We made a last minute decision to head to Boston and found a good rate at this brand new Residence Inn. We could not have been more pleased. The property is beautiful! We rented a studio which was a smaller room type and it was really spacious. We were surprised with how big the room was. The staff was wonderful. The workout room was excellent. We will definitely stay there again.

Our family had the pleasure of staying at the hotel during its first weekend of operation - and frankly, we could not be more pleased with the experience. The location turned out to be perfect, with easy access to the places we cared for - mostly in the Back Bay and Cambridge area, this time around. 8 minutes or less to the nearest, best Whole Foods of the area (by INK) and across the street from Tropical Foods. The property is gorgeous - in line with the best Residence Inn we've visited in the past... The most recently opened San Diego property comes to mind. The design is impeccable - modern without feeling cold. The lounge area/sitting room that opens up on the bar section is great and very comfortable. Personnel was attentive and obviously eager to start on the right foot. We engaged in conversation with some of them - including Pam, the wonderful lady taking care of the breakfast room while we were there. From one day to the next, not only remembered our names - but inquired about my daughter's ballet audition from the previous day: a nice touch. Equally nice to be greeted by your name as you pass by the reception area. The fitness room was absolutely impeccable - well appointed with brand new equipment, obviously... but also with enough room to train and plenty of natural sunlight - which is rare in most hotels, I find. It may have been one of my favorite features, truly. We had a BIG room, by all standards, on the sixth and last floor of the property. Again - great set up, design, furnishings, kitchen cookware, etc. We're traveling back to Boston in a couple of weeks and will be staying at the hotel once again. I daresay we've found our new go-to spot for the area.
