included in the charge. They did not offer anything to make up for the lack of amenities when I returned for another trip. The staff checking in staff was not efficient, only one person was at the counter and I felt like I was ilon the line forever waiting to check in. As i tried to check out it was worse. The customer service lady had on her earbuds and was not even listening to what I was saying to her. She started walking away as i was speaking to her. She told me to just drop the electronic keys in the basket and she started walking away without listening what i was saying to her. I even asked her if she was upset about something. I was actually asking her how soon the monry withheld for thebstay would be sent back to my debit card. I was charged for parking even though I was a guest at the hotel and the lot was not even 75 percent filled. The rooms were as expexted. The house cleaning staff was very good and was readily available to replenish my family eith the missing shower towels etc. The nosel in the bath was hard to turn on. We had to call the front desk and a plummer came to turn it on for us. He daud we had to widdle the nosil (play with it) to get the water going.

Excellent love staying here nice customers service

I was truly disappointed, I called the hotel for transportation when I arrived to Boston, I was told that it would arrive to pick me up within 20 min. (with my 1 yr old baby and older daughter) however 30 min went by and I decided to call again to check on the status of the shuttle and was rudely told by the male receptionist that the shuttle was waiting for me and that It I should have been waiting outside the airport, I proceeded to tell the receptionist that he should have called me to let me know the driver was there. The receptionist began shouting at me and talking over me saying that they didn't have to call me to let me know he was waiting. Then he told me he would send the driver back in 10 min, I waited for 30 more minutes before I called again, when finally 15 min later the shuttle arrived. I was appalled with the way this hotel managed the situation, no apology was given for me waiting outside in the cold. I also noticed a charge on my debit card statement to which I called the hotel for them to explain to me why I was charged to my debit card when I initially paid with a credit card. I called the hotel and no one could explain to me that charge. I am truly dissappointed on the treatment given at Ramada.

Very helpful staff from desk to shuttle service, to subway station or the airport, good price, neighborhood ok

Shuttle woes! We were told by the hotel staff where to wait for the airport shuttle upon arrival at the Boston airport and that it would be 20-25 minutes. We went immediately to the designated waiting area, and proceeded to wait. Long story short: Two hours and four phone calls later, (and thankful it wasn’t raining!) the hotel shuttle finally arrived. After checking in, I attempted to speak directly to the manager twice to discuss the issue, but was told he was unavailable. In addition, the room smelled musty and felt humid. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable.

First hotel I have seen that only gives 2 bath towels. When a woman showers and washes her hair 2 towels the man is left with a face towel. Internet really is nonexistent in our room. There needs to be more shuttles from the light rail. Most had to wait for a second one due to room.

Very old property, have cracks everywhere. too small bathrooms. Our neighbors were making a real loud noise and they were removed from their room at night 1:00 AM. I expected a courtesy note from the staff but they were too rude when we enquired it as my kids were not able to sleep.

Terrible food there no wine st restaurant Hotel restaurant is a Bowling alley

Clean but needs updating. Front desk staff is willing to assist. Breakfast is great.

Very friendly staff. Some parts of the property needed more maintenance (roomwindows). Allover: Priceworth. Shuttle to Metro JFK is a very cenvenient service!!

Good price on an odd location. Not enough luggage carts. Staff did not explain the complicated b room stranger in terms of parking.

I liked the staff at the desk. They were helpful, patient and listened carefully to my questions and gave supportive, clear help for getting around. I did not like the 2 hour wait at the airport for pick up. I also thought it improper for a shuttle driver to tell me he would drop us off after he got gas (which he didn't when I told him no). The room was fine. I would have liked a place that had healthy options for food in the area or at the hotel after a long day of travel.

Super breakfast with the biggest oranges I ever had.

Room's decor was quite dark. Television reception was awful, blurry snowy picture. Staff promptly replaced a malfunctioning refrigerator.
