Terrible for the price . Motel feeling for the price of a decent hotel . Dark, old ,poor maintained building .insufficient parking lot , parking charged separately in top of the hotel room fee. Small run down bathroom , dirty walls , motel style building, without natural light access. Make an effort and pay a bit extra for a newer hotel …
The building needs renovate coz it is very old. Rooms are very hard to find and no water or ice on 2nd floor!

Would not stay again, definitely not a good place for families or kids from safety perspective. Lots of screaming outside throughout night. Room smelled of smoke and a/c didn’t work.

Quick and easy check-in. Front desk staff was very friendly! My King room was actually bigger than I expected. The bathroom was adequate with plenty of hot water and towels (fluffy).
Don’t look the same as the picture in the app. Bedroom in bad condition and not clean. I thing the is not fear the I coming from NJ to be relaxing and nice, comfortable in at nice room and I got the surprise the found ugly place
Beds/pillows were very good. A/C was very good. Breakfast very good. Wifi was poor. Room was dated could use a refresh. Staff were nice and responsive.

The property was convenient for our purposes, but the rooms and halls were dingy, however clean. The front lobby is attractive - recently refurbished? Staff was pleasant and efficient.
The place was clean and the staff is wonderful. It is a very strange design and no windows in the room makes it a little depressing. We were out most of day so it was fine however if I had a longer stay I may not book there. The pool seemed nice but we did not use it and there were only 4 chairs, no tables or decor outside so it made it seem like an abandoned space. The shuttle was great going to the train however even when we called ahead on our way back we had to wait about 45 min and did not feel safe at the station at night. It was also hard to get an uber so that is not an easy fix. Overall it was comfortable and again the staff were all wonderful people . Also parking was affordable.
The place was in close proximity to the people i came to visit in Boston. The staff was not on point, preparing for my stay. They had less bath towels etc in the room. The amenities were not available example no access to the pool and these things are included in the charge. They did not offer anything to make up for the lack of amenities when I returned for another trip. The staff checking in staff was not efficient, only one person was at the counter and I felt like I was ilon the line forever waiting to check in. As i tried to check out it was worse. The customer service lady had on her earbuds and was not even listening to what I was saying to her. She started walking away as i was speaking to her. She told me to just drop the electronic keys in the basket and she started walking away without listening what i was saying to her. I even asked her if she was upset about something. I was actually asking her how soon the monry withheld for thebstay would be sent back to my debit card. I was charged for parking even though I was a guest at the hotel and the lot was not even 75 percent filled. The rooms were as expexted. The house cleaning staff was very good and was readily available to replenish my family eith the missing shower towels etc. The nosel in the bath was hard to turn on. We had to call the front desk and a plummer came to turn it on for us. He daud we had to widdle the nosil (play with it) to get the water going.
