Terrible food there no wine st restaurant Hotel restaurant is a Bowling alley

Clean but needs updating. Front desk staff is willing to assist. Breakfast is great.

Very friendly staff. Some parts of the property needed more maintenance (roomwindows). Allover: Priceworth. Shuttle to Metro JFK is a very cenvenient service!!

Good price on an odd location. Not enough luggage carts. Staff did not explain the complicated b room stranger in terms of parking.

I liked the staff at the desk. They were helpful, patient and listened carefully to my questions and gave supportive, clear help for getting around. I did not like the 2 hour wait at the airport for pick up. I also thought it improper for a shuttle driver to tell me he would drop us off after he got gas (which he didn't when I told him no). The room was fine. I would have liked a place that had healthy options for food in the area or at the hotel after a long day of travel.

Room's decor was quite dark. Television reception was awful, blurry snowy picture. Staff promptly replaced a malfunctioning refrigerator.

They charged more than the amount booked through Orbitz. I would like to know why?

I like the convenience of where it was.the place was clean the staff professional we didn't do a lot of talking. it wasn't a busy night but they gave me a room close to an exit door people banging on my door not sure why at 3 in the morning we had to get up and tell him they have the wrong Room security was not anywhere to be seen. and that particular door they could have locked it during night .it was ridiculously

We had a great deal of trouble getting the room keys to work. Each time we needed to get into the room, it took at least 10 tries for the door to open. I am not certain if the cold had anything to do with the issue.

No varieties of eateries near the hotel. There's a bowling arcade intertaiment and a 7-11.

nice hotel but if you don't have a car the only place to eat is a bowling alley. ride to airport left rather late.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. 7pm on a Friday night, very quick pickup at Logan, friendly driver, and Aravel on the desk was very efficient and very cheerful! A good pick!

nice staff, and friendly staff. easy to get the T and around town. The shuttle driver gave us a great tip on where to eat lobster rolls.
